Scott was great, responded quickly if we needed him and managed to arrange a late notice extra night stay! The house was clean and felt right at home, all of us (2 adults, 1 year old and 2 dogs) settled straight away! Thank you!

A heartfelt thank you to Tom & Gill. This place felt like home. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything we need was there, from hairdryer to coffee machine with coffee and snacks. Peaceful atmosphere in the neighborhood. Few steps to reach the entrance, and has a slight slope on the way (if you have disabilities). Overall, it has been a lovely base to explore this beautiful city.

A fabulous find! The flat was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Easy to find and easy to travel around with a bus route into Town right outside. Is actually roomier than it looks in the photos and suited the four of us really well. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

Had a great stay, my nan found the bed comfortable and the location was perfect. We cooked for ourselves one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying in this apartment and would stay again if travelling with others :) Thank you 🌾

We had a fantastic stay at this flat. The check in was super easy and convenient. The nights were quiet and we always got a good rest after exploring the city during the day. The quick and proactive communication made us immediately feel at home. Would definitely book again :)

Very cosy and well equipped apartments, very close to the main attractions in Edinburgh. Perfect for a short stay for whoever wants to go explore the city on foot. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets just a few minutes away.

Super schöne und tolle Wohnung, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde! Top Anbindung um mit Tram und Bus überall hin zu kommen. Hab mich sofort wohl gefühlt und konnte die Tage in vollen Zügen genießen

After being let down at another property we contacted Bozena late on Saturday afternoon and a prompt reply saved the day for us. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the small garden at the back was ideal for our 2 dogs. Private off street parking was great too. thanks so much - it was great.

James was so great as a host! I went to Edinburgh with some friends on a weekend we had free, and the stay at this bnb was fantastic! Nice and cozy place, and extremely close to the Royal Mile, a short walk to any of the big sights, or at the very least, easy to get to anywhere further flung as well with accessible public transit nearby. Would be staying again if I return to Edinburgh myself.

We had a delightful stay in this lovely independent home! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Our host, Mike, was always quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our time in Edinburgh was truly unforgettable! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! Exactly as advertised and more. Calum and Karen were very responsive and gracious. Always helpful with recommendations. It was a family trip so we did a lot of touring. After a long day of activities, it was always great to come back to this beautiful home . . . and the views are spectacular.
