Heather was very accommodating to our booking request both initially and when we asked to extend it by several months. Responsive and considerate communication for the duration of the booking. Check-in procedures were straight-forward and building felt secure with security cameras throughout. Access to the parkade was a bonus, although it has low clearance which limits access for bigger vehicles. That said, there is also an outdoor parking area for the building. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and has everything you need for your average length of stay. Plenty of amenities nearby too. Thanks!

This place and just were way better than the pictures and the add. Very friendly host, unbelievable suite in Basement. Host was always concerned about me being happy but in that place that’s the only way you can be. So clean, tidy and beautiful the pictures did not do it justice and a walking path right close by to take the dog for a walk twice a day around a pond. I highly recommend people to stay here. Wish I could have stayed longer and was sad when I left. Great wonderful experience!

It’s our second time staying here. During our stay, there were few things we needed to communicate with the owner and they responded very quickly as usual to solve the issues. The interior design of this unit is just as good as another basement unit with different style. Having 2 private parking spaces is definitely a bonus! (1 in the detached garage and 1 on the driveway) The owners are very friendly people and always willing to help if you have any questions. Highly recommended to those who are searching for a convenient location, super friendly host and comfy homelike environment to stay! :)

Stelios is for sure a TOP HOST! We had a lovely stay at his basement apartment, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely with my family. He was super supportive, and when we mentioned we were coming with our 16-month-old baby, he rearranged things and the apartment and lent some of his own kid's toys and stuff for our baby to play with! It was such a lovely experience. We are going to stay in contact with him since he has so much good advice since he has traveled the world! Looking forward to meeting him in person again!

I booked Dan's place for my sister's family. They wanted to spend the week at West Edmonton mall with their young kids, and out of all the airbnbs listed, this one seemed very ideal. - Extremely convenient (right across the st from the mall). - We were allowed to check in early - Extremely clean - Straightforward instructions to gain access to the house, and on time - The host was super responsive Con's (these should not deter you from booking). - It's winter but somehow it was super hot so it was stuffy inside (easily fixed by opening windows). - The kids couldn't reach the sink and the parents wished there was a small step stool (I said this isn't typical though but am still listing it here). - The kitchen sink was leaking a bit and my bro tried to tighten it but it still leaked (minor and will probably be fixed). Washroom lights flickered but that'll probably be fixed as well. I gave this place 5 stars for every question and would highly recommend it for a family.

With separate air cond and heating system under one individual thermostat control in this basement suite surely adding comforts of desirable temperature(s) to be kept. Kitchen and bathroom setup is neat and convenient so as the bedroom and living room as well. Essential supplies are sufficient pretty well like living at own home. Shared laundry of complete washer and dryer is very ideal for longer stay renters. The host’s family of 5 are very friendly and sociable.

I had a great stay at Paul’s.💕 I spent all last summer in AirBnb’s around Edmonton, and I feel like this was my favourite stay to date. This was the specific location I was looking for, and everything was great about the suite. The decor is tasteful, kitchen layout is efficiently set up for cooking and all appliances new. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well each night, which is important to me. I will definitely stay here again.✨✨

The place was great and just as advertised.. great location for any event at Roger’s and WeHost makes your stay easy and stress free.. would definitely stay there again

William's place was perfect, exactly like the ad. He was quick to respond to our messages and always helpful. We visit Edmonton often and will definitely book this unit again!

Chad's place is spectacular. The whole suite is modern and clean. Chad has thought of everything you might want or need, in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. There are extra throws around in case you would like to curl up under a blanket. The underground parking is easy to access and secure. Also, the communication from Chad and his team was the best I have ever experienced for an airbnb (and I have stayed in lots of great places!). I highly recommend Chad's suite. He has 4 in the same building so, if one is booked, look for the others under his profile.

Kasia was quick to respond to messages and made check-in quite easy. We stayed for a couple months and had no issues during the duration of our stay.

Place was really great. Host was on it and was available if anything was needed. Great location near lots of amenities.

Christiana was really nice and responsive. The place was nice but the washer in the unit can be accessed by the tenants upstairs. Aside from that, the place was at a nice location with amenities and the UofA nearby.

Linh and Franco were super hosts! The property was clean and met all our expectations were met. We will certainly consider their place next time we are in Edmonton.

I really liked Kathy. The house is clean, cozy, comfortable. The area is quiet, all the necessary shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
