David was awesome and communicative! He checked in before I had to! The building is downtown and close to everything. And the unit has everything you would need to be comfortable!

Very pleased with our booking for a number of reasons. Just off Whyte Avenue, the apartment was on a quiet street, close to many amenities including great restaurants, grocery and liquor store, and local stores/businesses. Conveniently located to get to different parts of the city. Really appreciated the heated, underground parking as it was really cold the weekend we were in Edmonton (weather advisory down to -30C). It was nice to go up the stairs to the apartment which was nicely decorated and provided everything we needed from kitchen items, towels, toiletries. After spending the daytime out and about, it was wonderful to relax in the quiet, peaceful environment of the AirBnB. Thank you, Mirlay, for a home away from home and for being very responsive. We had a lovely time.

Always the first place I check to see is free with I am travelling to YEG. Love feeling like a local, the smell of bread in the morning from the bakery on the first floor and the host is always helpful and responsive. Stay here!

John was a very attentive and responsive host. Place was exactly like pictures and felt like home.

beautiful 2 bedroom location, 3 bathrooms. new building with great features of comfort. The beds were medium and comfortable. Coffee was great and easy to find things in the home. location is perfect if you are having to go to U of A hospital or just down the street from the Cancer Center. walk outside and turn left to go to a wonderful little coffee shop to relax and enjoy a great mocha.

The unit is clean, modern, supplied with everything you need. The host Matthew is very responsive and accommodating. There are a lot of varied stores, restaurants and banking available in the area. Large windows with good window privacy coverings. T.V.s in both bedrooms and living room. Thanks again Matthew, I would book this accommodation again and recommend it to my friends. My wife and I wanted to stay downtown for a few days and enjoy some nice restaurants. This condo was affordable, very quiet and comfortable. Just minutes away from rogers centre and beautiful restaurants . We enjoyed our stay !

My stay at Imperial suites was excellent! I was warmly greeted when I first arrived and given all the necessary details including walking down with me to show me exactly where I was to park. I would not hesitate to stay at Imperial Suites again in the future. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and very relaxing…. Thank you !

Perfect location, clear instructions. So clean and uncluttered yet had everything we needed, and really light filled space! Important visiting in winter. Owners were very friendly and responsive, also flexible when we asked for a little earlier check in too. We loved this place and would definitely choose again next time we’re staying in Edmonton.

Comfortable, bright and very clean. Underground parking was nice, especially in these cold temps . Easy communication with Justin. No problems, a very nice stay.

The Airbnb was extremely clean and super comfortable. Host was very good at accommodating an extra nights stay due to the weather. Would highly recommend him and stay in his property again

Location could not be better if attending an event at Rogers or ice district. Easy walk to the arena and all restaurants on 104th or Jasper. Space was large and on the 29th floor. A little worn but not unexpected or unreasonable for a short term rental. Communication could have been better. Felt like important information was last minute and could be clearer. For example, key pickup is 3 blocks away in a sketchy convenience store, which people should know well in advance. We were also told not to tell people we are Airbnb guests if asked in the building which also feels sketchy to be asked. All in all it met our needs very well and I would recommend for families attending events in the downtown area.

I absolutely LOVED this cozy gem! It was such a cute place to land for 4 days and the perfect place to hunker down while it was -30 degrees outside! It really felt like a home and Ron went the extra mile to bring me an extra blanket when I felt a little cold. Such a great experience and a perfect location, would definitely book again!

I booked this stay for my parents, who aren't exactly tech-savvy, but the hosts, especially Ron, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process with clear and detailed instructions. I really didn't have to message Ron throughout the stay since the instructions were very detailed. Ron was extremely responsive and helpful before and throughout their stay. The place was clean, minimalist, and perfectly located in downtown Edmonton - exactly what my mom was looking for! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great downtown Edmonton experience. 5 stars!

Brad’s apartment is tastefully decorated, functional and clean. A lot of thoughtful details make our stay comfortable: earplugs, groceries bag, luggage racks, tons of hangers and towels, kitchenwares, etc. The garage is a plus as the last day of our stay snowed pretty heavy. The building itself is old (70s), and the gym equipment is also from that time period. The heater in the bedroom is constantly making noise. But neither of these is Brad’s fault- it’s just the age of the building. Overall, we are very happy with the stay and will book again.

this was our second time staying and it was just lovely once again. great hosts made us feel right at home and the place has everything you need for a weekend in Edmonton. we look forward to coming back next time we're in town!
