This was the perfect space for our family visit. The interior of the house was very clean and modern design. Nice quiet neighbourhood just like we hoped for. They even came and shoveled the pathways for us while we were gone, as it snowed quite a bit during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Emilies place for one night with my friends and it was wonderful. The place is kept very clean and was more spacious than expected. There was 7 of us and it was comfortable stay. We brought an additional air mattress, and it fit fell in the place with no issues. Emilie was very responsive and accommodating. Best thing was definitely the air hockey table!!! Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Edmonton :)

Sylvia responded quickly to any questions. The home had everything needed and was spotless. She had a Christmas tree up for us, which definitely added to our time together.

Our stay was very comfortable, the place was easy to find and there was a convenience store right beside it, which was really nice. The yard was great for the dog and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and had everything that we needed.

Kona's place was more than we asked for. Well stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms and a lovely place altogether. It was bigger than expected, very easy to check in and out, big garage and a proactive host. We loved every aspect! Thank you!

Great location and I've stayed here a few times. I heard a bit of noise from upstairs this morning likely due to it being a weekday, normally the weekend mornings are quiet. I wanted to share this in case future travellers have concerns about being in a basement apartment. It won't prevent me from booking again, the unit is roomy and very clean.

The most amazing spot we have stayed at so far. My boyfriend and I went up with our dog for 3 nights and it was the most relaxing stay. We had plenty of fresh cut wood for us ready to go and peanuts to feed the squirrels and bird feed for birds. It was so peaceful and quiet. Everything you need from a mini fridge, to cutlery and plates, water, propane bbq and hornet traps which were a lifesaver on those warm days.. we were lucky enough to get to try the propane heated outside shower which was amazing. Carmen was the best host ever, she made us feel right at home and was extremely helpful at all times , she even brought us fresh corn. She was always responsive and letting us know when people were coming in and they were driving by. She really is amazing. The place is the best to get away too, and right down the road from an amazing Italian spot! We recommend to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back soon!! We were only here for a short time but had a great stay! The kitchen is well stocked and everything was super clean. Princy was really fast at answering messages and very easy to communicate with. Will be back next time we’re in Edmonton!

We moved to Edmonton due to my spouse starting a PhD program at the University of Alberta, and we needed an Airbnb for a few days until we found a long-term rental. Choosing Marie’s place was an excellent decision! She is an amazing host—always responsive to messages and helpful in recommending interesting places nearby. If I ever need to rent an Airbnb in Edmonton again, it will definitely be Marie’s place. The home is exactly as described in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for walking and ideal for strolls with pets. Another great aspect is that Marie allows pets, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also have a cat, and he absolutely loved the place too! Thank you for everything, Marie!

Very cozy, roomy place to stay. We would definitely stay again!

The house doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is much bigger than it appears from the outside. There is a cozy fireplace inside a sitting area that is on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms, so if someone wants to go to bed it would still be quiet if the others chose to stay up and visit. The house is very clean and the bathroom is supplied with soap and shampoo. This house is in a very quiet area, but still close to downtown and WEM. It is a great place for a family to stay if they want the day at the mall and they want quiet in the evening. We were 4 adults and we did find the bed off the kitchen quite uncomfortable so I suggest maybe a foamy be put on top of the mattress. It may be good for children, but not adults. I would also suggest extra towels. Especially if staying more than one night and also would like a separate towel for the sauna. We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could sit up until late night sitting by the fireplace and visiting.
