A unique place that welcomes any family that would love a winter or summer stay near Stockholm. We just loved our stay at Magdalena's and Daniel's home. A great location to wonder around, discover and shuttle boat to Stockholm. The home itself left us astonished with a sense of design simplicity that we will definitely take with us. The kids loved the garden and even if there was a bit of noise coming from the highway it was merely audible in the garden itself, nothing inside. You have many walking trails starting at walking distance from the house itself. Daniel was a super helpful, attentive and kind host. We thank them very much for letting us stay in their amazing and warm home.

I stayed with my girlfriend over Valentine’s Day and her birthday, Mikael’s place was 10/10 and it was a perfect stay. Mikael left us a bottle of wine for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Amazing location lovely and private, great heating on a timer so it’s always warm when you get back. Great responsiveness and messaging from Mikael who helped set up the hot tub while we were out skiiing at Flottsbro, and we hopped in the 40 degree water as soon as we got back, perfect! Also a darts board outside which was fun. It is detailed in the listing and Mikael did give us a heads up but the only thing to note is the walk down from where you park is 3 minutes, it wasn’t slippery, and is a slight incline but not the end of the world.. all worth it for such an amazing location! Would come again if we come to Stockholm definitely. Thanks Mikael!

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful - well cared for and wonderfully designed - and the panoramic view of the archipelago is amazing. We spent a few days just swimming from the private jetty and enjoying the view but the location is also a short drive to Nacka Strand, so we took the commuter ferry to visit Stockholm too. Chicki also particularly recommended the Artipelag gallery near Gustavsberg, so we had a lovely day there too, enjoying their sculpture trail through the forest by the sea. I would very much recommend this lovely Airbnb, its location and the helpful hosts.

Wir waren 7 Tage zu dritt bei Maria und Kristofer zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist hell und chic mit etwas Retrocharme, der sehr stilvoll ist, eingerichtet. Wir hatten uns sofort wohlgefühlt, da die Räumlichkeiten zum Ausruhen einladen und sehr großzügig geschnitten sind. Alle Betten waren äußerst bequem, alles war picobello sauber und die Küche ist groß genug für 2 Köche ;).mit guter Ausstattung. Das elektronische Schloss hat einwandfrei funktioniert - wie alle elektrischen Geräte. Das Kochen am Abend bei knisterndem Kaminfeuer werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen. Vielen Dank, für all eure Bemühungen, Maria und Kristofer!! Unsere Familie war sehr gern zu Gast bei euch, wir haben jede Konversation genossen und ich bedanke mich besonders für eure große Unterstützung in Sachen am Sonntag ein wichtiges Medikament zu bekommen!! Ohne euch hätten wir das nie so glatt hinbekommen. Gerne testen wir auch mal den schwedischen Sommer bei euch… Tausend Dank für eure hervorragende Gastfreundschaft!

We are thrilled to have found this gem for our winter getaway with friends in Vaxholm! The location is perfect—conveniently close to the bus, ferry, and with its own parking space, yet wonderfully peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charm. It had plenty of room for everyone and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home with a soul, making our stay special. Mary-Rose, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we felt well-prepared for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in Vaxholm!

Très bon emplacement, à 10mn a pied de la gare, et les sites interessants ne sont pas loin en tram, bus ou metro. Le quartier est très agréable avec des magasins ica et coop pas loin. L'appartement est impeccable et convient pour une famille de 5. Le lit dans la pièce à part convient pour un enfant de 160 cm environ.

Fabulous house, beautifully restored and decorated. Great location by the water to watch the boats go by and for a morning swim :) Very well equipped kitchen. Börje is a great host, greeted us at check-in and took time to explain everything. Always quick to respond to messages.

le logement est très bien placé pour se rendre facilement dans Stockholm et est très proche des magasins pour faire des courses très bonne communication avec Samuel qui est très réactif

We had a wonderful stay at Adrian's property—truly the perfect retreat for rest and recuperation. Nestled right on the water, the surroundings are stunning and teeming with wildlife, including deer, swans, ducks, and dragonflies. The living room is flooded with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting space. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic sound system and projector, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful waterfall shower, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 30-minute walk away and operates on an honesty system. However, please note that you'll need to be added to a list before you can enter, which can be arranged by calling the numbers posted on the shop's front door. I would undoubtedly stay here again!
