This lovely Victorian has obviously had a lot of love lavished on it. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The beds had good linens, and the bathrooms had enough towels. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had plenty of dishes and supplies. The yards were well maintained and the back porch was a welcome surprise. Great house.

Check out the forest across the street. It is worth a hike.

Amber was very nice, responsive, accommodating to our needs. The house is beautiful and there were lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable for us and we all had great sleep. The area is peaceful. Definitely recommend!

Evelyn was kind and quick to respond to all messages. She had clear instructions on check in and out. The house is cute and clean. You can tell she put thought and care into making a home away from home. Loved the added touch of extra blankets, lots of pamphlets to plan adventures with and the coffee nook.

We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday combining two families. We especially appreciated the decorations! There was plenty of room for four adults and three kids.

Came up from the Bay Area to see the redwoods and I am so glad I chose to stay here. This place was a great and comfortable stay for my family and I. It is well maintained and I can tell the place is made with love. Thank you Zack and Caroline for the amazing stay!

We had a great time with our family. The photos don’t do justice to how beautiful this view is from the house. If we are ever in the area again we will default to staying here.

We had the best weekend ever at this place! The pool and river were incredible and the house was very comfortable. Tessa was so flexible with us when we needed to reschedule due to wildfire smoke. We will definitely be back again 😊.

My family and I loved the green cabin, even in the rain! We visited, played board games and watched movies provided. The layout of property is perfect. Lots of comfy beds, generous seating on couch and table. We are already planning our next stay!

We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come visit again. I wanted a place to relax for the weekend with my family. Justin’s home had the perfect atmosphere with the river, pool, hot tub, sauna and countless amount of games. I really appreciate Justin’s flexibility for a late check out also. I would recommend this place 100%

I absolutely loved staying here. Everything was so nice even though the weather wasn’t. Pictures are exact. I really love the promptness with answering any of my questions through messaging the homeowner. It was a perfect weekend.

GREAT house - very retro and unique. Location is incredible; we had so much fun spending time at the river. Pool is awesome. Kitchen has everything. I think we will come back!

The house is comfy and cozy and was well stocked, even for our big family of 8 and kitty and our long stay. The beds were super comfy and the yard was great with pool, lots of pool toys, and plenty of seating. Beautiful views of the mountain and nature everywhere. Great house, great hosts, we had a wonderful stay! :)

Heather was very helpful in helping us plan our trip. Her space was fantastic and had everything we needed. We will definitely be visiting the area again and staying at Heather’s place in the future!

What’s beautiful packet . Cozy , clean and on top of that . The majestic view of the ocean . This is the place you need when u are trying to stay away from the routine and step into this magical world . Everything in this house is well maintained . And the hosts just top notch

We truly enjoyed our stay. they were wonderful host and gave us good recommendations and we're very helpful. Cute little place with a wonderful backyard for our dogs and was perfect for our family with kids. Will come back. I left items and she shipped them back to me. ty!!!!

Very cozy and clean. Close to coffee, restaurants, and the square. Slept very well. Street is a little noisy on Saturday night (college town), but that’s Arcata for you. Very nice stay.

Great stay at Alexa's. From the Organic half and half in the fridge, to the comfortable bed, to the fancy leather lounge chairs, to the pitter-patter of rain on the metal shed roof. Also, the views out the front (back) are gorgeous and nostalgic. It's an easy walk to picturesque and quaint Ferndale, and a short drive to the coast.
