This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad met twee stellen en 4 kleine kids in het huisje van Bart en Bas. Het huis is gezellig en er is veel speelgoed aanwezig voor de kinderen wat heel handig was! Ook snelle en heldere communicatie met de hosts wat heel fijn was. Op het park is een outdoor en indoor speeltuin aanwezig, een kinderboerderij en een zwembad. We hoefden dus niet ver om onszelf en de kinderen te vermaken. Kortom, met alle faciliteiten in de buurt en het fijne huis hebben we een heel ontspannen weekend kunnen hebben met zijn allen!

We had a lovely stay in Zaanse Schans at Tine's place. It was easy to find with her helpful instructions and even though not all the bikes worked right away, Tine fixed them all right then and there! Despite us not realizing check out was at 11am, she was super understanding when we left around 11:45am after one last bike ride to the windmills, which are 5 minutes away. Beautiful place, wonderful amenities and appliances, and comfortable beds!

Een heel verzorgd en schoon huis. Ik de grote tuin was altijd wel een plekje om in de zon te zitten en we hebben meerdere keren eekhoorntjes gezien. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en lekker ruim. Het enige wat wij iets minder lekker vonden waren de bedden, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijke smaak. Ik zou dit huisje zeker aanraden

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

het huisje is top! Veel faciliteiten voor kinderen, de tuin is schitterend. alles was top, we hebben in april veel buiten gezeten! Alles is aanwezig!

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

Das Haus war genauso sauber und schön wie auf den Bildern – alles super gepflegt und einladend. Die Kommunikation mit Remco war von Anfang sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Lage ist wunderschön ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Das absolute Highlight war definitiv der Whirlpool – Auch als uns ein kleines Missgeschick im Haus passiert ist, hat Remco unglaublich verständnisvoll und entspannt reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür – wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen LG Jessika

I can't recommend Martijn and Lucy's place enough. The apartment itself was extremely well furnished and thought out, including a well stocked kitchen, decent shower and plenty of towels provided. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top floor of the building, but these are well worth it for the benefit of a roof terrace. The location is great, with plenty of food options within a few mins walk (it's worth checking out the Foodhallen!) and an outdoor market on the street below. A tram line that can take you towards the central station is only a couple of mins away or it's an enjoyable walk to anywhere in Amsterdam. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

Ravie de mon sejour chez Yasmine. Bien que court et mouvementé. Elles ont su avec Sabah le rendre doux. Nous avons été trés touchés par toutes leurs attentions et leur bienveillance envers nos enfants et nous meme. Le logement est top et est propice a la detente. A proximité de tres beaux sites, facile d'accés. Yasmine nous a été de tres bons conseils dans le deroulement de celui ci. Je recommande a 10000% cette hote. Nous reviendrons dans dautres circonstances.

Wij zijn een weekend hier geweest en hebben geweldig genoten, super gastvrij, alles schoon en netjes. Achtertuin in aanbouw maar een prachtige zij/voortuin met verschillende zitjes waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven. We hadden een klein probleem en hier werd meteen naar gekeken! Top verblijf!

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr modern und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war Klasse!

We had a lovely stay at Tijmen's spacious home which is ideally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk to the museum campus, Vondelpark and several other sites. Tijmen was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and guidance on restaurants and sites in the area. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the sun on the rooftop deck. Like most flats in Amsterdam, you need to climb stairs to get to the flat (and the deck), but it is well worth it!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Lisettes Unterkunft und haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von Jet, der süßen Katze, die uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art sofort ans Herz gewachsen ist.

Wat een heerlijk ruim appartement. Het was ruimer dan het leek op de foto’s. In de avond erg knus met de kachel aan. Alle voorzieningen waren goed. Voor ons de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen natuur en stad. Wij waren er in de zomer winter maar voor andere seizoenen ook echt een mooie plek om te verblijven. Dank!

Es waren sehr schöne drei Tage die wir in Gert seiner Unterkunft verbringen durften. Traumhaft idyllisch mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es gab alles was man brauchte um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Besonders überrascht waren wir von der technischen Ausstattung. Bett, Sofa und Musiksystem waren mit technischen Highlights ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Het was een hele fijne plek, leuk en met liefde ingericht. We hebben genoten van de sauna, het uitzicht op de prachtige tuin en het heerlijke ontbijt.

Der Check In bei Adva war problemlos und in der Unterkunft haben uns schon einige Aufmerksamkeiten erwartet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr hundefreundliches Haus und Umgebung, unser Hund hat es geliebt :) Die direkte Umgebung ist toll und es gibt einiges zu entdecken, wie zum Beispiel die Seen. Aber auch Amsterdam und Utrecht sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir waren über meinen Geburtstag bei Adva und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Adva war immer super erreichbar!

Nous avons été enchantés par l’environnement, le cadre, le calme et le dépaysement. Le chalet est agréable et confortable. Nous le recommandons.

ein super Wochenende gehabt

We waren een paar dagen in het geweldige huisje van Rose voor ons eerste huwelijksjubileum. Rose had heel attent voor ons een roos en een kaartje neergezet, wat meteen zorgde voor een fijn ontvangst! We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad bij de open haard, genoten van de omgeving met onze hondjes en de zonsopkomst vanaf de dijk is fantastisch!

Had the coziest stay surrounded by beautiful nature! Loved the interior and design of the chalet with a pretty garden to relax in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

Het verblijf in de Stamboom was voor ons werkelijk heerlijk. We zijn veel 'thuis' geweest, vuurtje aan, muziek en een drankje erbij, spelletjes gespeeld, echt tot rust gekomen, top. De omgeving was niet helemaal voor ons. Wellicht is de Biesbosch in andere seizoenen kleurrijker en mooier om in te wandelen.
