Wat een heerlijke plek hebben Hanno & Nico! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon! Het zwembad is prachtig met heerlijk water. Verder zijn de gastheren ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel op berichten en hebben allerlei leuke tips voor restaurants en de omgeving! Echt een aanrader!

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

This charming property is perfectly situated and offers unbelievable beauty! It truly is an incredible home perfect for a family that loves outdoors and enjoys some privacy at dinner times! We made unforgettable memories!

Can’t speak highly enough of our 4-night stay. Exceptional property, fully equipped with everything you’d need, wonderfully big outdoor garden with pool and loungers. 5 min walk to wine tram, 2 min walk to Franschhoek main road, yet extremely peaceful neighbourhood/st the house is located on, could hardly have picked a better location. Upstairs bedroom above kitchen/living area could certainly do with a fan, the only constructive feedback we have. The property manager/cleaners were extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped with flexible check-in/out which was greatly appreciated. Massive thanks for making our time in Franschhoek so special!

Petro was so friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs. we had a small problem with electricity and she went out of her way to resolve it timeously and without any interruption to our stay. beautiful place and lovely and clean. wonderful pool and garden for the kids. a definite must visit for families.

Elzanne‘s place was perfect for our family of three visiting Cape Town for 5 nights. Our 2 year old enjoyed playing with all the toys available, plus the trampoline and swing set outside. We enjoyed the bbq grill and eating dinner outside most nights with a view of the sunset and pool. The property is very quiet and beds very comfortable. There‘s a huge fridge and freezer and everything you need to cook meals. The house is also beautifully designed so it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Denis was an exceptional host—friendly and responsive. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. Thank you, Denis, for a great experience!

Very lovely house with everything you need: pool towels, great beds, hotel-style linens, grill, complete kitchen, secure area not far from the beach. The owners live on premises, which can be problematic. However, we quickly found an agreement when the owners could do daily pool cleaning and gardening. So then we always had a lovely garden and clean pool. The owners took care of small problems in the house immediately and descretely. When we saw each other, they always asked if everything was OK. We stayed for six weeks and it was our home away from home. We would come back any time! Thanks so much for the wonderful summer in South Africa.

From the seamless check-in process to the lovely welcome basket waiting for us, every moment was a delight. The host continuously checked in to ensure we were having a great time. Probably the best weekend I’ve had in a long while! We decided to host an intimate gathering with our close friends to celebrate a special occasion on one of the nights we stayed there. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure everything went smooth! Heide was the perfect concierge and stepped in as the event planner we needed, taking a lot off our shoulders. Eric was very welcoming and hospitable. The location is phenomenal, the main bedroom is to die for, and the access to the beach unbeatable. I spent hours on the deck reading and watching my family play on the beach while the hubby took a nap with the doors open letting the ocean breeze in. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more and our family is planning on making this an annual vacation spot for the foreseeable future!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben bei Rückfragen sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Eventuell wichtig zu wissen: es gibt lediglich zwei separate Zimmer. Das dritte Bett befindet sich auf einer „öffentlichen“ Etage über dem Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten bietet die Unterkunft einen tollen Blick auf den Tablemoubtain und die Lage ist perfekt - tolle Restaurants in füßläufiger Nähe.

A lovely cottage in absolutely breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. The home is well equipped and we immediately felt right at home. Highly recommended for any break away.

Sheena war sehr flexibel. Beim Einzug und beim Auszug ist sie sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Haus ist traumhaft. Alles da was man braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sogar Kekse, guter Tee, eine Flasche Wein und Knabergebäck für uns bereit stand. Der Blick ist wundervolle zum Meer hin. Alles war tadellos sauber und schön dekoriert. Sheena hat sogar unsere Pässe die wir in einer Schublade vergessen hatten aufbewahrt und wir konnten sie bei ihr wieder abholen. Dafür nochmal herzlichen Dank. Bestimmt würden wir das Haus wieder mieten

The house is in a super convenient location and presents really well. An ensuite for each bedroom makes it the perfect executive stay or family holiday. Easily accommodated our party of four and we look forward to returning again soon. Thanks Chris for a great stay.

This was our first visit to South Africa and Birgit and Eugene made it extremely easy for us particularly during our first few days when we were pretty clueless. But not just that - they continued with welcome and helpful suggestions throughout our time here. The well equipped apartment itself is spotlessly clean set in a really nice garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers. It’s an easy ten minute walk to the seafront where there are a selection of good restaurants offering menus to suit everyone’s taste. The area itself feels very safe and we had no problem walking back at night in the dark. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending Birgit’s apartments.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kerry's home! From the very beginning when we made our initial inquiry until the day we checked out Kerry was warm, responsive, and accommodating. She kindly allowed us an early check-in despite having guests check out the same morning and also permitted a late check-out on our last day, which made a huge difference for us as we had staggered travel schedules. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The house had literally everything we could have needed. It was the perfect space for a relaxing getaway, with spacious bedrooms, a great location, and all the amenities we needed. Kerry also made sure to clarify everything about the property beforehand — including backup power, air conditioning, and even helping us adjust our reservation dates when our plans changed last minute. Communication with Kerry was seamless throughout. She was proactive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.

Nthabi's place was everything we had hoped for but never knew we would be able to get - a quiet, peaceful, spacious, beautiful and well-provisioned family accommodation at a good price. Nthabi even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. wow! The perfect getaway for family or friends! The house looked exactly like the photos and had all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt bei Corinne und ihrer Familie. Der Check-in konnte ein wenig früher erfolgen, was toll war nach dem langen Flug und das Haus ist super hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Insbesondere der große Garten und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen und unser Sohn hatte viel Spaß mit den Hunden. Tashi und Niven standen uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts immer zur Verfügung und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We booked Rustic Retreat for our family who were together for the first time in years and it was the perfect place for all of us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jade was always quick to respond with any queries or needs that we had. The house is very well maintained and is exactly as seen in the photos. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.
