Unhappy to leave – but very happy to have been there! A great place to read and write, and to do yoga or calisthenics on the porch. We had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting on the terrace next to the river. Hope to come back one day!

I’m a farm girl so waking up to a rooster crow was the perfect piece of home on my vacation. This place was wonderful and they have plenty of utensils and pans for cooking if that’s your vibe. About 25 minutes from River street it’s close enough to the city that it’s not a hassle.

Our stay was top notch! Every detail was thought of for our stay and visit to Savannah. Very peaceful neighborhood, house was decorated so tasteful and inviting. The personal message board and coffee bar were so very welcoming! Wonderful family accommodations to make memories that we will cherish. Highly recommend Tommy!

This was our second time staying at one of Ian’s properties and it won’t be our last. We originally booked for another location months ago. Ian reached out to let us know they needed to do some repairs and he offered us a selection of two available places he had close by. The location is close to downtown Savannah, the airport and shopping in Pooler. The house is exactly as pictured and well equipped. It is situated on a quiet street and tucked away from main roads. The yard is fully fenced and made it easy for our pup to go out. If you are visiting Savannah or simply driving through, check this listing out. You won’t be disappointed.

We were coming to Georgia to visit our son stationed nearby. Upon looking at many listings in the surrounding area, we chose this property for the outside amenities/fire pit and price per night. Upon arrival, check in was easy, instructions to location were very clear, property is in a good neighborhood that is quiet, and property is very clean and well-maintained. Although we were not able to use the outside amenities due to rain, our stay was very enjoyable. Grocery store and shops are not far away and very easy access to Pooler, airport, and Savanna. Host also had a binder with clear instructions on check-in and checkout procedures, as well as recommendations for eateries and attractions. During our stay, we had to contact host and host was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay! House is just like pictures and description! Plenty of room for our family of 5! Close to downtown Savannah, in a quiet neighborhood and we had lots of room. Felt right at home!

Great spot just outside Savannah. Lots to do and eat nearby and was the perfect quick stay for the family.
