Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

This is our second time staying at Joe’s place. He is an excellent host. His home is exactly as described and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location with lots to do and just a short walk to Main Street. We look forward to staying here again.

Great stay at Dermot’s place. Very close to Waterville Valley and North Woodstock. The space was very memorable and unique, would definitely recommend.

Rachel is a superb host! She was very responsive to my questions. Her apartment was pristine and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many things to do within driving distance. Definitely recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. Spacious MBR plus an individual bedroom - perfect for our party of three. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spend some days, or more, in St. Johnsbury.

Kelley and Jim were great and very accommodating for my 92 year old father. They cleared the snow and made sure he had a safe walkway. The basket with the bread, jam, wine, and fresh baked pumpkin bread was a great touch!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

Kathy's place is by far one if our favorite places we have ever stayed! The place was clean, private and peaceful! Our pups loved roaming the fenced in back yard! Highly recommended if you have doggos!

Magnificent view is waiting for you. We arrived very snowy day after scary driving but we felt it was worthwhile to come over by 3 hours drive. House is well organized with good taste furniture, clean and cozy and very comfortable. Our 12 years and 10 years old boys enjoyed a lot, so do we as a parents. Thanks Jason for welcoming us to the wonderful place.

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

Suraiya's rental was as we expected and more. We needed a place to bring our family together for the holidays. I have an 82 yr old mother who cannot navigate stairs very easily. This rental not only had two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms upstairs but a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor which was perfect for my mother. Suraiya was quick and easy to communicate with. To give you a wonderful example, I hoped that the home might be decorated for the holidays and I reached out to Suraiya to see what the possibilities were. She replied quickly and was more than happy to add some decorations to the inside of the rental. That little touch meant a lot to my family who left their homes to come out to a family Christmas far from where they live. The rental as a whole was a perfect spot for us. Warm, comfortable...it felt like a home away from home. I would rent it again in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

The whole building was very clean. The apartment was comfortable for four people. Shops and restaurants were just across the parking lot. The view off the deck was lovely!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

I absolutely loved the place! It’s in a beautiful location with many things to do around the area! The instructions they gave were very clear and made coming to a new place easy!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.
