Lovely private space, all mod cons you could need. Very comfortable and the four of us did not feel cramped. The log burner was a delightful addition, bedrooms are a good size with enough furniture to unpack, bathroom is spacious and the shower was perfect. We did find the addition of a few more hooks on backs of doors, especially bedrooms and bathroom would be helpful, and maybe a clothes airer, iron and ironing board?. Kevin was also very good at communicating with us during our stay. We definitely would recommend this place if you are wanting a rural stay in Wales with village feel. We used this place as our base to navigate a hike up Snowdon, about 40mins drive to the Llanberis path. All in all a really lovely visit.

A beautiful place to stay inside and out. The house is finished to a very high standard, with a lovely kitchen with a big table, and comfy bedrooms. There's a nice outside space with a table and a friendly horse in the next field. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Rhian was a responsive and friendly host. We will definitely come back again!

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

This was our 2nd visit in 5 months and it was just as great as the first visit. Such a cozy home with just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We took our 2 dogs again who were fixated on the wild bunnies running around the gardens. The lambs were in the field opposite which was so lovely to see. Plenty of room for our dog beds in the property too. We have definitely found our favourite Air BnB and will be returning regularly if allowed. It was just what we needed for a change of scenery and some well needed r&r. Thank you so much Kay, you really have a gem of a property here and we feel so lucky to have found this perfect spot . X

- Good location, approx 15-18mins from abersoch with taxi number provided. We stayed for abersoch half marathon - very large house - plenty of space in bedrooms - plenty of parking - good technology (speakers, TV) - well supplied kitchen - Matt was responsive very fast with any issues that arose Will return next year! Our stay was beyond incredible, the place was pristine and exactly as listed. It was an incredible surprise for my partner for his birthday. The hosts were excellent communicators sending lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat as-well as very easy instructions upon arrival. The hottub was a real highlight overlooking all of the stunning views of the hills filled with sheep, we were lucky enough that it was lamb season and we got to see them all up close. Everything we needed was there, with a welcome basket provided and everything you needed in a kitchen, by far the best catered experience I’ve stayed at. The bed was extremely comfortable with super soft linen. Another highlight was the games provided which we enjoyed whilst sitting on the terrace overlooking the views. By far an incredible weekend and we would come back in a heartbeat.

The home was beautiful, very spacious and had great views of the sea from the garden and bedrooms. There were lots of things to do in the home with children, and the hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings. Within walking distance, there were many small shops, pubs and the beach and lots of other places to have days out a short drive away. The hosts were very helpful with any enquires we had and came out the next day to help amend these. Would definitely recommend for families who are looking for a peaceful and fun get away.
