This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

Michael and Enrique were excellent hosts, and left me and my girlfriends ice cream in the freezer to enjoy! They responded quickly when we had any questions. The view from the hottub looking out onto the woods is beautiful and the hottub was just what we needed to relax. A beautiful, cozy getaway, and so close to Rhinebeck!

We had a great stay! The house is spacious and well laid out for multiple families going away together. Susanna was extremely responsive and helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! An easy and comfortable stay! Their place had everything you might need and they had detailed instructions for anything you might have questions about. Ilze was quick to respond about check in questions and the house is within a 5 min walk of the chief diner and a cool old cemetery. While the weather didn’t cooperate for using the outdoor spaces, the fire pit and deck area were awesome. We didn’t use the downstairs TV area but the upstairs areas were cozy and perfect. Thanks!

My mother and I really enjoyed having Carin's place as a home base as we explored Kingston. Carin was very proactive in communicating with us about check-in instructions and check out expectations. The space was clean and bed was so comfortable! It was nice to come home after our night and make a cup of tea from what was provided in the kitchen and enjoy the living room space. Would recommend and thank you Carin!

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

My stay was truly delightful. While spring hadn't yet brought the garden to bloom, the interior entirely made up for it with a cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful balance between cleanliness and the pleasingly maximalist design choices, like the William Morris wallpaper and carefully selected vintage decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft linen sheets and the ideal firm mattress I prefer. Though I didn't have time to use the clawfoot tub, it looked incredibly inviting with well-placed candles. Communication with the host was seamless via messaging, and the location couldn't be better—just a very short walk to the main street with its charming antique shops and cafes. A perfect Kingston trip!

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Came for a 9 person family thanksgiving. House was very well laid out for cooking, eating and relaxing. Had a few issues and The hosts and manager were very responsive, especially considering we were there on a holiday weekend. Property is beautiful For walking. Fireplace is lovely and there was plenty of dried wood. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked. If you stay in the winter bring slippers and layers, especially if you are using the basement rooms.

This was a fantastic spot! The home was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and had plenty to do both inside and out. One of our favorite features was the stunning view of the mountains from the front window—it made for a perfect backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook delicious meals with ease, and there were plenty of cozy spaces to relax and hang out together. Everything about the home made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Sourove was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. His hospitality really made a difference in our experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back for another stay in the future. We celebrated thanksgiving with our entire family. So cozy and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The house was spectacular! Amazing views! So much privacy. The owner, Jean was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything. The caretaker Kat was just the same

This house is gorgeous!! Our group had a fantastic time. There is so much space, plenty of room for the three families we had staying there. All the kids loved it at Jean's house, from the babies to the 5 year old there was plenty to do and lots of amenities. The theater room was a huge hit! The hot tub was perfect for the adults and we loved how close it was to the house so we could run in after getting out! The view was fantastic even in the winter. We are already talking about coming back in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous infinity pool. This place is really special and we will be talking about it for a long time.

Marco is a fabulous host and his staff, inclusing Angela, are terrific! The house is a delight. It is huge and well appointed and Marco maintains it well. It really was like living in a movie set for a weekend. The master bedroom is the biggest room I have ever been in. Everything worked as promised. The house is older and I think that adds to the charm. We had an amazing time at a 50th birthday party. Everyone loved the house so much that we're working out dates for 2026 to rent it out for a friends reunion. Thank you, Marco, for all your help! You really made our event so memorable!
