Overal we had an amazing stay!! The villa is a dream! The maintenance of the pool was good, and the house was clutter free and clean. Some minor points can be improved like the Wi-Fi and the warm water supply to the upstairs room. The gardener was super friendly also our “friend” the gatekeeper was sooo friendly and took amazing care of us during our stay. Thankyou soo much for the quick respond and great communication!

Die Anreise, Ankunft, der Empfang, der Aufenthalt, sowie die Abreise...... alles war einfach perfekt. Ibrahim hat uns freundlich begrüsst und alle nötigen Informationen gegeben. Er war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet, auch spät Abends. Auch Claus war gut zu erreichen. Egal ob Wohnraum, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Pool, Balkon oder Terrasse, überall fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Nebenan steht das Hotel Neom, und ebenfalls in der Nähe ist das Restaurant Seaduction mit leckerem Essen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber alles ist zu Fuss (etwa 15Minuten), oder mit einem Taxi gut und schnell zu erreichen. Schönes Aufwachen am Morgen beim Sonnenaufgang, mit Sicht aufs Meer. Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen! Besten Dank an Ibrahim, Claus und Hamad für den schönen Aufenthalt! ....den nächsten Aufenthalt haben wir bereits gebucht! :-) Bis bald, Robert & Astrid

The villa was absolutely stunning, and the host went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Everything I needed was readily available in the villa, and it was impeccably clean. From start to finish, my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to returning again soon; it's a definite must for me.

Fatma is an excellent host and very responsive and a great communicator. Her beach house was extremely clean and has fantastic views. It was very comfortable for myself, wife and our 6 kids. The beach is amazing and the community is very friendly and safe. I highly recommend!

The location of this villa is amazing! A few steps from a sandy beach while you have a massive garden at the back. Nice balconies to have your morning coffee while enjoying the sea view and a spacious place to enjoy your stay at this super host's place! You take a nice walk by the sea and you are in the vicinity of the next door 5-star hotel where you can enjoy their breakfast or enjoy the shisha at night during their every-night party! I strongly recommend this property.

Loved this neighborhood stay at this homey property in Luxor. Everything is as pictured. The host has great communication and the property manager was so helpful whenever we needed anything. We slept peacefully and quietly and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Homey restaurants were within walking distance so that was really nice. It’s a very safe area to stay in. My only complaint is I do wish the bathroom had a door or something so it wouldn’t splash everywhere when you shower and also the Smokey towels weren’t the hosts fault since they do burn a lot during this time of the year - they were so helpful to be accommodating and extremely nice and that truly goes a wrong way. Also, the sheets weren’t exactly the most spotless but we truly appreciate the hospitality this owner showed us and their house manager so that was amazing. We enjoyed our day tours in Luxor and coming back at night with a comfy rest to enjoy. A few details could make this place even awesomer!

اولاً بصفتي أم كنت احرص اني اخذ بمكان آمن جداً للأطفال و لما شفت الفيلا انها داخل مجمع سكني على طول حجزنا عندهم و الحمدالله كان جداً هدوء و آمن و الفيلا جداً رائعة و نظيفة و خصوصاً تعامل المضيف كان رااااقي و افضل من فنادق بخمسة نجوم من خدمة و تعامل و كل يوم تجي عاملة تنظف الفيلا .. ولو حصل اي مشكلة يرد و يحلها بنفس الوقت.. مثلاً المكيف عندي خرب و جاب عمال و صلحوه بنفس اليوم و ثاني يوم جابو لنا شيف تطبخ لنا فطور هدية كا تعويض عن المكيف .. من احلى التجارب و ان شاء الله مرح تكون اخر مرة اتعامل معاهم 👍🏻

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

This place is a 10/10. The location is perfect, right at the main pool and in front of the beach. The space is perfect for a larger family and clean and modern. We will definitely be staying here again we had a wonderful time. Mohamed was very helpful and responsive to everything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an upscale experience in Gouna!

Our primary contact was Reham, the co-host. She helped me with all my requests to make our trip memorable and was incredibly responsive. We pre-ordered home/cooked meals for breakfast/lunch and dinner, and they were prepared promptly and deliciously. Reham was able to purchase the supplies we needed such as oat milk, water, birthday cake etc. Reham made our family holiday unforgettable by going above and beyond to ensure to ensure we were well taken care of. Her hospitality was exceptional.

Zyra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff were very helpful and flexible to our needs. The house itself was fantastic, great pool, great rooms and great spaces to socialize. We couldn’t have asked for a better house to help us relax after busy days around Cairo. Thank you!

I don’t even know where to start. This a hidden gem, you can’t get a better location in Egypt if you like privacy with your own view of the Abusir Pyramids. The villa itself is a work of art. You can easily spend a full day just observing the property and what it has to offer. Everything was as described and more. Lots of amenities and activities to entertain the whole family. Thank Taya for offering this experience to the public and I would also like to thank Reham and Neddie for their continuous support and helpful information from the time I made the booking up to checkout. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and would love to stay here again in the future if I am back to Egypt.

أود أن أعبر عن تقديري البالغ لإقامتي الرائعة في الفيلا بمجمع مارينا 2. كانت التجربة بكل تفاصيلها ممتازة وأود أن أشارك الآخرين مدى رضاي عن هذا المكان. من اللحظة التي وصلنا فيها، شعرنا بالترحيب والراحة. الفيلا كانت نظيفة جداً، مع ديكور عصري وأنيق جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا. النظافة كانت على أعلى مستوى، وكل شيء كان معداً بدقة لاستقبالنا. أود أن أشيد بالأساتذة محمد الصردي وإسلام الصردي الذين كانوا على تواصل دائم معنا. لقد كانوا محترمين للغاية، وكانوا يتابعون معنا على مدار الساعة، 24 ساعة في اليوم، للتأكد من أننا لا نواجه أي مشكلة. في أي وقت كان لدينا استفسار أو مشكلة، كانوا يتدخلون بسرعة ويحلوا الأمر بكفاءة عالية. القرية نفسها كانت تحفة جميلة جداً. النظافة والإهتمام بالتفاصيل كانت واضحة في كل زاوية من زوايا المجمع. توفر جميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها جعل إقامتنا مريحة وخالية من أي قلق. من المرافق الترفيهية إلى الخدمات اليومية، كان كل شيء متاحاً وبجودة عالية. باختصار، تجربتي في الفيلا بمجمع مارينا 2 كانت متميزة بكل المقاييس. المكان الرائع، النظافة الاستثنائية، والخدمة الممتازة التي قدمه

One of the best air bnb experiences my group and I have had. From the amazing hospitality, the thoughtfulness, generosity, prompt responses. Everything was amazing. Insane view. Good energy. Its all in the details and Farah killed it 🙌 Would book again and our friends are already interested in booking Farah’s place very soon.

Very nice villa, with lots of room and privacy. The area is very calm and Mo is very helpful!

The villa had everything we needed, as advertised it’s right next to the beach, great view of the sea, and Maria provided us with a local guide to help us find the villa. I guess the only downside side is, if you wanna go to a place with multiple restaurants, you would need to drive to Porto Sokhna, but that wasn’t too far and it was only 17 mins away

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

Max war ein herzlicher, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Dank ihm konnten wir tolle Ausflüge zu fairen Preisen unternehmen. Er hat sich stets darum gekümmert, dass es uns gut geht. Die Villa ist groß, geräumig und entspricht den Bildern. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Sauberkeit – sowohl bei den Handtüchern als auch insgesamt im inneren des Airbnbs gab es Luft nach oben. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und ein gutes Airbnb. Vielen Dank, Max!

Magy and her family are some of the kindest people and was very helpful. The place is amazing. There wasn’t one thing that was missing. I felt right at home. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming again. Zero complaints.
