Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, la ubicación es muy accesible para las atracciones turísticas y los anfitriones muy amables y siempre están al pendiente.

We stayed in David’s place for 3 nights and our experience exceeded all expectations. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the roof area is a great addition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Everything looked like the pictures in the listing. We really liked the modern shades and having a washer in the apartment. The bed felt like hotels beds which was really nice. My only comment was that the floors were not properly swept and didn’t appear to have been mopped since our socks were really dirty after walking in the apartment for a few hours. I did give the host a heads up but this did not damage the experience for us. Overall it was lovely!

El lugar está a una cuadra de la sagrada familia, está muy fácil de encontrar y el lugar corresponde a las fotos, muy recomendable para pasar una bonita estancia!!

The place was perfect for us as a family of 5 adults and 2 children. The apartment is modern and clean, which lots of amenities. It is a short (10-12min) walk to two different metro stations/lines. Check in and out was easy and it was simple to grab a taxi to and from the airport. We absolutely loved the location! There are so many places to eat and drink near the apartment - especially plant-based food! The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, we really enjoyed being based here. It was also a short walk to Parc Guell. Thanks for a great stay!

Alexandre’s place was the PERFECT spot for a wonderful time in Barcelona. Clean, spacious, cute, comfortable… a truly dream apartment. Easy to walk to everything and centrally located. Great neighborhood. Alexandre is the consummate host - just a dream to work with and so wonderful! Will 100% stay here again the next time we come to Barcelona. Recommending this apartment to everyone we know. Thank you, Alexandre, for helping to make our time in Barcelona so magical!

The apartment is bigger than expected! Very modern touch and well-maintained spaces. The position is just a few minutes away from the Metro and there's a wide choice of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets around. The airport was around 50 minutes away although easy to reach with the Metro. Also, there are a lots of bike-sharing stations in the perimeter which we used a lot to get to places (5 minutes to Rambla and around 15 minutes to Barceloneta). We were warmly greeted by Rohith and Daniel, constantly checking on our arrival to make sure they were there at the apt when we arrived. They showed us a small tour of the house which was well appreciated, and also they were very reactive on any inquiry during the stay. Highly recommend the place if your are staying in Barcelona for some nights.

Très bonne adresse. Arrivée pratique car tout l’immeuble est géré par l’hôte (société) et nous avons pu récupérer les clés en arrivant et aussi avoir la possibilité de stocker la poussette dans un local au rez de chaussée. Très grande surface. C’est même immense! Quartier calme et sécurisé. À proximité de la ligne L4 arrêt Joanic pour aller en centre ville facilement. Sagrada familia accessible en 10 minutes à pied. Supermarchés à proximité immédiate. Nous recommandons!
