المكان كان حلو ولطيف جدا والفيلا متوفر فيها تقريبًا كل حاجة، عيبها انها بعيدة عن الخدمات شوية لو حد معهوش عربية خصوصا البسين، بس الماركت عنده ديلفري، الجاردن كمان حلوة لكن تقريبا الزرع مخلي النمل كان بيتلم بسرعة، المكان جوه حلو وفيه تكييفين في اوضة وفي الريسبشن وفيه مروحتين ودي كانت مهمة بالنسبالنا، وفيه تلفزيون وواي فاي واخيرا د. علي كان responsive ومتعاون والتجربة كانت حلوة

We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

Das von Ali vermietete Ferienhaus ist ausgezeichnet. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Einrichtung stilvoll gewählt und in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt außerdem einen geräumig Kühlschrank, einen großen Herd nebst Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und einen Elektrogrill. Das Haus hat sowohl vorne als auch hinten eine Terrasse und ist von einem Garten umgeben, von dem aus man das Meer sehen kann. Durch die Einzäunung auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern top. Ali ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der weiße Strand und das türkisblaue Meer sind definitiv eine Reise wert! Wir werden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The Villa is beautiful. The swimming pool is well maintained. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner Mr Ihab is responsive and very kind. I recommend this villa for private family or friends gathering

Great host and a wonderful property. Owner was very helpful, accomodating, and flexible. Felt just like at home. Resort staff were also friendly and proactive.

Mostafa's residence was truly fantastic. Situated in a secluded area in Alexandria, it provided the perfect escape from city traffic and noise. The accommodation itself was outstanding—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Mostafa exhibited great responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. The gardener, a delightful and proactive individual, took excellent care of the pool and yard. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay there again!

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

‘Felt like home’ is what is best described my stay. I was flabbergasted by Alaa’s friendly responses. All of my enquiries was satisfied, leaving me with no worries. All I can say is that this villa was a ‘bang for your buck’, worth it every single penny for a spacious villa during Summer. I would like to show my gratitude and appreciation towards Alaa for this stay.

We spent a beautiful week in Sarahs house. We felt like at home and enjoyed the blue ambience and also the total silence around us. Unfortunately the pool was still without water. Official Session starts mid of June and before they won‘t fill the pool. Kids were a bit sad, because we dind‘t know this before.
