We stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette with a group of 10 girls. It was the most beautiful locations with so many places to eat and drink nearby. There was more than enough space for all of us. Everyone was super happy with the sleeping accommodations and even the pullout mattresses were super comfortable!! I loved this place and we had the best time cooking, playing games and going to the beach. 10/10 would recommend for a big group!!

Perfect Stay for a Beach Getaway! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Ocean Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect laid-back beach vibe. It had everything we needed – a cozy bed, well-stocked kitchen, and a front porch where we could sip coffee and watch the sunset. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even better. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. My girlfriend and I already miss it and are counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend for couples looking for a perfect beach escape!

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Our stay was great! The view from the rooftop was amazing especially for sunset! Theres a lot of stairs, if you don’t like stairs this place won’t be a good fit for you. We rented a van there and were unable to get it to fit in the driveway/garage no matter how many ways we tried. It was too low to the ground for the angle of the driveway. The hosts were very quick to get back to me with any questions we had! And sooo happy they had baby gates to put in the stairways!

We absolutely loved our stay! Angela provided a list of recommendations for walkable food spots and the house was just as pictured! It rained most of our trip but the house some games available and we still had a blast! We will definitely be back!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Jason & Nicole were very helpful when their key to the laundry room was accidentally taken by the prior guest. In two days they worked out a way for us to do laundry. Great location and perfect for our dog! We’d come again…. Adorable, bright spot!

Amazing Stay in Pacific Beach – Perfect for Our Soccer Trip! My son and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb while in San Diego for his soccer tournament. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet close enough to the action. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we could ask for. The bed and sofa was comfortable, the WiFi was fast (great for my son’s downtime), and the space felt like a true home away from home. Parking was easy, which was a huge plus. Our host Ricardo was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Pacific Beach, this is it.

Nice location. Loved the Pac-Man, how quiet it was there and so many things in walking distance. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Eddie is a gem! SO kind and responsive. His home was the perfect place to connect with family. We felt super well-cared for. We loved the decor. The pools and the hot tubs (more than one on site!) were a massive hit with my 6-year-old. Beach access is so easy and lovely. Would absolutely come back :D

Wonderful stay - fantastic kitchen with great appliances and everything you need to cook a meal (a ton of spices which I haven’t seen before at an Airbnb) - the house was delight and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Avantstay was fantastic thought our trip - wish we didn’t have to leave.

The house was exactly how it was pictured in the listing. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The hot tub did heat up quickly. The lights in the hot tub and around the pool gave a nice serene atmosphere at night. The kitchen and living room provided a great set up for family to enjoy meals and time together. The doors opened to the back up which allowed for nice air flow and relaxed surroundings. Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated and well-appointed condo. It was spacious and well maintained and stocked. Great location and close to the beach, local attractions and amenities. Excellent communication with the host who immediately responded to any questions or concerns. Becky was a great host who was very responsive and welcoming. Her house was also the perfect place for our stay. It was spacious, had a lot of beds and the property was fairly private for that location with a lot of room both inside and out. It was immaculately kept with easy instructions and check in/out. I/we would definitely stay there again. I met and even exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here with a few friends and the place was perfect for our group! Ramona was very communicative and quick to respond. Ramona did warn us about the street parking, so we planned accordingly with our rental car. Overall, great stay!

GREAT OPTION! My husband and I were looking for a special place by the ocean to host our adult children and their spouses over the Christmas holiday. This place on Mission Beach was just perfect! Spacious enough for 6 adults to eat, play games, watch sports and just hang out! You can see the ocean from the second story :) The rooftop balcony was fantastic. It had a super nice fireplace too. We truly had a great time. It is located just around the corner from the ocean. We watched sunsets, went on walks, and enjoyed hanging out. The beach chairs came in very handy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics to make a good meal. We cooked every day and appreciated that every thing worked great. The master bedroom has a Sleep Number mattress which is so nice. We had a bit of a glitch at the beginning with that but the manager made it right for us. Our kids loved it and we did too. We would go back there any day!

The beach house was wonderful. We stayed here with two kids. It's a 2 min walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more (even had a pack n play and a wagon to haul stuff to beach or around the zoo, etc) There are two outdoor patios which are lovely. Very family friendly. The host is also very responsive and accommodating! One important note if you've never been to San Diego - this neighborhood is directly below the flight path to the airport. The listing mentions it too, but be aware if you're a sensitive sleeper. Flights stop around 11.30pm but at 6.30am there is a stampede of a planes for about 45 min.

I recently stayed in this beautiful rental for a work conference, and it was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the ocean and a quick walk to a Pilates studio. Golf lovers will appreciate being near Torrey Pines Golf Club and those interested in entertainment have plenty of restaurants, Del Mar Fair, and racetrack nearby. The home itself is serene and welcoming. The kitchen was a favorite—clean, well-equipped, and stocked with Illy coffee, adding a special touch. Nearby coffee shops added to the charm. The restrooms were immaculate. Outdoor spaces provided a peaceful retreat after busy days. Note that the upstairs master shower takes a moment for hot water, and the pipes can rattle. While the sheets had a slight bleach smell, it confirmed their cleanliness. Despite these minor issues, this house was a spectacular find, perfect for mixing business with coastal relaxation. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

We loved our 10 days at Amanda and Jeff's. Our 18 month old granddaughter loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the very pretty and private yard. We chose this home because we love the area beaches, restaurants and overall vibe.
