Spent a lovely week at Agustin and Mari’s flat. They are wonderful hosts, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Left us some breakfast items and were flexible with our late arrival and departure. Flat is clean, bright and spacious. Easy distance to restaurants and Consum supermarket. Agustin showed us how to get into València easily using the metro. We used the hire car to get to the station. Nice local seafront with eating places and bars. Pool and tennis court are good especially for the children. Recommended

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anthony. Anthony est un hôte réactif, accueillant et arrangeant, facilitateur bref un hôte parfait . L appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir à pied le centre vile, et pour accéder à la plage il suffit de prendre le tramway (30 min environ). L appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Vous avez vraiment tout dans cet appartement pour effectuer la cuisine (plutôt rare), dans la salle de bain : gel douche, shampoing, savon, serviettes de plages, parasol etc. Très apprécié pas obliger de faire des courses pour les éléments de bases tellement essentiel pour un séjour . En conclusion nous recommandons cet appartement et le super hôte Anthony !

Lovely apartment and great host! The apartment is modern and clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The outdoor space was lovely and it is walking distance to the beach!

Lots of space and quiet apartment at the rear of the building. Valencia is a great city to explore and enjoy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Veronica, spacieux, bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine même si nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Valence. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner chez Veronica lors de notre prochain séjour à Valence.

We have been living in AirBnBs around the world for almost 4 years and Marisa’s place is one of the best. We spent 3 months here and specifically chose this AirBnB in winter as we knew from staying here previously how good it is. We cannot understate how great Marisa is as a host. Anything you need will not be a problem, she has always been so helpful to us. Unlike many AirBnBs you can simply unpack and enjoy. No extra cleaning needed, no need to request an item such as glasses or bowls or any other basic items that tend to be missing at many AirBnBs. In fact some of the best quality pots and pans can be found here. Also, in winter you’ll get full sun almost all day on the balcony and it’s absolutely quiet. You are minutes away (walking ) to the water or a fabulous grocery store + there is a great FREE local bus that in 10min takes you to the metro where you can travel into Valencia or all the way to the airport!! Thank you to Marisa for being such a great host. We hope to come back!

Konstantin was a friendly host who was always in perfect communication, before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a convenient location, right across from the mercado central. Only needed to use the metro, 15 minutes walk away, to get to and from the airport. Beware if you are visiting during the Fallas celebration. The fireworks, firecrackers, explosions, and partying were very loud outside, into early hours of the morning during our stay that was during Fallas. The plaza area outside the mercado central was a destination for Fallas celebrants and there was also a music stage installed for some of the nights of the event. Thankfully, the loud music ended at 22:30 on the nights the stage was active. The firecrackers, fireworks, explosions, and partying however would sometimes go on until 2 or 3am or later. Never got a good night's sleep. This is not to fault the host. Just the reality of Fallas and the apartment location.

El alojamiento IMPECABLE, súper acogedor, cuando llegamos el chico nos recibió súper bien súper amable y tenia puesto todos los rediadores y estufas para que estuviera todo calentito. Tiene ascensor , todo estaba muy limpio y nos ha dejado varias toallas para ducharnos y todo perfecto, también teníamos una terraza y un pequeño columpio súper guay. La zona residencial tiene muchos bares y restaurantes y es muy tranquila y cerca de centros comerciales. También nos dejó café y agua para cuando llegamos. La chica que nos ha recogido las llaves súper amable. Sin duda un 10

Host sempre molto disponibile e gentile! Appartamento carino in una zona residenziale tranquillissima, adatta ad un soggiorno relax. Il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con una passeggiata. Ampia pineta di fronte all’appartamento. Ritorneremo se passeremo nuovamente dalla zona! Consigliato!

Nos fuimos muy contentos con la estancia en el piso de Fabrizio. Ha sido muy atento y paciente con nuestras solicitudes. El piso cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, muy bien equipado,limpio y cómodo. La zona donde se encuentra es muy bonita y relativamente cerca de los puntos de interés y muy cerquita de la playa. También en la zona hay muchos bares y restos y supermercados para hacer las compras necesarias. Recomendable 100%. Sin duda si tuviéramos que volver, repetiríamos!

If you want to stay in the center of Valencia, sleep on comfy beds and have a lot of space: then this is your place! Easy to find and great communication. Would definitely recommend!

La vivienda es amplia y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y en la misma calle, al final, hay un supermercado. Tiene la piscina al lado de la casa, muy cómodo.

Le logement est de grande qualité et très spacieux. Le parking dispose de nombreuses places de stationnement. Le village est à proximité, quelques minutes en voiture.

we hebben een geweldige week gehad. Erg prettig appartement om vanuit te werken en tegelijk te genieten van de stad. wifi was top. de locatie was perfect als je niet de hele tijd in het centrum wilt zijn, met genoeg restaurants en horeca in de omgeving. zeer dicht bij geweldig park

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door Marta zelf. Het appartement was ruim met een prachtig balkon en uitzicht op zee. Het was schoon en heerlijk fris. Met bus 24/25 naar Valéncia is prima te doen. wij hebben enorm genoten!

El piso de María es una maravilla: súper limpio, amplio, lleno de luz y muy tranquilo. Y lo mejor es que está a solo 2 minutos del metro, así que en nada estás en el centro histórico o en la playa. ¡Nos encantó todo! María es un amor, muy atenta, siempre con buenas recomendaciones y dispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. ¡Una anfitriona de 10! Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Gracias por todo, María!

Una experiencia magnífica. Pilar es encantadora y muy amable. El apartamento es precioso y acogedor, con una decoración de gusto exquisito. Es el apartamento más limpio que he visto en mi vida. La piscina del edificio es muy bonita y la playa está muy cerca, lo que es perfecto. Además, la playa es tranquila y no está masificada, lo que la hace aún más agradable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ,le logement d’Emilio est vraiment chaleureux,cosy,très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. La piscine et la mer était tellement bonne ,l’accès à la mer proche .Le voisinage adorable,très polis. Puçol est un petit coin très calme ,paisible.Pour ceux qui voudraient plus d’animations ou des plages plus grandes ,nous avons été à Valence qui est à 30 m de Puçol qui est très animé. Je recommande à 100% le logement d’Emilio ,hâte de revenir !!! Merci encore à Emilio.

Amazing hosts! Very responsive and kind, helpful on all fronts. The unit wax exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for us directly between the beaches and city central and right across from the park and museums. We will definitely be back.
