What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was clear, friendly, and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is beautiful — spacious, full of light, and tastefully decorated to feel both modern and cozy. Everything was spotless and hygienic, and the space was very practically laid out with plenty of storage. The location is another big plus: the apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Public transport and a supermarket are just around the corner. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions and a convenient key lockbox. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight — a thoughtful gesture that made our departure much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place and happily stay again!

We had a lovely time in Jorge‘s apartment, it’s exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did a lot of cooking. The location is great too, just a short walk from the old town and in a nice neighborhood. Jorge was a super friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

We had a great stay at Francisco’s place. Francisco himself was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he let us in. He spent time showing us the apartment and giving us top tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was just as described. Spotlessly clean, as the photos showed and a great roof terrace. Super. We both had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The mother of the host is really sweet and lovely, she welcomed us warmly, shown us the apartment. Everything was clean and organized, they provide extra towels, bedsheets etc.. The kitchen has all what you need in case you had a longer stay and wanted to prepare food at home. The location is really great, 5-8 mins walk to the beach, we didn't worry that we might walk too much to enjoy the sunrise on the beach. There are lots of nearby pharmacies and supermarkets. We really enjoyed our time in this place:)

El apartamento es muy bonito y muy bien equipado. Muy cerca del Parque Gulliver y de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. El jacuzzi es un punto muy bueno que le da un gran salto de calidad. Volveriamos sin dudar.

Die Wohnung war super, wir haben sehr spontan am selben Tag gebucht und der Check In war auch direkt möglich. Angelica war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Gerne wieder :)

The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciated the thoughtful walk-through during the check-in. The location is convenient—just steps away from a grocery store, a 15-minute walk to Russafa, and a quick bus ride to the city center and Central Market.

Loft muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja, bastante amplio y completo, todo funcionaba a la perfección, zona muy tranquila y a 5 min a pie del centro comercial Gran Turia, la cocina contaba con todo tipo de menaje, los baños estaban impolutos y completos, Carmen la anfitrióna super amable y super atenta, contesta muy rápido y nos indico a la perfección como llegar, el garaje es amplio para dejar el coche sin problema, un gesto que nos gustó mucho es que tiene una guía sobre las cosas más importantes para ver y sitios para comer en Valencia en definitiva super recomendable.

Rafa was an excellent host - always responsive and friendly, and provided a lot of suggestions for things to do in Valencia. The apartment was very suitable for our young children. From the accommodation you can walk to the beach or Metro station in 10 minutes, and there are a lot of amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, etc nearby). Would definitely stay again.

Невеличка затішна оселя. Чиста, все працює. Коли виникають питання, господар відповідає майже миттєво.

Javi ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, die Unterkunft sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, toll ausgestattete Küche. In etwa 10 Gehminuten kommt man zum Strand, dort sind verschiedene Restaurants und Shops. Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen sind auch in ca. 10 min Entfernung zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus fährt man etwa 25-30 Minuten in die Stadt, mit der Metro etwa 15. Javi hat eine Liste mit Restaurantinformationen in der Unterkunft. Es war genügend Toilettenpapier und Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und auch Supermärkte sind in etwa 10 Minuten Entfernung erreichbar (zu Fuß). Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt :) es war alles zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit

Muy recomendable, todo limpio y con check-in con autogestión. Volvería a hospedarme.
