El Carmen, Ciutat Vella : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

Très beau logement proposé par Carola. Très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et de nombreuses commodités sont à disposition. La localisation est idéale, calme sans être trop éloignée du centre ville (15 minutes avec les vélos proposés par Carola). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

It was a great stay in Valencia, the Airbnb was lovely and pristine, with easy and quick communication from the hosts who catered to our flight times for arrival and departure.

Het huis was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze Fallas vakantie. Alexandra is zeer makkelijk benaderbaar en denkt heel fijn met je mee 😉. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Super séjour chez Leontina. Le logement est très propre, la literie est confortable et il est bien équipé. Il est situé dans une rue calme, proche des commerces, des arrêts de bus et des lieux touristiques. L’hôte est très réactive et donne de bons conseils. La communication est facile et agréable. Leontina a été très bienveillante et gentille avec nous. Avant notre venue elle nous a rassuré suite à nos inquiétudes concernant les inondations de la région. Sans hésiter je reviendrai chez elle pour un prochain séjour dans la région de València (avec de meilleurs conditions climatiques, et un meilleur niveau en espagnol ! 😅). Merci encore pour tout !

Wir waren zu sechst über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und das Haus war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Vermieter und gute Anbindung an die Bahn, um in die Stadt zu fahren (ca 30 min). Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Nice and exclusive house located between downtown Valencia and the beach. Really enjoyed the two nights, especially hanging out at the pool with plenty of comfortable chairs. The several bathrooms make a stay with many people quite easy.

La verdad es que estuvimos genial en el alojamiento de Antonio. Todo salió estupendamente. Lo único que podría destacar como una apreciación es que en el anuncio pone que caben hasta 6 viajeros y una de las camas es infantil y es bastante cortita. Caben 6 viajeros teniendo en cuenta 4 adultos y dos niños pequeños. Todo lo demás, estupendo!

We had amazing time in the house. Manuel is fantastic, very kind and helpful. Since he leaves very close, he is always there to help you. The house has very nice, well located, had beautiful garden and amazing looking pool. Definitely worth recommending

Es war ein sehr wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Rafa Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für die Familie. Wir konnten uns (3 Familien (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder)) gut erholen und hatten genügend Platz. Highlight: - großer Pool für klein und Groß (leider hat bei uns das Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt größtenteils nicht mitgespielt). Der Pool ist auch teils tief und gut zum schwimmen. - Kamin zum Grillen war super! - Haus mit genügend Platz - privaten abgesicherten Parkplatz Super Highlight: - großartiger Gastgeber Rafa!! Er hat alle unsere Probleme und Wünsche umgehend umgesetzt und stand jederzeit via Airbnb Chat innerhalb von Minuten zu Verfügung für uns.

Non abbiamo incontrato Marien personalmente ma è sempre stata molto disponibile sia nel check in che nelle richieste fatte da noi. consiglio vivamente sia per la zona tranquilla che per la distanza dal centro e per lo spazio a disposizione nell appartamento. eravamo in 6 con bimbi piccoli ed è stato tutto molto semplice spostarsi. casa perfetta, spaziosa e pulita, adatta a uma famiglia. grazie per averci anticipato il check in. speriamo di ritornare.

Das Haus ist toll und die Kommunikation mit Begoña sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder 😊

Santiago was responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, accommodated 7 adults and 4 children with ease. There is a large fenced off area in the back where children can play safely.

Emilio was very friendly, showed us around on arrival and was always helpful if we needed anything. He was very responsive using the app if we had questions. House was perfect for us for a few days using Valencia Circuit and being able to use the pool on an evening was ideal. Would only be slightly better if there were shops within walking distance but Aldi was only 5 minutes drive away. Would recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay in Valencia

Rita was friendly and very good in communicating promptly with us from start to finish. Being new visitors to town, Rita gave clear directions to find her apartment and was prompt in replying to any queries we had – Thank you, Rita. If it’s a city break you are looking for, this is it. This Airbnb is located on the third floor with access via stairs and lift . A spacious flat with good quality bed, shower and wifi. A clean and efficient Metro network gets you around town and a convenience store for essentials can be found downstairs from the flat. Handy note for visitors: We relied heavily on our GPS to navigate our way around town on foot - The town layout with some streets and buildings appearing to be the same as the last seen, can be a little confusing to first-time visitors. Located in the older part of town with pedestrian-friendly old-town streets, one can reach the Central Market (Mercado Central) on foot within 15 minutes. A huge abundance of colourful foods to be found, and

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung – sie war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen, um Valencia zu erkunden. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Really charming apartment, I enjoyed a lot. I stayed for 5 weeks! Comfortable, clean, plenty of space for clothes, strong WiFi, etc. I loved the location — plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets, grocery shops, fruit stalls. And many, many bus and tram routes are nearby to take you wherever you want to go — directly to the beach or the city centre, or anywhere else in the city. Rocio was also very nice and helpful. I would stay here again in the future!
