There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. Un lugar especial para pasar tiempo en familia sin necesidad de ir a ningún otro sitio. El supermercado está en la acera de enfrente, y también un bazar. La piscina es muy grande y el patio una pasada. Todos los detalles super bien cuidados. Tiene una cocina con absolutamente todo para cocinar y demás. Nuestros perros han disfrutado casi más que nosotros! Ojalá poder repetir!!!

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher für eine Familie mit einer jüngeren Tochter geeignet, da im 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein schmales Bett steht und wie ein Spielzimmer für kleine Mädchen gestaltet ist. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein und schwer zu befüllen. Alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Benko est un hôte très serviable, agréable et réactif. Tout était très clair pour notre arrivée. La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 10 en famille et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est propre et confortable. Les extérieurs sont top. Les jeunes ont apprécié le babyfoot mis à disposition. Le sauna était très agréable aussi. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour, vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci encore à Benko pour sa sympathie et son accueil.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Increíble recibimiento de Monique en su alojamiento, toda una experiencia exclusiva y gratamente sorprendente. La vivienda se ubica en una urbanización con buenas vistas hacia Alicante y el mar Mediterráneo, con fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Cuenta con todo lujo de detalles para pasar una estancia con todas las comodidades, cabe destacar lo limpio y ordenado que estaba todo. Sin duda, Monique hace que todo funciones para tu paso por allí te deje un buen recuerdo. Sin duda volveré a ir cuando vaya a Alicante.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

Nos encanto el apartamento y la zona. Tiene un paseo a pie de playa al girar el edificio y a 8 minitos andando de una playa pequeña y nada masificada. La piscina esta muy bieny el piso nos encanto. Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.

Apartment was modern and really clean. Had everything we needed, very big with plenty of space. 10-15 walk to beach, good location.
