Beautiful private modern mountain home located on top of a huge coffee farm. My family traveled all of Nicaragua with this home being our absolute favorite rental property in the country. The home is located up a remote mountain road from San Ramon where 4x4 is highly recommended. Make sure you pickup all you need for your stay before arriving at the home b/c once you arrive you’ll never want to leave this peaceful magical place. When you arrive at the home you’ll be greeted by the amazing staff that is so helpful and friendly and makes you feel right at home. The room accommodates are perfect for family/friends to have a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The main home has everything you need for cooking family meals, to playing games, or just finding a comfortable spot to read or nap. Our favorites were the amazing views, daily horseback rides, the soccer field games, bird watching, the sound system, and all the staff especially Mercedes! Our stay was an absolute dream adventure!

It was a wonderful experience, Claudia house was beyond beautiful, the landscape and the surrounding were breathtaking. The house has a great open layout and the kitchen is super well equipped . This house was the ultimate tranquility place for those looking for peace and quiet. Some downsides were the beds were not very comfortable (too hard) and there was no TV anywhere in the house. We were hoping to do a movie night with our small children. Maycol the house keeper was very attentive and gave us a great introduction to the history of the property. Make sure you bring your snacks and food to cook as there is no supermarket near. Overall great stay. Thanks Claudia for opening your home to us

Super Erlebnis. Alvaro war immer erreichbar und hat uns alle Informationen vorab gegeben. Traumhafte Aussicht auf ganz Matagalpa. Bänke, ein Tisch und 20 L Wasser werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Plantage ist ca 3 km von der Hauptstraße entfernt und der Weg ist nur für Geländewägen geeignet. Wir sind mit dem Taxi nur bis zur Hälfte gekommen und mussten den Rest dann zu Fuß gehen. Die Aussicht ist die Wanderung auf jeden Fall wert!

Súper recomendado! Disfruté muchísimo con mi familia, el clima es súper agradable. Se pueden visitar los jardines de flores y los siembros de fresas caminando desde la casa. Además, don Fernando es un excelente guía y siempre está pendiente de las necesidades en la casa y Jessica nos ayudó muchísimo a mantener la casa limpia y en orden. Esperando con ansias volver pronto!! :)

Excelente airbnb, súper tranquilo y seguro. Un lugar perfecto para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La comunicación con Allan fue súper fluida y él siempre dispuesto a asesorarnos y ayudarnos. 100% recomendable.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days in the mountains. Spectacular views yet still close to town for groceries, restaurants etc. The property has an abundance of delicious fruit and is very peaceful at night. Lena went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and even helped us with a mechanic quickly when we had an issue with our truck. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to visit again in the future!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Nicaragua.. the place is a little paradise, in the heart of nature, surrounded by mountains. The atmosphere there is heaven, and you get a bit of taste of the Nicaraguan life by being close to the hosting family. And to top the whole experience off, the food that Arlen cooked for us was amazing, the best food we had in the whole Nicaragua. The dishes were all tipical Nica and all freshly made. Arlen food is a must.

Margaux, Matute, Gabriel, Diana sono stati eccezionali, degli amici. Purtroppo quando sono arrivato in questo posto non sono stato bene, avevo la febbre e sono stati giorni difficili per me ma grazie alle premure dei ragazzi mi sono lentamente ripreso, ma non ho avuto modo di esplorare la zona come avrei voluto. il luogo è bellissimo e i ragazzi molto accoglienti, degli amici. Raccomandato assolutamente. Il luogo è davvero bello e la compagnia dei ragazzi unica.
