A very comfortable apartment with everything one needs right in front of the sea. Very helpful host. Everything absolutely prefect. Definitely coming back again!

Exactly as described, if an escape is what you’re looking for this is it. We had a great relaxing time. My children had so much fun walking along the shore finding seashells and getting in the water. Love traveling during off-season and the weather was fantastic. I would definitely come back to El Cuyo and recommend to others before more development occurs.

Right on the beach! Soft sandy beach very walkable. Wonderful swimming each morning. The sea is fairly shallow so you can go quite a ways from the shore. Kite surfers fun to watch. El Cuyo is a quiet town. No grocery stores but small bodegas so bring supplies with you. But you can get basics locally. Great place to stay to just chill and relax. The electricity goes out once in awhile, but no problem. Went to dinner at a restaurant that had a generator. If you want an upscale fancy place, go to a resort in Cancun. This is a more rustic authentic atmosphere. We enjoyed it and would recommend it. We loved it!

Carlos and Jenni were very helpful in giving tips and advice for the area. Carlos went above and beyond in coming to pick us up since we had some big luggage and it was after dark which would have made it difficult for us to find the place. Any questions we had were answered right away. Thank you Carlos and Jenni!! We had a great time in El Cuyo!

We stayed a week in this heavenly, pretty, spacious, second-floor apartment in a beachfront triplex with a palm tree, ocean view, and balcony. We did all almost all of our own cooking, and the kitchen is very well appointed with a full-size fridge and stovetop, and the fruit/vegetable store and tortilleria are only a short walk toward town and are reasonably priced. The nearby cafes and wine bar are excellent, and vegan cuisine is just down the road. We needed to do some work and the internet was strong and consistent. The bathroom is not only cute, but the hot shower is excellent. The beach is long, white, sandy, no beach clubs, warm water, small waves, and gorgeous. We had a fantastic time.

Las vacaciones en „El Cuyo“fueron muy adorable. El casa de Javier es a cerca del centro y también a cerca de la playa. En la calle no es mucho tráfico y muchas restaurantes son en la vecindad. La Terrasse es muy grande y si tu tiene el apartamento „turtle“ la terassa es solamente para ti. Si tu a preguntas a Javier el es muy rápido a responda. Y el ayuda con el planificación si tu quieres viajar en México.

al final valió la pena, el personal atento y buena locación…. Keny se puso las Pilas para que todo saliera bien 👍 … tienen todo para la playa y la locación aún que no es frente a la Playa tienen un acceso que hace que llegues directo cruzando la calle …

Se recomienda ampliamente. Ubicación inmejorable, la casa muy limpia y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Comunicarse con Matthias fue fácil, muy fluido. Estuvimos en la planta baja, muy fácil con 2 niños pequeños, que corrieron desde la sala hasta la playa, sin preocuparse. Tuvimos la cuna y periquera como solicitamos. Esperamos regresar pronto para ver los resultados de las remodelaciones planeadas. Muchísimas gracias nuevamente. Saludos cordiales

We had such a great time at James’s place in Holbox! It looked exactly like the pictures and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. He set up a private dinner for us at the house on the last night of our stay, and it was amazing! The host was super responsive, gave us multiple ways to reach him, and also set up transportation to and from Cancun. We couldn’t recommend Holbox more!

An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

First of all, this house is a GEM. The listing must be new. The current pictures are all taken at night and do not show half of how amazing this house is. Keep in mind you have to be used to life in Mexico and the beach. This house is not for someone who needs a hair dryer or doesn't like sand in the house. This house is not for someone who has never stayed near the ocean or someone who is picky. The house itself is located just to the west of town by a few blocks. The house is VERY secure with bars and large locks on each window and door. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. The beach is a very short walk around the mangroves, this keeps the house protected from the storms and you don't need to see the ocean when you can walk one minute to the water for sunrise or sunset. The two king beds are new and cozy. No real place to sit in the living room, the furniture is flimsy with very poor cushions more for looks than anything. I can not wait to stay here again

Nos encantó hospedarnos en Casa Andromeda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y tranquila. Nos relajamos mucho y la pasamos excelente. Había todo lo necesario para asar carne y para cocinar nuestros alimentos. La vista al mar estaba increible

It was a perfect stay. Exactly what we needed as a family of four. Location couldn’t have been better. Carlos was a great host. The kitchen had everything we needed. We made some amazing meals there. You will love being right at the entrance to the beach, we met so many great people just sitting on the porch.

El hospedaje se encuentra a escasos metros del malecón, el cual le da un plus para salir y contemplar el amanecer o atardecer. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas totalmente cómodas. El hospedaje es un top para familias. La esposa de Joel siempre estuvo al pendiente. Sin duda en nuestro regreso a Sn Felipe no dudaremos en hospedarnos con Joel.

El alojamiento coincide con la descripción. Es bastante cómodo, con balcones y vista al mar. Es una zona tranquila y segura, se puede tener acceso a la playa caminando. El único inconveniente es que sí está retirado del centro y se tiene que pagar taxi de ida y vuelta al alojamiento, pues las calles no permitieron el traslado en bicicleta porque estaban inundadas, algo que dicen es más común en la isla. Los anfitriones pendiente de lo que se requirió, con ellos mismos reservamos el transporte y fueron muy amables.

El lugar es hermoso, el departamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. ideal para los que buscan paz. Matthias es súper atento y amable. Magaly es la encargada de recibirte y resolver cualquier inquietud que tengas, está siempre disponible, es amable y te hace sentir en casa. Su esposo da recomendaciones locales y te puede preparar la comida que desees, con un costo adicional, pero es simplemente deliciosa. Sin duda quiero volver!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach since we stayed at the ground floor apartment. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home very nicely decorated and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lovely location right on a secluded beach and at walking distance from Punta Coco. Definitely recommended.

This was an amazing place to spend a couple nights in Holbox!! The host was fantastic. We got some great food recommendations and she went above and beyond when there was a closure of the port that affected our departure timing. Communication was fantastic and I will 100% stay here again if I come back.

Immeuble neuf et appartement très propre et au calme. Mobilier très joli et équipements complets. Il ne manque rien. Attention le logement est situé à la pointe de l’île ce qui fait qu’il est long de rejoindre le centre à pied. Pour le reste, tout est vraiment top ! Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.
