Omg… this place was amazing!! From the location to the details of the decor. This is a gem nestled in the middle of downtown! It’s the perfect amount of space with a shower that is a must see to believe!!! Bradley was a great host and willing to accommodate, if possible. I am definitely going to rent again!!

Wonderful stay! This place is always booked so I was happy to finally get a date. Perfect for anyone who is visiting SAU. Everything was extremely clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. Will def be back!

Great place to stay! The home had southern charm. Janell and her husband, LJ, were easy to communicate with. Her guidebook had great recommendations and we enjoyed many places. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Location was peaceful and quiet. There were many little details that Janell thought of to make the stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

I look forward to returning for my next home visit.

I loved this beautiful apartment! It was close to everywhere I wanted to go, and the neighborhood seemed safe. Overall, safe clean place that looks just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Had blemishes on ceiling and wall patched up damage, but overall place was well decorated and clean. A couple concerns. We were awakened by workers hammering on the roof without ever confirming with us that there would be workers or any disruptions. Was not mentioned before booking confirmed. Turned out did text me but only minutes before while sleeping. We have 3 dogs and disclosed in booking. To be considerate, we covered the furniture with sheets/covers we brought, cleaned place and picked up yard droppings etc before leaving. Tried to go above and beyond only to be charged $150-200 more for additional cleaning and alleged damage. This was in addition to the $2500+ we paid for the stay. I have never had any complaints on condition of a place after a stay with or without the dogs. Seemed odd, but I paid the charge to resolve matter. I asked for items allegedly damaged that we paid for, but told some items already donated. Still waiting to see other non “donated damaged ” items

This was a great place to stay. The beds were so comfortable. We finally found a place with more than one TV in the place. They had plenty of bathroom amenities and towels. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We had an incredible stay at this lakeside Airbnb! The house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The decor was tasteful and cozy, adding a lovely touch to the entire space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after days spent by the lake. The peaceful setting and beautiful views were the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed for one night during our move across country. We had a 26 ft Uhaul truck. The cabin is located down a small hill. We arrived in the dark and got mixed up with the numbers for the two nearby properties that the host offered as other options to park the truck at road level. Long day of driving/stress of moving had us jumbled! So we ended up getting the truck down the hill & at the cabin. If we could do a redo, we would have parked it at the nearby property offered by the host as it would have been easier to get it in/out. Wide turns with a big vehicle is hard to do into the driveway--- the road is narrow & there is open space on both sides of the driveway for water drainage. The cabin is brand new, beautifully designed. Located in a quiet area, the road does have thru traffic but not busy. The beds were super comfortable, we all got a much needed good night's rest. Gregory was responsive to questions and concerns. We appreciated his hospitality & would stay here again!

I couldn't give this home and Teena a higher recommendation. The home was immaculate and everything was as described. The neighborhood is near to amenities with easy access to major roadways but... it is mature with nice homes and is quiet and safe - not to mention aesthetically pleasing. It is a beautiful ranch style home. Teena was proactive in communication and instructions were clear for expected disposition of garbage, linens, and the like. Also, all communications were friendly, respectful, and professional with the assurance of making sure that you have the best stay possible. I was here with a party of seven counting myself, my wife, two adult children with their spouses, and my 15 month old grandson. It was perfect and extremely comfortable for our group. What an awesome choice!

Beautiful home that matched pictures/description. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice, private back yard and a screened in patio. Home is located in a quiet area across from the river (can take an evening stroll along the river). Home is close to all things in West Monroe and Monroe. Would definitely stay again.

Cool historical building! Comfortable and clean furnishings!

Downtown West Monroe, told my cousin to pick me up at Edges , the barbershop. He was a bit incredulous with me being bald and all. He gets his beard trimmed there. My other cousins get all their kids haircut there as well. They didn’t know about the Airbnb. So you walk through a barbershop filled with folks at the barbershop. The owners a transplant from NOLA, so apparently the town has embraced him and for good reason. The bakery across the street was da Bomb, courtyard on cotton art gallery had a great show of LA art. J-Mac’s sports bar was like stepping into a New Orleans locals hangout. Either bridge across the Ouachita river is an easy stroll to the Warehouse restaurant, or the Cotton exchange, and on the west Monroe side a Louisiana seafood joint lookin at Monroe across the river. The BBQ joint on Trenton st smelled right just didn’t have the time or belly to eat there. The WMPD’s detective unit is right across the street from the bakery and it shows. 5 stars all the way.

The penthouse was amazing! It was so great to get ready in for my wedding this past weekend. The host was very responsive and very flexible with my check in.

Loved the place. Could have used more explicit instructions for getting in. Can’t touch the key pad to light up the numbers. You must touch the first number of your code to light up the pad to make it work. Otherwise, it was great.

My mom stayed here while we were celebrating Christmas with my wife’s family. Very clean, nicely furnished, and convenient location!

Prime location in downtown. We easily walked to restaurants, bars, and even the civic center. Would definitely stay again.
