Another wonderful stay at Mellow Yellow. It is our annual girls birthday week, so we were very happy to continue the tradition again this year. Thank you Angie for everything! We love your beautiful home!

The house was lovely and in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and a beautiful walking trail! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Ashley was great at communicating!

Our 2nd stay @ Brittney’s place was a lot of fun once again. Love the spacious home and how close it is to the Big Tree Market incase you need anything you forgot.

Great place for big families. Brought the kids for spring break and we loved it! Didn’t have to leave the property for anything other than groceries because the home has so much to do!

This place wasn’t over stated or understated, it had a very welcoming feel. It had very timely decor and very comfortable for us , as a family of four to stay in. (My young son wasn’t afraid to sleep in the spare bedroom by himself) 😃The cabin had board games, books and the hot tub was a big plus for us. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen to date for any airbnb I had to stay in. Set up was just like my kitchen at home so it made this home cook very happy because I didn’t have go, “Shoot, I wish I had brought this!” Short drive to Bear Valley for some snow fun. Overall very happy to have picked this cabin for our little family vacation.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next stay. A truly special place hosted by a truly special person.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

We enjoyed our stay with Suzie. Great communication, wonderful neighborhood, very clean and just what we needed for our visit. Thank you for opening your house to us!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

Loved this studio so comfy had beds that help regulate your blood flow in ur body they vibrate and adjust to your comfort level put me right to sleep and I slept all night for once in a long while beautiful surroundings peaceful and quiet hot water and roomy has a hot plate no toaster but it was perfect and the hosts are so friendly and respectful thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very cozy; perfect for a woodland winter getaway compete with fires in both the outdoor fire pit and the indoor wood burning stove. The dogs lived their best dog lives running around outside and exploring. We really liked the privacy resulting from the other nearby cabins being boarded up for the winter. We were practically the only ones in the neighborhood! The only issue we had was that the instructions from the rental management company about how to obtain the keys for check-in were not clear. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again!

Wonderful small cabin for a great relaxing getaway. Beautiful view of the forest out every window and it feels very private. Perfect for a puzzle and reading vacation. Julieta was great at answering questions and was really nice. We were hoping for snow but missed it by 20ish days. Based on the pictures it looks like snow would be beautiful at the cabin. We would recommend it :)

We loved the lazy loft. It was very clean. The bed’s comfortable. The kitchen had ample items for use. It was cozy and Kristianne was a great host. Hokan circle is a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for dog walks. We will stay here again

We LOVED our stay. It was perfectly located to so many fun activities in and around Arnold. Even just walking around the neighborhood was the beautiful. The house was so cozy and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. The hosts were super responsive and helped us out with whatever we needed and were super accommodating! We definitely would love to stay here again and felt that our time there wasn’t long enough!

We have stayed here twice with extended families and have loved it. The kids love the bottom floor with ping pong and the pac man machine. The beds are comfy and the two hang out areas on the first floor- including huge dining table made it the perfect place for our family. Jennifer is easy to communicate with and everything was ready for us.

Rivers Rest was just that. Perfect place to relax and re-energize. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the views and nature surrounding the cabin and felt welcome.

Very nice place to stay, feels new and more than fully-equipped. Good internet, TV with BR/DVD collection as a bonus, good and extra cosy heating, gas grill outside... Thank you, all great!
