Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit natürlichen Rohstoffen gebaut und ist sehr geräumig und schön. Maria hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen.

The location of the house was great with amazing views! The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped if you prefer to stay in and cook. The infinity pool was a definite plus. We ate at two of the four restaurants that Rancho Santa has to offer that were very good. The hosts were very responsive. I stayed with my family of 6 adults and 2 kids and we fit very comfortably. We would definitely stay there again!!!

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Jason's place was perfect! A friend and I were looking for a peaceful and quiet weekend and this couldn't have been better. Jasons place was close enough to all the amenities but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. His house was well stocked with whatever one would need and he was always communicative and responsive. Danny greeted us to let us in and he was friendly and available if needed. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks for a perfect little get away!!

What a gorgeous home! We had an excellent time and were amazed at all the attention to detail and cleanliness. The amenities were incredible and communication was amazing. Fun yard games and a very kind cuidador. What a special place! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This was a really nice and tranquil place within walking distance to two beautiful beaches. Tamara was very responsive and helpful when I ran into issues with my reservation. The wifi isnt the fastest but i had no trouble working remotely while there. The electricity is a bit fickle in this zone and would go out for about a minute once in a while but it was generally reliable. There is also a backup generator so it wasn't not a huge issue. The caretaker was super nice and helpful and made sure everything was okay. Stayed here for about a month and would recommend.

It’s a great location just out of town. easy to get a taxi, rent a car or motorcycle. Very responsive host. Ac in bedrooms and living room, which was nice and the pool was well taking care of and great to meet people and relax. A washer is available for a small fee which is a bonus. There is a pickleball court at the condos and there was construction going on but only until 5 pm. Neighbours were all friendly and a lot of long term stays. You do pay for washer use and electricity separately. I would stay again.

Beautiful and private location with a view that is better than the pictures. Great retreat if you want to hangout out in the local area and walk to the beach. We will be back! There are a few restaurants on the beach but I’d generally recommend bringing your own provisions. 4wd or at least high clearance vehicle recommended for dry season. For the wet season, I’d definitely want a 4x4

Esta es la 4ta vez que me quedo en esta casa y la verdad es que me gusta mucho. Siempre tenemos una excelente atencion de parte de ellos. 100% recomendada. Mi familia y yo estamos muy contento de siempre alojarnos en esta casa.

Nos quedamos en la casa proxima a la piscina, el alojamiento cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas, es muy espacioso, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder organizar nuestras comidas y las vistas son espectaculares. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño e iluminación. Además tuvimos la suerte de poder participar de un evento/encuentro que John había organizado y que incluía una cena muy completa en un ambiente súper familiar, recomiendo preguntar a John sobre sus eventos e intentar coordinar la estadía con uno de ellos para vivir esa experiencia también. Gracias por todo John, con seguridad volveremos!

Villa Urraca absolutely surpassed our family's expectations. Spending time there was one of the highlights of our vacation in Nicaragua. We especially appreciated the beachfront view, and the short walk to the beach, as well as the proximity to the restaurant and activities like the turtle release and horseback riding. Jon and his team were excellent hosts—very responsive and attentive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Urraca!

Die Unterkunft ist super, man hat einen fantastischen Blick über San Juan del Sur und die Bucht. Alle Räume sind sehr groß und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren zu viert und in der Nebensaison unterwegs, deshalb war der Preis nochmal günstiger als sonst. Absolute Empfehlung. Gabriel der Concierge vor Ort ist auch unglaublich nett. Danke.

Una casa muy recomendada con una vista hermosa , en un lugar muy tranquilo con ambientes muy bonitos cómodos y acogedores , una cocina completa , limpia y agradable y Tom la persona encargada muy servicial y siempre pendiente de cualquier inconveniente ,observar el atardecer desde la terraza es espectacular.

Casa Makai was a true jungle paradise! The house itself was beautifully designed, even better than the photos, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. It's a short 10min walk to Playa Maderas (great for surfing) and 3 min walk to Buena Vista Surf Club (excellent yoga). Laura was a fantastic host, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Casa Margarita is a fantastic house, with a great layout (everything is geared towards the sea and the outdoor space), vibe and character. Location is fantastic, close to several restaurants and cafes. The villa is well appointed, and the ability to hire Alma as chef (her food is great!) is great added value. Fast and reliable internet, and a generator that keeps the current going when needed (outages are not uncommon in the area). Donna is a great host and was always there to help and answer questions. Will definitely return!

Super Unterkunft. Es hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe und auch einen Supermarkt in Lauf Reichweite. Zu Beginners Bay sind es etwa 20 Min. zu Fuss. Man kann entweder dem Strand entlang oder einer Strasse, welche auch an den Strand führt.

La estancia es super linda . a unos 20 pasos de la playa . una vista maravillosa . La habitación muy limpia y la cocina muy bien equipada . el Jardin muy amplio y apto para mascotas . Sin duda alguna volveremos pronto. tiene todo lo que necesitas para relajarse y pasar unas buenas vacaciones
