Great place....clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Patio overlooks the large pool and desert landscaping. Best to have a car to get to shopping, restaurants, and the great music scene in Cabo. On checking out we found our rental car had a flat tire. Irania was so helpful and found a local.person to do the repairs and we were welcome to wait back in the condo instead of sitting in the hot sun.....so grateful. We highly recommend and look foreard to staying here again. Cara & Jim

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful beaches, great shopping, and fantastic restaurants. Be sure to check out Texican right around the corner—easily one of the best meals we had. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and incredibly well-equipped—one of the best-stocked Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Everything you need is here, plus thoughtful extras like beach chairs and an umbrella, which were such a nice touch. While the balcony view overlooks a roof, it wasn’t an issue at all—with the pool deck and plenty of lounge options just steps away, it was easy to enjoy the sun and scenery. Truly, a 5/5 stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat

Great location. Would recommend having a car to get to the downtown area and to more swim friendly beaches. The condo was perfect for our family and was a great vacation spot!!!

Firstly, amazing Airbnb. The view is to die for. Communication with host could have been better. The lock was very hard the open and the did not provide detailed information on how to open it. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for breakfast and dinner

Juan was a great host and would stay again! The place was extremely nice inside, great bed, couch, and furniture to make your stay feel just at home. The place is stocked with everything you need and more. Great gym and pool! Local places for food and drinks. Beach is a 5-minute walk and has amazing views! Again, highly recommend staying with Juan at this listing!

I stayed at this condo in a gated community and felt really safe throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. The pools were a great bonus — perfect for relaxing when you don’t feel like heading to the beach or just want to unwind. The location is super convenient — close to just about everything, with beautiful restaurants nearby (though you’ll want to do a little research to find your favorites). Downtown is only about 8 minutes away, and Uber rides are very affordable and reliable for getting around. I also loved how close the supermarket was — very handy! The condo itself has a beautiful view and includes all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable stay. It could use a deeper clean, as I noticed some dust around, but overall it was a very nice space. One tip: definitely bring bug repellent. If you accidentally leave the balcony door open, mosquitoes can sneak in — especially if you’re someone who tends to get bitten a lot. All in all, it was a great stay!!! 5/5 stars

I can see why everybody was raving about this property in their reviews. Five stars does not even begin to sum up how wonderful this place was. The staff is wonderful. The check-in concierge is great and a wonderful touch. They worked with us to check us in early in light of us having a sick child. They ran out and grabbed some blankets for us when the weather was cold. I cannot say enough nice things about the beautiful property and the very nice and clean set up. If they figure out a private access to the pool, they will compete with all five stars hotels in Cabo. I’m a very light sleeper and I hate noise and I did not hear a single thing from any other restaurants downstairs. Beds are great. Everything was super perfect.

Increíble lugar y estancia. Súper espacioso, distribuido y agradable. Muy buena ubicación, demasiado cerca del centro, marina y variedad de playas en coche (10-15 min aprox). Catalina siempre en comunicación desde un inicio, dando instrucciones claras para lograr llegar e instalarnos en el sitio. Lugar súper recomendado en su visita a Los Cabos.

Definitely recommend this stay! This was my first time in Cabo, but my partners 5th time going and she mentioned this has been by far the best stay she’s booked thus far. This was conveniently located across Soriana grocery store AND Costco! You don’t need a car for either, they are both a 2 minute walk. The home was well equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc). We were a group of 5 and comfortably fit, though 6 would work well too. The pool was heated. The view from the balcony was perfectly angled to see the famous Arc which looked beautiful sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it! This was about an 11 minute drive to the marina, where you will spend most of your time for activities. I felt very secure and safe in this location, all rooms were clean, neat, and have working AC units. Would highly recommend and rebook this stay!

This was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the amenities of the whole resort. The Co-Host Andrea was outstanding and provided me with a lot of information I request prior to getting there. Once there, she responded to a few inquiries I had and was gracious, accommodating, and responsive in every way. I definitely would recommend booking this Neil's place.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

I have stayed here once before and loved it then too! Decorated nicely, super clean the beds are super comfortable along with the pillows. Love the extra touches, shower gel, popcorn, bottle waters, coffee. Washer and dryer too on balcony closet with detergent provided if you need to do some laundry. Great rooftop pool! Quick walk to the beach and a supermarket right next door. Super convenient! Ubers come in literally 1 minute due to hotel near by. I recommend this unit 1000%

If you're looking for a place to stay that's out of the hustle and bustle, but close to amenities, this is it. Spacious, spotless clean, and very well stocked kitchen and essentials. Charles and Earl were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We have stayed in many airbnb's and 10/10 would recommend this one!

This place was perfect and very well equipped so we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The golf cart rental was great to get back and forth from the pools. David was a phenomenal concierge and provided lots of great recommendations and bookings to make our stay top class. The area gives you the best of both worlds for resort pools and restaurant options and private residence to have space and calm. We travels with 2 families with 3 kids under 5 and look forward to staying again in the future.

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

The house is as it appears on the Airbnb site, very spacious , well appointed and very well stocked. We appreciated the pack and play which Daniel purchased. Our 11 month old granddaughter slept in it very comforatbly and safely. The kitchen had everything that was needed. There was also ample beach equipment; chairs , umbrellas, towels, boogie boards. The roof terrace afforded a magnificient view over Cabo San Lucas. The amenities were great as well. We used the fitness centre and pools a lot. There is a good sushi restaurant(Kendo) and coffee bar(Dolcevilla) nearby. Fresko grocery store is a 10 minute drive and there is also a fish market nearby. There is construction behind the house but it was not too loud. However the construction did create dust which limited outdoor eating somewhat. This house in Cabo was perfect! Super clean, amazing location, and packed with great amenities. The barbecue and hot tub made for a relaxing stay, and everything was well-maintained. Close to everything yet peaceful—couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Johnny and Alex’s place in Copala was great! The place was beautiful and in a nice location. They were very responsive and helpful with our check in and questions. Snuck a round in at Quivira and enjoyed the resorts included with the stay.
