We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal—quiet yet well-connected. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Het verblijf was geweldig. Het was precies zoals de foto's het weergeven. Mooi uitzicht over de stad Playa de las Americas en over de Atlantische oceaan. Het is huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en prachtig schoon. Het zwembad en de tuin waren een welkome verrassing. Het was groot en je kon op elk punt van de zon genieten. ' s Morgens kon je heerlijk in de zon ontbijten . Ook was het heerlijk om van de barbeque gebruik te kunnen maken. De hosts waren zeer goed te bereiken en zeer zeer behulpzaam. We hebben een hele mooie week gehad en hadden er nog wel een week willen blijven. Een klein minpuntje waren de ambulances en politie. Als zij erop uit moesten hoorde je wel erg goed de sirenes. Deze accommodatie krijgt van ons een dikke 10.

A beautiful unique Spanish home with a wonderful garden. Very peaceful and private. Great place to stay with young children. We especially loved the friendly neighbourhood cat and the chickens.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

La villa est fidèle à la description de l’annonce et aux photos. Idéalement située dans un lieu calme. Très proche des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse. A noter une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Le lieu est calme et la villa fonctionnelle. Idéal pour un séjour reposant en profitant du soleil.

L’host è stato molto disponibile, aspettandoci un’ora perché siamo arrivati in ritardo, senza problemi. Disponibile anche per personalizzare il check out. Villa stupenda, ottima vacanza

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

Beautiful spacious place. Perfectly equipped kitchen for self catering. Many areas for a large group to hang out or have time away. While a bit breezy and cool for lengthy time in the pool (February), it was still a fun feature to have and use for short dips.

Świetny pobyt! Byliśmy grupą trzech par (6 osób) i domek był idealnym wyborem na nasz wspólny wyjazd. Na zewnątrz znajdował się duży stół i basen, który był idealny do relaksu. Cała przestrzeń była dobrze zagospodarowana, a wyposażenie domku obejmowało wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja również była doskonała – blisko wszystkich atrakcji, a jednocześnie spokojna. Gospodarz, Anthony, był niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy, pozwolił nam zostać w domku dłużej, co bardzo doceniliśmy. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

It was a nice stay in Cho, quite neighborhood. It takes 10 mins to reach to Siam Mall, 10-15 to the nearest beaches or Las Americas by car. Big supermarkets (HyperDino) are also 7-10 mins by car. The house is a great option for you if you rent a car, the parking spot is available, The house is clean and spacy with all needed for a long-term stay. The whole room on the second floor is equipped for remote working and even a monitor is available. The house also have a lovely terrace, which we really liked. Eric is super responsive and friendly, great host. The communication with him was very smooth.

just home from a wonderful 6 night stay at Monalisas lovely apartment. could not fault anything about the place, 2 great terraces, very clean, modern, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, location is fantastic with everything within easy walking distance of bars,restaurants, beach, nearby large mercdona supermarket a 2 min walk away for all provisions needed. any questions to Monalisa answered promptly and concisely. check in instructions clear and precise accompanied with pictures to make it all the easier. We would gladly stay at this property again any time in the future.

La casa de Tania es una auténtica maravilla, todo muy limpio, tal cual se ve en las fotos, la casa estaba totalmente equipada y no le faltaba detalle. La anfitriona súper pendiente y bastante compresible, tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz, y la y de la anfitriona fue inmejorable. Sin duda volvería y recomendaría esta estancia a cualquiera

Our stay at Judit’s place was perfect, the apartment was spotlessly clean with three very comfortable bedrooms. Judit was a great host, she communicated everything we needed to know and left some drinks for us when we checked in, much appreciated! The apartment is in a convenient location - just a short walk downhill to the bright lights of Costa Adeje. The outdoor patio area with the little pool is ideal for chilling out with a few cold suds on a sunny day. Thank you!

A great house, clean and well equipped. Lots for kids to do, a local supermarket and Mercadona deliver groceries there. Really friendly host who was flexible to accommodate all our needs. Thank you for a great holiday!

Die Unterkunft ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wundervoll. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Insgesamt war alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett für unserne Kleinsten. Die Treppen waren etwas steil für unsere Kleinkinder. Aber wir haben improvisiert und sie selbst teilweise abgesichert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand wunderschön und kaum besucht. Keine Restaurants oder größeren Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Deshalb ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Parken war direkt vorm Haus möglich. Die Nachbarn hört man schon etwas und die Flugzeuge teilweise auch. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Boris lief reibungslos. Er hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet.

Beautiful view on the ocean and city, perfect parking place and pretty quiet place! Its about 20 minutes to the city Los Gigantes.

Het was precies wat we zochten. Een groot huis met zwembad en twee zit plekken voor zon en schaduw op het terras. Het zwembad is zout en fris water en ook dat vonden wij heerlijk. Er is een stenen bbq en er lagen zelfs kolen en aanmaak blokjes. De keuken is groot en heeft genoeg servies en pannen. Er is perculator aanwezig voor koffie. Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers waarvan twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoons bed. De derde slaapkamer zijn twee aparte bedden. Ook is er een wasmachine aanwezig. De ligging vonden wij super. Rondom het huis zijn andere huisjes en het was heel stil overdag en ‘s avonds. Op loopafstand is een kleine supermarkt en meerdere restaurants en lunch plekjes (tip: La Parma voor goede koffie en ontbijt/lunch) De communicatie met de host was snel, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Dankjewel daarvoor.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

Anfitrión y alojamiento excelentes. Totalmente recomendables. Zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar. Supermercados y playa accesibles a pie. Espero poder volver a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que pase por el sur de la isla.

This place was perfect for a short getaway to Tenerife. Maria was great with communication. we got confused about how to access the pool even though it was in a video Maria sent ahead of arrival however Maria answered my call very quickly which was super helpful. the video to access the property and it's features was really good. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tenerife. Also, it's worth mentioning how quiet it is at night. brilliant fir getting a good night's rest before heading to Mt Teide. The only thing I would mention is that if you are less mobile getting to the coast by foot might be a bit too much. We are really active so not a problem for us but others might struggle as you need to go across a pedestrian bridge over the main road and then it's still a bit of a walk from there

My Wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Marina's villa! From the moment we arrived, we was impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated the entire space was. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for cooking, which made preparing meals so easy and enjoyable. The pool area was a real highlight with great background views over the ocean. Although I had to work during my 10-day stay, there is a dedicated office space with good WiFi, which made balancing work and relaxation so much easier. The house also had a comprehensive and easy-to-follow guide for everything, which helped us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. Marina was extremely responsive to messages and offered great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which helped us explore the area. Highly Recommended!

Maurice was an excellent host and a lovely human. Always available to provide ideas, recommendations, advice. He really knows the art of hospitality. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at his place and highly recommend.

This is an extremely well presented and maintained property . All facilities and in and outside of the house are well maintained and looked after including the pool and loungers . The appliances inside the home are all in good working order and of good standard . There are plenty of toiletries , towel’s ,including pool towel’s. It is secure and private . There is a supermarket and one restaurant within a walkable distance but to see the island as mentioned in the advert you would need a car . The host was easy to contact and very friendly I would 100% recommend this property as a base for your trip . Welcome fizz was a lovely touch too !
