El Morche : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We hebben begin september 2 weken verbleven in het appartement van Karolina. We kennen de omgeving, dus wisten dat het een stukje naar boven rijden is. De omgeving is rustig en je bent binnen 8 minuten beneden in het dorp Elviria en dan ook direct dicht bij het strand. Het apartment van Karolina biedt je alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. Een ruim apartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en alles voorhanden (zelfs golfclubs en tennis- en padel rackets) en een heerlijk zwembad. Verder op korte afstand de mogelijkheid om naar de fitness te gaan waar je, net als de golf- en tennis/padelbanen, gratis gebruik van kunt maken. Het inchecken ging zeer eenvoudig, maar het allerbelangrijkste was wel het snelle en makkelijke contact met Karolina. Natuurlijk gaat er wel eens iets niet helemaal goed of is er iets kapot, dan is het erg fijn om te merken dat de host snel actie onderneemt en met een oplossing komt.

Mia was a very helpful host, we got locked out the first night and she was quick to communicate and make sure we were able to get back in. The apartment is redone and modern. We ran into a few hiccups but Mia was proactive and did what she could to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Tony und Daniela waren schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise sehr hilfsbereit. So konnten wir ihnen ein Paket schicken, um beim Flug keine Probleme mit der Babynahrung unseres Sohnes zu bekommen. Die Unterkunft entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung und wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Es stand sogar eine Flasche Wein und etwas Süskram für ins bereit. Sie verdienen wirklich das Attribut 'Superhost'. Gerne wieder!

the apartment was very well cleaned and has a relatively new bathroom and kitchen with quality appliances. We enjoyed the large smart TV (Netflix etc) and comfy sofa in the large bright living/dining room. The double bedroom being at the front is lovely and bright, getting the sunrise and views. The balcony gets the sun late morning, and being winter we enjoyed the afternoon sun there. For winter visitors the heating is perfect. Short drive down to lovely cafes at La Herrada beach. You need a car here. Easy parking outside this time of year (didn't use the underground one). Very peaceful area.

Great accommodation approx 20 mins walk from La Cala. Amazing sea views from the lounge and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for eating in

Apartamento muy nuevo y limpio, tal y como se describe en el anuncio. El patio da mucha amplitud a la casa. Bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Menaje, artículos básicos de cocina (aceite, sal, azúcar…). Christian estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, incluso se ofrecía para dar un paseo con los clientes para enseñar zonas no turísticas. Petit appartement super! Idéal pour deux personnes, en Rez de jardin avec la piscine. A deux coin de la plage et des restos et à 15 minutes de marche de San Miguel et de la station de train. Difficile de trouver un stationnement dans la journée mais sans problème en soirée. Nous reviendrions sans problème!

Prachtig gelegen huisje. Drie ruime terrassen. Het bovenste terras heeft uitzicht op de zee en bergen. Ook staat op dit terras een barbecue. De bovenste zitkamer is heerlijk licht, fijne kamer om te lezen. Mooie moderne keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Slaapkamers en badkamers op de benedenverdieping. Die blijven, in ieder geval in december, heerlijk koel. Er staat ook een wasmachine in één van de badkamers. Goede bedden en mooi beddengoed. Meer dan voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Parkeerplaats aanwezig, een beetje lastig parkeren. Het is een mooie afgesloten residentie. Heel rustig. Het centrum van La Herradura is via een afdaling lopend, voor de wandelaar, goed te doen. La Herradura heeft een aantal goede restaurants en strandtenten die ook in de winter open zijn. Merche, onze contactpersoon, was goed bereikbaar. Leuk detail: de fles water en wijn.

The terrace was just as large as the inside with remarkable views and comfortable seating! The sunsets were memorable and mesmerizing. Very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the grocery store and to the beach.

Wij verbleven de gehele maand januari in het prachtige ruime huis, voorzien van alle gemakken en voldeed prima voor ons. Gekozen voor januari omdat het dan nog niet zo warm is in Spanje en gekozen voor de ligging in de bergen vanwege de rust en de natuur. Het huis ligt net buiten het dorpje Periana met een schitterend vrij uitzicht richting het stuwmeer en in de verte de zee. Hebben prachtige bergwandelingen gemaakt direct in de omgeving of met de auto kleine dorpjes bezocht of heerlijke strandwandelingen gemaakt aan de kust in Torre del Mar dat vanuit Periana in een halfuurtje te bereiken is. Achter het huis bevond zich een ruime tuin met strandstoelen en barbecue en was afsluitbaar zodat ons kleine hondje niet weg kon lopen en heerlijk kon spelen, op het bordes aan de voorkant kon je ook heerlijk zitten en genieten van het zonnetje. Het huis was brandschoon maar vanwege de wintermaanden wel fris, dus de houtkachel of elektrische moest wel aan. Andrés was een prima gastheer voor ons.

Aurora was a great host, very fast response if we had some questions and super friendly. The house was impeccable and had more than you can ask in terms of amenities etc. The location was great, situated in the center of Fuengirola but still private enough. We stayed with our 2 year old and the house had everything we needed and it was very very clean and everything worked like a charm!

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement si vous passez à Marbella ou dans les alentours. C’est un endroit magnifique et parfait pour avoir la tranquillité d’esprit. 10/10

Een heel ruime en nette woning met eigen parkeerplaats erbij. Mooi dakterras met klein zwembad. Alles was heel schoon. Wifi en Chromecast kwamen goed van pas toen het regende. Ook goed ingedeeld om met een baby te reizen. Met de auto binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Malaga. Eugenia reageerde telkens snel bij vragen. Aanrader dus!

Vi boede med vores tre sønner og to kærester hen over julen. Dejligt at alle havde eget soveværelse. Skønt og roligt område - elskede at se solen stå op over bjerget og udsigten over vandet. Gåafstanden til stranden er dejlig ned ad trappen. Det eneste minus er at der er relativt småt på terrassen, hvis man vil sidde derude og spise alle sammen om sommeren. Der er dog et stort bord, men det fylder en del.

Wir sind durchweg zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielleicht auch einmal in der Saison. Wir waren im Januar dort. Die Heizung funktioniert über die Klimaanlage durch Einblasen von Warmluft. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für lange Spaziergänge bis nach Marbella und darüber hinaus. Der Blick auf den Pool, der abends beleuchtet war, ist sensationell. Es war sehr viel Service-Personal wie Gärtner, Pförtner und Reinigungspersonal unterwegs, die immer sehr freundlich waren. Die Gesamtanlage machte einen sehr sicheren und sauberen Eindruck.

Great place with a wonderful view and a great location, walking distance to everything we needed. We also enjoyed the padel court in the neighborhood.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

We were a group of 5 men and was met by Sue the host, she explained everything and was very helpful. As for the apartment it was more than we could have expected, clean , everything you needed was provided and the views and location were excellent. Although a lot of bars and restaurants were closed there were still plenty open within walking distance. Overall it was a pleasant 5 days and would recommend this apartment for future stays. Bernd’s apartment is everything that a great airbnb place should be; comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is beautifully appointed with fabulous art and incredible views. On a clear day one can look down through the coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and across to the African coast. It is situated in a peaceful spot within Samara resort on the edge of an apartment block, with a private garden area to one side and in front of the apartment. This made for a very quiet and relaxing stay (we stayed a month). We relied on Taxi’s (Taxisol) and online food deliveries, which was more than doable. Bernd was a very helpful and accommodating host, promptly answering any communication. We recommend staying at Bernd’s.

Have stayed numerous times at this property. Always brilliant! Will be back soon!

W tym apartamencie przebywałam przez miesiąc z psem (2 osoby + pies). Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne z ogromnym tarasem! Świetnie nasłonecznione, a jednoczesnie po innej stronie zacienione, wiec na każdą porę dnia znajdzie sie miejsce do oppoczynku na zewnątrz. Miłym akcentem było to, że w mieszkaniu czekała już zimna woda dla spragnionego pieska, dla par z psem to świetna lokalizacja w poblizu wyschniętej rzeki, gdzie jest bardzo spokojnie i jest sporo miejsca do spacerowania. 15 minut piechotą znajduje sie Mercadona, a 5 minut dalej piekarnia & cukiernia i mały lokalny market. Bardzo podobał mi się podziemny parking, przypisane miejsce do samochodu. W mieszkaniu znajduje się wszystko co jest potrzebne aby gotować, ogromna ilość przypraw w szafkach, patelni, garnków i zmywarka. Co mi się podobało to kapsułki do zmywarki na cały pobyt (nie jest to oczywistością). Na minus oceniam brak odkurzacza w mieszkaniu, oraz dodatkowej pościeli przy miesięcznym pobycie:) Polecam serdecznie!

Fantastic location just metres from the beach. A spacious and bright apartment, with a large balcony getting the afternoon and evening sun. Plenty of restaurants and bars available within a few minutes walk, and the local centre of Huelin about a 20 minute walk. Kopito arranged an early check-in for me, and was always proactive in checking how my stay was. I would definitely stay here again.
