El Palmar : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Belén en todo momento nos puso las cosas muy fáciles. Alojamiento recomendable 100%

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Een fijn appartement op een toplocatie. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook heel fijn om in de ochtend de volle zon op het ruime balkon te hebben. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook vlekkeloos, een aardige man die snel reageert op vragen en duidelijk communiceerd. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

L'appartamento è cosi come viene descritto. La zona è ottima perchè si può raggiungere tante spiagge. Noi siamo arrivati tardi e i loro genitori ci hanno dato le chiavi. Sono gentilissimi. Raccomando questo appartamento. Per fare la spesa hai Mercadona, Lidl e Aldi e 2 negozi dei cinesi se vi manca qualcosa per la spiaggia.

Mejor de que nos esperamos. El piso muy limpio, tenía todo los necesarios, buena ubicación , la anfitriona muy amable, muy buena comunicación. Todo perfecto. Y lo mejor de todo la fantástica vista al mar. Muchas gracias Mercedes, seguro volveremos

El apartamento de Joaquín está estupendamente localizado, muy fácil de acceder desde la autovía. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, está muy limpio y es muy tranquilo. Y el trato para cualquier duda y demás, ha sido rápido y cercano. Además, aunque hay varias opciones de restauración muy cerca, permite desplazarse sin problema al centro andando, a unos 10 minutos. Repetiremos seguro para otras visitas.

Ha sido una estancia muy tranquila y casa acogedora.

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Ceferina’s house was excellent. Extremely clean and very well equipped. She made us both very welcome and our dog Peanut. She even provided us with some delicious oranges and drinks. Lovely place to take our dog for long walks along the beach. Well worth the visit.

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Cómodo y lindo. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ginés est très serviable, attentionné et accueillant. L'appartement a une vue imprenable, encore plus que sur les photos. D'une propreté impeccable l'appartement de Ginés est très confortable. C'est simple, envie de revenir ici. Marijke

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

L'atout majeur pour cet appartement, c'est qu'il bénéficie d'une vue superbe sur la mar Menor, la méditerranée et le port avec en prime de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Oscar est très accueillant, agréable et vous reçoit avec des petits présents. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la période hivernale; La Manga est quelque peu désertée en cette saison. Globalement, nous avons été satisfaits.

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Our stay was splendid. The area was great, perfect for walks, out of season it was also very quiet and nice. The airbnb was clean and looked just like in the photos. Miguel was extremely nice and helpful, always ready to answer. 5/5, sincerely recommending:)

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our check-in, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. They were also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, making the process smooth and stress-free. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making our stay truly enjoyable. There are supermarkets available at walkable distance for people who don't drive will be helpful. There are plenty of beaches around too. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.
