If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

My family and I loved spending a long weekend here! We had so much fun with the air hockey and foosball table. The location was perfect, close enough to go explore the Springs but with privacy to unwind at the end of the day. Travis and Kristin were super friendly and made our stay great! Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating the whole time. They kept checking in during our stay. I love the atmosphere they provided us. I walk in to a sign that says “Welcome to Colorado, Kaylynn” and there were stickers for us as guests to take which made us feel at home. A great air bnb experience overall for me and my boyfriend.

Aaron and Courtney were amazing hosts. The house is very nice and the backyard that opens to the playground was perfect for the kids.

What a wonderful time we had at Michael’s place. The spaciousness was so incredible, the views spectacular from the back yard and the whole ambience perfectly “fit the bill” for our family mini vacation. Absolutely loved the Echo system throughout the whole house and could listen to Rachmaninoff in one room while Reggae played in another! Sufficient towels- great shower/bath and an outside hot tub that was just perfect after an arduous day….. Michael was the perfect host and always deeply concerned about providing the absolute BEST Air BnB experience!!! We are already planning our next adventure back in “the Springs” and staying right here!!

An incredibly comfortable spot in a gorgeous location. Despite being attached to a house, the apartment felt completely private. It was quiet and serene, the perfect little getaway for us. We loved the layout of the place. We were also so grateful for the local recommendations! We haven’t spent much time in the Black Forest area before, but we definitely hope to return to this place again someday!

Even though we ended up staying few hours due to a flight delay, Brian kept in touch and made sure we got what we needed for an easy check in. He was very responsive and kind; instructions were always clear. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer at his place. Thank you Brian!

This was a great place to stay! We loved walking to the cafes in the morning and the place had plenty of the essentials we needed.

We went here for spring break and every one of us four loved it. We thought it was just the nicest little place and Pam was so kind. She texted us before we got there with instructions and made sure we knew to stay hydrated for altitude sickness. We loved it and we had a blast. Two of us are graduating college and this was the best little vacation we could have had

We LOVED this place, and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Hosts are amazing, with impeccable taste. Their designated dog station is perfect for your dogs bathroom needs and location is Prime :)- we would definitely book again.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin to celebrate my cousin’s 30th birthday! The space was clean, cozy, and offered stunning mountain views — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and more, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily enjoy all the activities we had planned. We spent an afternoon having high tea at Miramont Castle, relaxed with soaks and hot stone massages at Sun Water Spa, and took a scenic ride up Pikes Peak on the Cog Railway. After long days of exploring, it was such a treat to come back to the cabin, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the peaceful mountain air. Our group of five women spent the evenings playing games, doing arts and crafts, and simply enjoying each other’s company. The cabin felt secluded and private, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. It was truly the perfect place to make unforgettable memories, and we’re already talking about planning another trip!

It was a beautiful place, quite and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed walking and when we arrive we saw deers outside the house welcoming us to colorado. thank you so much. I'm in love to colorado.

This place was exactly what we wanted. It is an old cabin and nothing fancy. It has everything that you need. The sunrise in the morning peaking over the mountain into the bedroom window while having coffee was perfect. Had a few mule deer walk right in front of the cabin in the mornings. Make sure and check out Wines of Colorado during your stay. Great atmosphere and food. This cabin is just a few minutes from the entrance of Pike Peak. With the directions Kathy provided prior to check in, we had no issues finding it. There are grocery stores a short drive away. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. If you are looking for a rustic style cabin with all the amenities, this place is for you. We had a great stay!

Beautiful place to stay! The biggest thing that stood out for me was the responsiveness of the host! House was amazing and had everything we needed! If I had to say one negative thing about it, it would have been above the stove there is a light that is dirty with dust and some dead bugs. Nothing we could not have taken care of! Overall great stay and look forward to coming back someday! Thank you!

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. The house was perfect, clean, and as beautiful as advertised. The host (Jacquie) was very responsive and did an outstanding job taking care of us. There were so many little details and amenities that showed just how much they cared about our experience. The cabin has everything you need to relax or spend time together as a family, and is in a great location to get out and visit all the amazing sites in the region. We have three kids (ages 12, 15, and 17). They had a blast and on the ride home were already asking when we could come back for another stay. I absolutely recommend and hope you enjoy the cabin as much as we did.
