This was the best experience for a first Airbnb. Beautiful location, quiet, clean and everything as discribed. Would very much stay here again if we choose to travel to Colorado again ❤️

This was our second stay and it was wonderful. It is beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. The location is easily walkable to all the downtown restaurants. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Robert and Ingrid were very polite and thoughtful. This was my first experience and I feel like my future endeavors have big shoes to fill. The property was very accommodating and cozy. The views and location was perfect for our needs. We had some snow and Robert was quick to get the driveway shoveled for our safety. The kitchen stocked with essentials was a very nice touch. The hot tub was the cherry on top. So peaceful and relaxing. We hope to someday revisit!

We loved Amy's little house. It was cozy, clean and quiet and a perfect home base for two of us during an event at Colorado College event. The kitchen was well equipped, and Amy was a responsive host.

Carrie’s place was awesome. Great amenities (hot tub, ice machine, bidet, electric fireplace). Great location on the hillside, nestled in the woods. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to celebrate “us”.

I had a great stay at Scott and Dylan's place. It was the perfect jumping off point for adventure around the Springs. Comfortable, cozy, with everything you'd need (including a balcony view of Pike's Peak!).

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more relaxing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time trying out Airbnb as the first wasn't so great. Jacquie was so responsive, flexible and friendly. That first impression really helped us make our decision after flipping through the pictures and seeing what a great place it was. Upon arrival, the place was clean, open and quiet. Parking was easy and the place was private. The yard was a perfect place for my toddler to run around and enjoy. The space was just perfect for our family of 3. I can't thank the hosts enough for being so helpful and kind during our stay! We really enjoyed it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Guest Cottage in Monument! The cottage was just as described - cute, clean and cozy! We were surrounded by the peaceful countryside with far off glimpses of the mountains. Monument is close to numerous places to visit - we especially enjoyed our trips into Colorado Springs to visit Focus on the Family, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. And if you’re looking for delicious burgers, make sure to stop in at The Skirted Heifer while you’re in Colorado Springs! Sydney is a wonderful host - easy to contact and helpful answering our questions when looking for a local grocer, etc…. Sydney also provided sweet encouragement when we had unexpected events back home. Thank you, again, Sydney, for sharing your guest cottage and hospitality!

This place was perfect - so clean and comfortable with an amazing view! I loved having access to park in the garage, availability to use a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment needed for cooking. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The beds were actually very comfortable. This was one of our best experiences to date.

I am pretty particular about my Airbnbs and this one exceeded my expectations and was one of the most thoughtfully put together and curated properties at which I have stayed. Melissa provided excellent communications about everything to do with the casita. It was well-appointed and decorated in a modern, stylish, chic, and comfortable way, private, pristine and clean, and was equipped with everything guests would need. Melissa had a binder with lots of information and recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area and all of the ones we tried were fantastic (Switchback Coffee Roaster--Shook Run for coffee, Garden of the Gods Market and Cafe for breakfast, Dos Santos for lunch, Shuga's for dinner). One of our kids is at Colorado College, so we visit Colorado Springs regularly and would definitely stay here again!

Good location in terms of easy to get to the highlights of my trip like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak highway. Also relatively close to the Broadmoor hotel and its zoo. I picked the location as I thought it would be an easy walk back and forth to old Colorado springs village. I did not attempt to walk after dark as I felt a little uneasy in the neighborhood . Not sure if that was based on fact or if I was just paranoid but that was my only disappointment. Bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was clean and had all the accommodations I needed.

We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The place was clean and cozy, just what we needed for our stay in Colorado Springs. Also, it snowed the entire time we were there; Nicole had snow removal services twice daily so we were never "trapped" by the snow. Thank you, we will be back!

You need to stay here!!! Jodi is such a fantastic host, her spot is perfect for a weekend get away or a long term stay. I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 months for a clinical placement at the hospital, which is walking distance from Jodi’s place! Perfect location, close to downtown and a short drive to manitou. Jodi made us feel at home and was very responsive and helpful. Not sure what to do? She has plenty of pamphlets and recommendations! Simply cannot recommend this place enough- would 100% stay again and again and again!!!

Peacock Manor was everything I was looking for during my stay in Colorado Springs. I loved everything about the peacock theme and the inviting, cozy space. Thoughtful details ensured I had everything I needed. The location was close to everything and Matthew made check in a breeze. Matthew was great with communication, always responded quickly, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in the Springs!

Grace saved our Thanksgiving! We had to look for a place last minute as our original place was inaccessible the night before Thanksgiving. Grace responded quickly to our last minute booking and made sure we were able to get in. She was very responsive to any inquiries and even sent us local recommendations. The place was clean, cozy, with beautiful views and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy our time in Colorado Springs! Would definitely stay again!
