This is an incredible property in an excellent location. As a family of 4 on a week long vacation we loved having space to spread out. We were in town to see the sites of the area and the location of the house was about a 20-30 minute drive to most spots we wanted to see this trip, which was perfect for us as we were not looking to stay in a busy area. Overall excellent spot to stay and Steve was very quick with responses to any questions. Thanks Steve!

There was a mixup in communication, but she took accountability and made everything right. She was super helpful/accommodating, and nice about any/all questions we had. Would recommend her to anyone!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

My and my family of 12 booked this home for our new years get away and it was more the accommodating, clean, spacious and lots of fun with the pool. The host were very communicated and welcoming. We would definitely book back here again

Tiffany’s place was exactly as it was shown in the photos. The kids loved the pool and the entire home was cozy and clean.

Archer was a fantastic host and very friendly and responsive. His place was great for the family time and the outside area is second to none!! The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and access to the highway when needed. I highly recommend staying here with Archer.

Tommy and Terry’s place was the perfect getaway for our yearly family trip to Colorado. It had plenty of space for us to spread out yet several places for us to hang out together too! Plus the kitchen has everything we needed to make a meal or bake some cookies! The couch in the living room was broken when we arrived which they did try and have fixed but were unable. We made it work though. It was very clean and plenty of hot water! The amenities in the downstairs primary suite were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

There was plenty of space for my entire party and it was very convenient location. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Mountain Views. Absolutely love everything about it - central location, nicely furnished for a comfortable stay, responsive owner, and seamless check-in. Meals are easy with stocked kitchen. Sunset over the mountain peaks was stunning. And bunny came to say Hello. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing great view quiet peaceful neighborhood. The home itself was fantastic many places to hang out had a really well done man cave/movie room/game room. Bathrooms had everything we wanted/needing. If I where to every visit Colorado Springs again I would definetly hit up Laura for this air bnb again. Also they were extremely accommodating to our needs and responded promptly to any message I sent. From me and my friends thank you guys for letting us stay in your home

This home was beautiful! It was extremely accommodating for the amount of relatives we had staying during our visit here. Christian’s home was absolutely spotless & extremely clean. The backyard was beautiful! Only thing to note: there were quite a bit of transients that dwell around the area but we had no issues with them directly and this would not necessarily hinder us from returning to stay here. Just worth noting that they are prevalent in the area!

I had an absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Old Colorado Downtown! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, right in the middle of all the charm and character of downtown with breathtaking views of the mountains. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip. The home itself was a gem, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home. On top of that, the price was fantastic, such great value for everything this stay offered! What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They provided a detailed guide for tourists like me, full of recommendations for the best local restaurants, attractions, and unique places to visit. It was so helpful and made exploring the area a breeze. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to create local guide for me.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

The home was easy to find, absolutely spotless, had all the things we needed including cooking utensils and basic ingredients. The grill worked perfectly. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. Communication was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

Rick’s home is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home was perfect for my family and the back yard was perfect for our dog. Rick has seen to it that his guest has everything that is needed. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful home for our family trip! We had family visiting from all over to celebrate an 80th birthday. This was a great place for everyone to stay. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and eat.

We really enjoyed staying at Robert's property. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to what we were there for and will certainly try to book with Robert again in the future. I definitely recommend.
