Tina is a 5-star Airbnb host! The suite at the Cottage had everything we needed and even what we didn't. The space was perfectly small, clean and comfortable. We walked less than a block to Panino's for a delicious dinner. Tina was very responsive to my questions and her instructions were crystal clear. This was our honeymoon stay, so we will be back for anniversaries, no doubt!

We came a little early for our check in but it wasn’t an issue they let us come right in and feel at home. The place is very beautiful and it’s peaceful. I genuinely had no issues and they are awesome people. The best part was the really close view of the mountains.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this AirBnB. We have never seen a listing that was so well equipped--the hosts literally thought of everything. They were also very friendly and responsive. They even shoveled the walkway for us after it snowed the day before. All the games, the movie room, hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful location make this a top notch place to stay--highly recommend!

Great stay in a great neighborhood! I stayed here while attending a conference at the Broadmoor and it was very convenient. I even felt safe enough to walk to the venue most days. I would definitely stay here again. It is a family's home, so if the sound of kids being kids would bother you, you might do better elsewhere. Otherwise, perfect location and beautiful, relaxing space.

Great place, our second time staying here. Feels clean and I like the little touches such as the essential oils, diffuser, made the second bed when we arrived, curtains, etc. Will stay here again.

my family and I took a weekend trip up to Colorado Springs. I loved the place, it was very peaceful and in the perfect location to places of interest. The backyard leads to a trail to a beautiful park near by with a soccer field. The neighbor is in very old and historic places with a killer view of the Rockies. The house had local beer for the adults and games for the kids to play. Jacquie was an awesome host and when we go back up to Colorado Springs I will definitely rebook with her.

Best Airbnb ever! Can’t recommend it enough. Finding where to park is a little confusing, but they walk you through it. Great deal.

Rick and Kiyoun’s studio was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. It always makes me a little apprehensive when I look at listings where I’m in an attached addition to the owners’ home, or in a room in a shared house, but this space was entirely its own separated studio, so quiet and private, with the comfort of knowing that I had a lovely couple in the front of the house. The best of both worlds! The studio is silent except for the ambient birds outside, very very large, and opens right up to a back patio, gets tons of natural light, and is beautifully renovated with a working gas fireplace and extremely comfy couch and giant smart TV along with thoughtful ambient lighting. Everything down to the quality of the linens was perfectly curated, and it was sparkling clean when I arrived. Kiyoun provided every possible necessity for the ladies, including sterile face wipes, cleaning supplies, a steamer. The location is walkable, bikable, and close to gorgeous hikes. Book it!

The host made this place even better. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. We enjoyed the view from the hot tub- night skyline and mountains by day. Just beautiful!

This spot truly felt like “home away from home”. Everything was extremely clean. Kennady is so quick to respond when you send a message. I’d stay here over and over again everytime i visit colorado.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful, very clean place to stay and was very affordable for how nice it was. There were lots of amenities in the bathroom (basic personal supplies), a super helpful book of places to go and where to eat and felt cozy, private and comfortable. We loved our stay!

Great deal on a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The hot tub was perfect and we really enjoyed the privacy with the tent around it. Olga was a friendly host, we highly recommend her. Excellent hospitality!

We visited for a few days and this was just the retreat we needed! After our full days of exploring and hiking, we said "let's go home" and it definitely felt like home! We enjoyed the many windows and outstanding views throughout, the porch and covered patio were so relaxing. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a wonderful meal for our family and we enjoyed a great evening of playing games and cards that were left for us. Oh and the bed was SO comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've ever had! Jeff is very responsive and even brought us over something we forgot to buy at the grocery store. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re in the Colorado Springs area! The place itself is exactly as pictured — but also somehow even better in person! It’s a perfect home base with so many great hiking and outdoor adventures close by. Everything was clean and tidy with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The heated blanket on the bed was also a favorite! Being able to walk to the Garden of the Gods was a huge bonus and my deciding factor for choosing this place. It was so nice not to have to worry about parking at the Garden on a busy weekend. The area itself is beautiful! I traveled as a solo female and felt safe the entire time. Shelley checked in to make sure everything was as expected and also shared some great local info. She’s a great host, and I highly recommend this place!

We were in the Springs for a long weekend doing some sight seeing. This was a great location for everything including a day trip to Denver. Very clean and nice amenities!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, private and cutely decorated. The location is great and easy to access. Julie was super friendly and a good communicator and provided clear and easy to follow directions. And they left us snack sthat were greatly appreciated since we arrived Christmas night and food options were limited. I would highly recommend a stay here!

5-Star Stay – Wonderful Hosts & Cozy Retreat! We stayed at this Airbnb for four nights and five days, and it was absolutely lovely—just as described! The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for our stay. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. During our visit, we experienced a mix of weather, including snow. The hosts went above and beyond by clearing the driveway for us and keeping in great communication throughout. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted getaway!

We loved our stay here! We were in the process of moving to the area and it was the perfect place to land while we scoped out the area and found a house. Rachael and Daron are super kind and helpful with great local recommendations and even lent us sleds for the kids to use when a huge snow storm came through! Also, the pellet stove was super cozy on the cold mornings. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and would recommend this place to anyone.
