El Peñón de Guatapé : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

This place is simply AMAZING, especially if you want to get disconnected into nature with family, friends or a loved one. The location is perfect, super close to the town (San Vicente) and the airport. The rooms are very nice and they put attention to every detail. We really enjoyed our time and took advantage of all the activities they offer: bonfire, jacuzzi, sauna, hiking and more. We also loved their food and how attentive the hosts were, doing everything in their hands to make you enjoy your stay. They really surpassed my expectations in every way; my grandma and family will forever remember this stay. I have stayed in several places and I highly recommend this one and I definitely look forward to coming back!!!

Me pareció genial la Ubicación, muy estratégica, tranquila y llena de zona comercial; justo en el corazón de lo turístico de Guatapé. con respecto a la ubicación del predio, fue genial y muy privada; me encanto el orden y lo seguro que se sentía andar por los alrededores. We loved our stay at Casa Dodo. The apartment is so beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located near the town square. We had a great time in Guatape and it was so nice to end our day at Casa Dodo. Valery pays attention to every detail. I love that she provided reusable bags for shopping and a compost bin. Love, love, love the sustainability aspects of the home. Also, the breakfast they provide is such a great added bonus. It was so delicious and complete. I definitely recommend it!! Nos pasamos dos noches aquí en familia y nos encantó. Es igualito a las fotos y está muy cerca al centro de Guatepe. La única recomendación seria tener instrucciones en el apartamento para usar el jacuzzi y el agua caliente de la casa, qué nos costó configurarlos.

Excelente lugar! Ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un Airbnb, desde el hecho de que me permitieron dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada, el recibimiento y la amabilidad de Norelys, el desayuno, la limpieza/decoración del lugar y todas las recomendaciones que dan de lugares para visitar. Definitivamente, si visito Guatapé en otra ocasión, volvería.

Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular en Lagos de Jasu, en San Vicente de Ferrer. El lugar es hermoso y muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Robinson y Diana, los anfitriones, son increíblemente amables y atentos, lo que hizo nuestra estadía aún más especial. La caminata que realizamos fue una experiencia maravillosa; aprendimos y descubrimos muchísimo sobre el entorno. Sin duda, queremos regresar. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

We loved our stay at De Verano's place. It was the perfect location for a serene vacation for our 12 member group. There was always some one who wasavailable to help us run errands. The assistants who came with the airbnb who helped with cooking and cleaning were also very helpful. They also helped us with some who took us to the town and brought us back. the property is in a pristine setting with breath taking views. We just loved it.

Increíble el lugar, maravilloso el paisaje y la casa espectacular. Las camas un poco duras pero no tengo palabras para describir el lugar..una MARAVILLA. muy amable Betty y Helena quién nos recibió. En las habitaciones el perfume que pusieron era muy rico pero un poco intenso, es solo un detalle... Definitivamente 100% recomendado.

Excelente atención y una vista increíble de la represa piedra de Guatape, recomendadisimo para grupos grandes.

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

The location is the main star, it's in the end of a distant water branch ("Primavera", north from Guatape). ~0 tourist boats, neighbors' are barely visible, all quiet & filled with birds. The land is large & gorgeous, different orange & banana trees +vegetable garden. Direct access to the lake (down ~20 m hill). Water is comfortable. I rented kayak (Casa Encuentro) & bicycle (Bicirenta). Kayaking & fishing was magical. Cycling to Guatape is ~45 mins 1-way (11km, 400m ↑/↓) + u can cycle to Peñol via village roads. House inside is simple but functional. Kitchen well equipped. Sturdy mattress. Cons: on arrival electronic lock wasn’t setup, 1 window was broken, main door had no glass. I had to set up the lock myself, the windows were fixed in ~2 days. On the last day they’ve sent in lawn mowers at 9:30 am, with check out time at 12:00 & next guest coming in 2 days… But I got a later check out time. But now the house is all set, everything is fixed, you can enjoy the stay safely :)

This place is amazing 10/10. It’s a 3 minute walk to the marina for jet skis and wakeboarding. It overlooks the lake. It has an outdoor fire place, grill and sauna. The jacuzzi on the deck is amazing. So relaxing! When I posted videos online, 5 people asked me to send them the listing so they could also book it. Highly recommend I’ll be back!! Thanks!!
