Очень рекомендуем. Чистая, удобная квартира со всем необходимым. Включая пляжные стульчики и зонт. До пляжа 600 метров напрямую. Внутри комплекса реальная зеленая зона и бассейн хороших размеров. Вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Цены ОЧЕНЬ И ОЧЕНЬ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНЫЕ, выбор огромен и качество на уровне. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. Реальность превзошла ожидания. Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

WOW! What a fabulous apartment. not sure the photos did it justice. the apartment is approx 30 -40 minute walk from Torrevieja itself, but it is just across the road from a beach, and in season may have more open in the location. This apartment is a new build, and the complex itself is still unfinished, but other than a little builders dust we were not disturbed at all. There is integral access to a car park but we didn't see this facility. We would love to return to this apartment in season.

Excelente me encantó el piso

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue muy buena en general. Aunque tuvimos algunos contratiempos al principio, como problemas con la calefacción y una tostadora que no funcionaba, logramos solucionarlos fácilmente. María fue muy amable y siempre atenta, asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. Incluso nos reembolsó el calefactor que compramos para mejorar nuestra experiencia. El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y está en una ubicación ideal. Hay un supermercado justo debajo de casa, lo cual resulta muy práctico, y tanto el Mediterráneo como el Mar Menor están a solo unos pasos, lo que hace la ubicación espectacular. La cocina está muy bien equipada y no faltaba nada en general, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. La cama era amplia y descansamos muy bien. Aunque viajamos en invierno, con menos actividades disponibles, en verano este sitio debe ser increíble. En resumen, es un apartamento de cinco estrellas que recomendaríamos sin dudar.

Super accueil, l’appartement et la résidence sont parfaites. C’est propre, il y a tous ce qu’il faut de première nécessité. Il y a un supermarché à 4 minutes à pied. Ils sont très gentils et prévenants. Je recommande fortement.

Prachtig mooi appartement met een mooi balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht. Wij waren in december/januari en dan heb je vanaf ongeveer 14.00 uur de zon op het balkon. In deze periode is er niet veel te doen, maar wel lekker rustig. Ook zijn er dan nog wel een aantal restaurants open en de supermarkt is ook open en vlakbij. Prima contact met de verhuurder.

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es un poco liosa si te fías de google maps. Aunque es el número 80, en google maps debes poner el 74. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Es cierto que la tasa de limpieza es muy alta pero el resultado es sobresaliente. La cocina tiene DE TODO. Infinidad de utensilios para lo que necesites. La casa en general está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, de la tranquilidad de la zona y de lo bonita que es España.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Such a wonderful host went over and beyond to make our trip run smoothly. The provisions left for our usr were unbelievable even down to cotyon buds euro plugs just totally beyond generous

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Marta. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt ook prima in de winter om te verwarmen. Dankjewel voor je goede zorgen.

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

El ático es precioso, con todas las necesidades, amplio y muy muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la playa. La piscina justo abajo es genial para refrescarte y los niños la disfrutaron muchísimo. Lo mejor la terraza! Es lo que más hemos disfrutado! Diana muy amable, contesta súper rápido y atenta a lo que necesites. Repetiremos sin duda.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Great location for exploring this corner of Spain. Was really quiet for our 4week stay. Beautiful views to the mountains to the rear of property and from rooftop terrace. Easy and safe parking very close. Swimming pool was 50m away, very clean, but too cold for us in February!, but we did make use of the gym in the main centre as well as extensive cycling from the property. Ruairi is an excellent and attentive host. This was our 2nd visit and we hope to be back again

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

La descripción es precisa, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, buena piscina, solárium y mesas para comer fuera. Los hosts están disponibles en cualquier momento y son muy agradables, un 10 para ellos. Estuvimos un mes y contábamos con cocinar y hacer barbacoas pero al final casi no usamos la cocina ya que estaba llena de grasa por todas partes. La barbacoa declinamos usarla porque también necesitaba una limpieza. una pena porque tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy contentos pero lo estropea un poco la limpieza. Necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama Del resto bien. Para largas estancias quizá se agradecía una smart TV

Die 4 Wochen waren traumhaft. Wetter und die Golfplätze sind nur zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne Anlage, und gut gepflegt. Wir können jedem die Wohnung empfehlen..
