House is nice and clean everything’s spotless except for the swimming pool it was dirty and the beach was far away to go swimming not as shows us in the picture you have to go around all the houses at night. It’s really dark and can use the pool. There’s no light and to get to Restaurant. it’s hard to get there without directions. But I think in the future is going to be an awesome place to go because they’re building a lot of houses around and not many finished

Todd’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The location on the lake is stunning, you feel fully immersed in the jungle around you but with all the comforts you could need (the AC units in the bedrooms are 10/10). Todd was an incredible host, he was super helpful and responsive, arranged transport for us from the airport, and even got us some groceries since our flight got in late. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Nicaragua!

The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a serene yet conveniently located retreat—nestled far enough from the hustle and bustle to offer tranquility, yet only a short walk from shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The bungalow's thoughtful layout truly impressed me. The unique second-story loft bedroom is not only cozy but also adds a delightful touch of character to the space. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable first-floor living area made it easy to settle in and feel right at home, while the outdoor patio and lush garden provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area. What really stood out during my stay was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. Knowing that fresh linens and towels are provided and that the entire space is thoroughly disinfected for each guest gave me peace of mind and allowed me to relax comp

It was a great stay at the lovely house inside a gated community. The private beach access was perfect. It’s a beautiful place. There are few details which would make the stay even better especially outdoors but the good price made it up for it. I had a great work flow, even though at certain times of the day it got very hot in the house which was then the perfect time to go for a swim. I slept very good, the area is very quiet. There are few small local tiendas on the road to find fruit & vegetables as well as basic groceries-if you come without a car like me. The massage at Casa marimba was a highlight. If you seek some quiet time to focus on work or other projects without getting distracted/disturbed much, this is the perfect place.

The place is amazing, however it gets a little bumpy one mile before you get to the house, a small car won’t ever make it, if you thinking to get there at night I would recommend that you don’t because the last mile it’s very narrow and very dark. Other than that the place it’s amazing and the care takers are amazing people. Pablo is very responsive and was always available.
