What a perfect place for a small group of friends who came to La Ventana for a week of wing foiling. Great location that is a short, walkable distance up the road to La Playa to rent and launch and also a short walk across the road to launch if you don’t have a vehicle. Easy for shuttle pick-up and drop off from airport. Walkable to many restaurants and beach. House was perfect and stocked with useful things to make the trip easy and enjoyable. Beautiful ocean views from the roof! Juan is a great host. Highly recommend. Very nice house that is well cared for:)

Can’t beat this location! The restaurant on-site is open M-F and so delicious. Worth coming just for the food, but the location is even more incredible right on the beach. Ulises provided kayaks and paddle board and the best hospitality. Highly recommend!

Beautiful bungalows, great view of the ocean and lots of great little bars and restaurants around.

Christine’s house is conveniently located just above Rasta Beach and there is a large shed on the beach to store all your gear. No more driving around! The house is large, comfortable, and has wonderful views of the ocean. Christine responds promptly to any queries, and has local support staff to deal with any issues. I believe you will enjoy your stay at her house.

really unique spot! little rough around the edges but we realized that's what we were getting when we rented. also owners are doing a ton of improvements around the property.

This place is on top of a hot spring, and you can full the jacuzzi any time you want, that is just amaizing. And the location is exceptional, really quiet and in the sea. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our week long stay very much and wish we could have stayed longer. Alfredo is a wonderful host. The property is a lovely retreat. Everything was sparkling clean. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and a beautiful swimming pool - albeit not heated so a bit chilly this time of year. There are two futon-style sleepers in the TV area behind the bedroom. Great location, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and gear rental. The area is quiet without much traffic. Beautiful views from the roof top of surrounding mountains and Ventana Bay. We like to buy fresh fish and eat in, and the kitchen has a nice gas range and a toaster oven, there is also a wood/charcoal bbq we could have used. Conveniently the property has an additional shower and bathroom accessible without entering the casita, so I could see us returning with kids who will want to camp in the secure fenced property and use the cool fire pit.

As soon as I checked in I was. Told to cancel my air bnb and it would be less expensive. But they wouldn’t allow me to cancel and book again, which is completely not cool. And if you aren’t looking to party this isn’t the place for you. People up until 5 am drinking and partying.

Truly the best place I have stayed in a very long time. It is quiet, peaceful, and all around lovely. The views are remarkable. The rooms are clean and inviting. I would have stayed much longer if I could!

Fantastic minimalist property next to the beach. It was such a treat to stay here and Ramon was an excellent host. Peaceful area with access to everything we needed. Great value as well. We'll be back!

En general, todo bien, Ana Luisa muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Airbnb suele no enviar la ubicación correcta, pero al comunicarme con la Anfitriona, llegamos enseguida. La casa es cómoda y agradable, tiene todo lo básico para una estancia placentera.

Absolutely recommend this beautiful Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Just a 5 min quick walk across the main drag to the beach very close (walking distance) to many restaurants and rentals for kite boarding and diving. What you see in the pictures is even better in person. The hosts were extremely helpful considerate and timely with inquiries. Cannot express enough how much I would highly recommend these casitas. It felt very safe and secure especially with the fenced in yard and gate you can close at night or whenever. The pool was a nice bonus to escape from the wind when you want to lay out and watch the birds come visit on the outdoor shower for a drink of water. Worth every penny.

This is the perfect location for La Ventana/EL Sargento. You don’t need to carry your equipment to the beach. Everything is right there. you have a hot tub waiting for your return. You have a Kite Shop right next-door for everything. And the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond and truly take great care of the House.

El lugar está ubicado justo frente al mar. La vista es hermosa y el lugar impecable. No necesitas llevar utensilios de cocina, te prestan hasta copas! Fueron muy amables al permitirme quedar unas horas mas en el área de playa. Lo único que podría observar es que las instrucciones para llegar no son suficientes pero una vez que los contactas te pasan mapas qué te ayudan a dar con la ubicación que está ubicada en el Sargento.
