El Sargento : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Santiago was a great host. His apartment was great, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to most restaurants and points of interest. The only thing that could improve are the common area jacuzzi’s. Their temperature maxed out at around 33-34 C. Other than that we highly recommend Santiago’s place.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit in Club Cerralvo and had a great stay for our two weeks in La Ventana. We stayed elsewhere last year because the pool was under construction, but repairs are now completed and we enjoyed a lot of time in the pool. The unit is exactly what we needed for our family of four. The addition of bunk beds in the second bedroom was great. The apartment has everything you need and is close to restaurants, beach access, etc. We will be back!

Excellent location, a couple of steps away from Playa Central and walking distance to many restaurants in the area. The room and property is very well maintained. Alfonso is a wonderful host, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Spectacular place! Instructions very clean, check in was smooth, communication was great. Very clean! At night we enjoyed jacuzzi looking at the sky full of starts and in the morning the dolphins arrived right to the shore. Wow what an experience. Highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!!

La estancia en villas baja sur fue estupenda , Juan Carlos es un maravilloso anfitrión , siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía pronto a nuestras necesidades , sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar , el lugar está hermoso , vista increíble al mar , súper limpio y ordenado el lugar muy relajante .

Excelente estancia, tenía todo lo esencial para nuestra estadía, me llamó la atención que contaba con todo lo básico y que no nos faltara nada, también tenía sombrilla y mini hielera por si quería ir un rato a la playa, me hospedé con mis hijos y mi esposo, no tuvimos inconveniente alguno lugar muy agradable, cómodo y bonito, sin duda volvería nuevamente

First things first, the house was such a cute and quaint little space perfectly fit for 2 and we had everything we needed for a comfy stay of 3 weeks. If we ever needed assistance accessing the laundry room Mateo was ready to help, if we needed help getting transportation Mateo was speedy with recommendations, if we needed help at all with luggage he was more than willing to assist. Cleaning, vehicles, food and drinks, groceries, etc. you name it and he was a huge help. My boyfriend and I’s stay was 100% stress free and overall a smooth trip completely thanks to him. Thanks Mateo! Hopefully we’re back speedy quick.

From the moment I arrived at Paul’s and the popular kite beach La Tuna my senses glowed.Just walked from my suite all geared up at kited almost from the front door.Nice beach front restaurant and local ice cream shop.Easy walk/drive to a market for food/drink supplies.Paul lives on the lower end of the property so,although he was available,I felt private.See you next season Paul and Thankyou

The place is better than the pics show. It was very well thought out and set up for a very comfortable stay with my 82 year old dad and brother. We had an amazing time and loved the viewing deck for watching the Lunar eclipse and the stars! Would absolutely rent again.

we loved our stay here! perfect place to take out for downwinder (near public access spot so lots of ppl to land kite). little deck/patio sitting over ocean, with best view in town of sunrises. and sheltered patio with comfy furniture to enjoy the afternoon out of wind and sunsets over the cactus forest. we stayed here during an unseasonably chilly february, there were a few chilly nights and mornings. but lisa mentions bringing warm clothes- if you stay here during that time be sure to listen. but tons of blanket available. very well stocked kitchen too- everything you need including fun margarita glasses! we will absolutely stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay at this house. the location is the best in the whole town. Absolutely stunning views. We will be back!

Nichole and Dieter’s casita is a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend time between the fun activities in the area. It is modern and clean with quality furnishings and appliances and like most have already commented on, the roof top deck has an amazing ocean view. We appreciated Nichole’s proactive and helpful assistance during our stay! I would recommend her casita for your visit to the La Ventana area and hope we are able to return.

Great stay at Casa Panda! Heated pool and gas fire pit are much appreciated amenities. 2 bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs and a third downstairs worked perfectly for our group. House is walking distance to the beach. Chris and Veronica were very quick to respond. Will stay here again.

We had a very nice short stay in La Ventana! It's a fun little town to visit. The condo complex has a nice pool and hot tub. Safe & secure and the rooms have very nice views. Our condo had everything we needed for our stay.

We had such a wonderful time! Curt's place is a true gem. The view is outstanding and my kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub.

The walkability was a major highlight – we easily explored local restaurants, grabbed coffee, and even enjoyed a game of pickleball nearby. The condo itself was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We especially loved the sunrise views from the balcony and the use of the pool and communal BBQ. Secure parking was a great peace of mind. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

It's a very nice condo complex with beautiful pool and hot tub within walking distance to many restaurants and taco shops. Right in the middle of everything with a beautiful view of the ocean!
