I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever stayed in Egypt. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to everything you might need. The space itself is remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, with hotel-style rooms that exude elegance and meticulous architectural attention to detail. Everything here is spotless, and the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and impeccably clean, comfortable furnishings. The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall security of the place gave me complete peace of mind. As for Walid, he is an exceptionally gracious and hospitable host. Upon my arrival, he thoughtfully sent me valuable recommendations on where to stroll and shop in the neighborhood, making my stay even more enjoyable.

A great place , private area with outdoor table, market and laundry close by. Mahmoud a great person since day one until I left.

The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

Huge house with a splendid common pool area (two pools connected by a waterfall) which was most of the time completely free for us by just 1-2minutes walk through the garden door. Modern, large TV with all common streaming apps available for lazy evenings.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

The Boho house is one of the reasons that made me love Cairo. I’m really grateful for taking the decision to rent with Ahmed, Ahmed is truly amazing guy and his way of hospitality is insane, felt like home. The apartment is really cozy is really cozy with an amazing huge outdoor garden that makes it perfect, really was amazed of how green is the house and that fits all the furniture vibe.. Literally you will not need anything, the house is ready with all the equipments you can imagine, even the coffee machines, all the apps on the TV, really made it very easy to enjoy my stay like how i’m stay at home, even better. Not to talk about the location, the house is almost 5 mins away from all well known area, Cairo festival mall, Katameya downtown, all the coffee shops and restaurants, really the location was the best, made me discover a lot of areas in very short time. grateful to know someone like you Ahmed, really thank a lot for everything and the hospitality you gave, see you soon 🙌🏼

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

I’d like to thank Yousra, she is an amazing host who was willing to help me with anything she could. I came to Cairo really early and I felt so tired and wanted to check in early, she helped me so much and made sure that I could get to the apartment early. The apartment is also amazing!! Everything is perfect

화장실도 공용화장실이었는데 깨끗했고 그 외 모든 공용공간 및 테라스도 정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 딱 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 와이파이가 작동이 안된 순간들이 좀 있고 뜨거운물을 좀 오래 사용하면 차가운물이 나올 수도 있다는 겁니다 하지만 2명 기준, 뜨거운물은 거의 항상 잘 나왔편인거 같습니다. 그거 빼곤 위치도 택시로 잘잡히고, 관광명소들과 가까운 거리에 있었던 것 같습니다.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who went out of their way to help us. Beautiful old apartment in stunning building. Both close to the highway and walking distance from downtown but also a quiet street which is pleasant in busy Cairo. We would love to stay here again

Yousra was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in earlier, which was very kind of them, as we needed rest after a long bus ride. We stayed there in February, and the flat was generally cold—not freezing, but not entirely comfortable for hanging around. The bedroom has an electric heater, which makes you want to stay in bed more (maybe that’s the idea behind it 😀). The bed itself is super comfortable—just the kind of bed you’d wish for, and we all know how important that is! The place was very clean and well-organized, with some basic kitchen equipment, which was fairly sufficient. The only thing that bothered us was the surrounding noise—poah, it was loud! People were literally shouting outside; it was crazy. There seems to be some sort of military school just around the corner, and you can even hear them in your dreams. Keeping the windows closed helps a little, but not much. Overall we loved our time there. much love

Our only reason for giving Zacki five stars is because ten stars was not available. This is a beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. A large shopping mall with a food court is only a block away, as is Spinney’s which is one of Egypt’s premier grocery markets. We did not experience the water heater outage that some others have described. We found Ahmed, the co-host to be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests or suggestions.

اولا حصل علينا ظرف وفاه في القاهره يوم مغادرتنا للشقه وصدام كان متعاون جدا في وقت الخروج وذوق جدا وقدم خدمات كأخ في بلد غربه ثانيا تركت مفاتيح الشقه علي الطاوله وقفلت الباب وقت المغادره وعند ابلاغ صدام كانت ردت الفعل ذوق جدا عادي حصل خير بس انا ما عندي مفتاح ثاني للشقه …ليتك بلغتني قبل تخلي المفتاح جوا ..بس لا تشغلي بالك موضوع بسيط راح نغير كيلون الباب انتو اهم شي انتبهو علي نفسكم واذا احتجتو اي شي كلموني طبعا هاذي ثاني مره اسكن في الشقه المره اللي فاتت سكنت في الشقه اللي قدامها 3 غرف نوم في الواقع شقه تستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيها

Super accueil. Maged a été tres prévenant. Ils nous a offert plusieurs repas. Il a toujours été là pour nous. C’est une personne vraiment adorable. L appartement est tres bien équipé et propre. Il est situé dans le vieux caire. On recommande tres fortement ce logement. Merci beaucoup Maged

Aziz is a super host. Always in touch. He has a very clean and spacious apartment, which is rare in Cairo. The apartments have high speed internet. Everything that is stated in the ad, everything matches. Nearby shops, cafes, pharmacies. The price matches the quality. I can recommend these apartments, because other apartments in Cairo come with unpleasant surprises (((MANDATORY AND PLEASED TO COME AGAIN! THANKS FOR THE HOSTING!

Ranwa’s apartment in Zamalek was exactly what I was hoping for - a beautiful space that was quiet, comfortable, and in a great spot in Cairo. The place has a beautiful feel and has many thoughtful touches - like the book collection, instruments, and a fantastic balcony overlooking the city. I loved walking around the neighbourhood and the porters downstairs were always helpful… I would definitely come back to stay.

Mohamed is a fine young man who was always eager to help us to have a good stay.

My sister and I had the most wonderful stay here. It was great to go out and experience the beautiful chaos of the city and then retreat to the peace and serenity of this gated community. There were plenty of pool options, shops and cafes nearby and accessible. The hosts offered to take us to Khan El Khalili - the famous market, and to be honest it was the highlight of our trip! They took us to a hidden gem restaurant which was very lively during Iftar in Ramadan - live music and amazing vibes. Our hosts were fantastic company and we hope they'll visit us in London! They were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and even organised a driver for us and a felucca trip. Couldn’t ask for more!

Ahmed is a great host! We like his apartment. It's clean, modern and cozy. It was good accommodation, I recommend this place. Grocery store is nearby, walkable to museum
