Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

Beautiful location in the Clayton foothills. Quiet neighborhood with a nearby walking trail that was perfect for our pups. Lots of great space and comfortable beds - exactly what our family needed!

We had a great time during our stay! The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard was private and peaceful even with neighboring houses close by. The area has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a great park right across the street! Perfect for a family traveling with 2 younger kids - who loved the hot tub and bunk beds! Would highly recommend!

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this incredible home that backed up to the lovely waterfront and had a delightful deck and patio, surrounded by lunch plant life, with pool and hot tub. The house was spacious with streaming light from many large, beautiful windows, fantastic hard floors, and incredible amenities! we can’t wait to revisit this home with such wonderful hosts!

This was by far the nicest AirB&B I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous views from every window, private, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The pictures and description of the spa can't do it justice, although they try! I was worried about spiders or bugs in the cave spa, but there were NONE. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and I would have stayed in bed all day if the spa wasn't calling me. The house was squeaky clean and we wanted for nothing. Josie was incredibly responsive although we needed very little. She responded within minutes and was proactive about offering to manage the spa to our liking from her end which added to the luxury! Thank you so much, Josie, for sharing your amazing home with us - best mini vaca ever!

Beautiful, quiet location with visits from local wildlife. The beds were comfortable too.

Beautiful home, well maintained. Great for families— All bedrooms are on one side of the house, firepit, pool, swing, games, etc. Daniel, the host, is friendly, informative, and provided some water, snacks and even coffee pods! We loved our stay here!

This is a really great place to stay at & it’s super affordable. Sean was so helpful and nice to us. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to visit San Francisco anytime soon!

We had an epic three days at Lolo's place and are so grateful we had the opportunity. We needed to pivot last minute to find an Airbnb during our Spring Break to visit family and Lolo was super responsive and even let us check in early so it rental car wasn't sitting out front packed with luggage. parking was easy, neighborhood is fantastic. I grew up in Alameda so I personally love the area and it felt so great to explore the neighborhood. My husband and 7yo walked to get coffee and pastries in the morning, our 2yo enjoyed the playground nearby. the Airbnb itself has everything we needed, even a nice low to the ground cot for our toddler to sleep in, kids books and dishes. Enjoyed Ethiopian food for dinner one night. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, I wish I was still there.

Great, sleek, clean, spacious top level flat with private parking. Farzad is an exceptional, accommodating host. A 5 🌟 stay.

Jason was a great host and answered all the questions very promptly. Home was clean and had a lemon and other citrus trees in the backyard. We liked it and would highly recommend this place.

Larry's place was perfect for our family. Cozy, clean, minimalist living space, very comfortable beds, modern shower, and lovely patio with cushioned furniture and Anna's hummingbirds showing up to enjoy the flowers. Larry was a great host, setting everything up just right --- to the point that we didn't need to reach out for anything. While there's no oven/stove, the toaster oven and microwave were helpful for leftovers and there are ceramic dishes and silverware so you don't have to eat with the plastic take-out versions. The neighborhood is mostly residential and incredibly peaceful, but a five minute drive gets you to a beach with snowy plovers and crashing waves or Taraval Street with a host of restaurants to choose from. Ten minutes and you're at Golden Gate Park. We will be back!

This home was clean and has nice spaces for a family. The kitchen has plenty of room and is well-appointed. The 3 beds were all very comfortable. The living room was able to accommodate 7 in comfortable seating when we had some relatives over to watch a football game. The outside area is big and fully fences, if you are traveling with a dog. It is convenient to the freeway, bike routes (if you travel with your bike like we do), and downtown Walnut Creek. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this highly.

This was a great place to stay for girls weekend with my best friend. There seemed to be a lot of things to do within walking distance, we mainly hung out on the house and just enjoyed our time. Fatima was quick to respond to any questions we had. She's super friendly and helpful.

Words can’t describe the beauty of this place. Quiet. Secluded. Immaculately maintained. Communication was easy, friendly and prompt. Cannot recommend this place enough. Simply incredible

We had a nice stay at Nora's home. We had a very busy family weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the deck as much as we had hoped, but it was a lovely spot for our morning coffee.

This was a great place for our family. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were communicative and helpful from beginning to end. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us and we used our air mattress in the living room for one of my teens. The showers were great and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. All of the instructions were clear and we had everything we needed for the most part. Stores are nearby if there is anything you’d need to grab in a pinch, but this location served our purpose and was close to what we were there for. There are a lot of stairs to get to the front door, but we were okay with that. We did not need or use the backyard/patio, so I don’t have any feedback about that. It looked like there was a sitting area out there though that was private. All in all, good clean spot, close to shopping, and it served our needs. 👍🏾

We took our electric car to Civic Center. It would be 80% charged at 11pm. We could have left it overnight. However, when we explained to Dave that we tired and were unable to charge from our arbnb unit; he explained it was very old wiring and that he would extend the power from the back with a 100 foot extension. It was a trickle charge using 120 amps. Yet his responsiveness and the convenience was very nice. He was so enthusiastic after talking with us that he thought he might buy an electric vehicle with it a 240amp charger which his guests could use for an additional charge. I was so grateful later to be able to relax by taking a walk right out the door. The air and sounds of the birds were refreshing. Walking through a fence entrance to the parking lot/lake, I found a trail along wetlands to a newer neighborhood next to & looping back to our older village-like neighborhood. Our West facing windows had a direct view of the Civic Center Spire which I loved.

Stayed with my parents and my 2 kids (5 total) for a long weekend for a family event. We loved the location near the beach and Golden Gate Park activities (we’ve done downtown many times before and wanted something different). The living space is so much brighter and more spacious than the pictures with nice plants and old details. Tony was helpful with a phone call walk through of where to find all supplies. Good food options on Taraval nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay on the quieter side of SF!
