We had an absolutely great stay. Nicole, the concierge, was fantastic. She was always responsive to our questions and requests, and provide helpful insights and suggestions to make our stay better. We definitely plan to return.

Great location. The boys were able to golf twice. The girls enjoyed the pools right below the condo as well as the main clubhouse pool. This was our 4th stay in the area and we love it. It’s nice to be in a quiet area and only 10 or so minutes from downtown. Also there were some small issues (no one’s fault just issue you could have with any property) that the host was able to fix right away. Very responsive!!!

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

Tom was very accommodating and gave us many recommendations for great food places. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return again to book with Tom.

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

If we can give more than 5 stars we would. We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely seaside unit. Whether it was sunrise coffee in the tropical backyard or oceanview grilling in the evenings while dipping our feet in the private pool, this oasis was the perfect getaway for us. The accommodations were accurate and comfortable and had everything we needed. Access to the other resorts was also a plus and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown made shopping, etc. quite easy. These hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. We hope this is available our next trip to Cabos and we highly recommend a stay here.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

Deborah (with husband Rod) was a great host. Immediate replies received to any questions we had. The condo was beautiful, very clean and spacious. It had a big fridge which was great for cold drinks and home cooking (& nice to have extra sauces/spices were available for use). The beds were very comfortable & rooms nicely decorated. Roof top pool/terrace was gorgeous where we could watch the awesome sunset. The staff working at the front gate were always polite and courteous. The building itself was also very clean and staff were cleaning it on a regular basis. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach via Riu. Our Chihuahua loved it as she is a true beach bum - LoL. The condo had a beach umbrella and chairs which we really appreciated. Ubers were abundant and cheap--you did not have to wait long for one no matter what time it was. Thanks again Deborah (& Rod) for making our month stay in Cabo a great one!

La estancia estuvo muy agradable, siempre estuvo al pendiente y mostró iniciativa nos dio varias recomendaciones de tour y lugares para visitar y recorrer, cuenta con lo descrito en el anuncio, también Angeles es muy amable responde rápido a cualquier solicitud, se recomienda llevar vehículo para así aprovechar más el lugar , lugar lugar agradable para la familia , muy recordable

We have stayed in airbnbs all over the world and this was one of the better ones!! The condo was absolutely spotless and the whole experience was wonderful! We will definitely stay there again when we go back and I will recommend to others as well. 5 Star for sure!

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at Lauren’s place ! The condo was beautiful ! Was even more impressive than the photos . It was sparkling clean and spacious . The best part of our stay was the bed ! We slept in every single day because we honestly did not want to get out . The condo is close to the downtown area , we took Uber which was about an 8 minute ride for no more than $6 each way . Lauren was a great communicator and always responsive to any questions I had . Gate security was always nice and helpful as well . Overall amazing stay . We will definitely stay here again !

We had a wonderful stay (with our dog) at Gabriellas place for a month. Gabriella is a great communicator, and was super welcoming for checkin and other questions we had. The location is really great as it's above centro and near the popular Z hiking trail. The space is relaxing, clean and has great wifi and storage. Parking is secure and gated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Muy buena comunicación en todo momento con Cecilia, los guardias muy amables, el acceso a la playa a 10 minutos caminando, hay que atravesar el Hotel RIU. Cecy cuenta con sillas/cama, dos sombrillas y una hielera chica m, todo de mucha ayuda para pasarla bien en la playa, instalaciones super cómodas, la cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar (sartenes, ollas, platos de todo tipo, aceite, café, azúcar, buenoregresaría. La alberca en la planta alta (piso 7) cuenta con mesas, sombra, estacionamiento seguro dentro del edificio. OXXO a 20 metros, Jugos y licuados a 50 mts, Soriana, Costco, restaurantes, deposito modelo, si llevas carro ve a Mariscos El Toro Guero. En general todo excelente. muy recomendable, sin duda regresaria.

Excelente ubicación, buena limpieza y tal cual lo que se anuncia en la publicación además de que el anfitrión y coanfitrion siempre fueron amables y atentos, sin duda me volvería a quedar en aquí 😌

Lugar muy bien ubicado, entorno tranquilo, el departamento es tal cual se describe y aparece en las fotografías, mi familia y yo lo recomendamos, pasamos muy bien!!!

Alejandro 's place made for a lovely stay! We loved all the outdoor space and ability to cook our own food. The grill was super clean and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. The views are even better than the pictures. Everything from the listing is there, albeit some amenities (esp the pool) are not in the same condition as the pictures. We would stay here again!

Barbara was a dream to work with - super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described - refreshingly light, bright, cute and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms was also an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and pool towels (something we’ve had issues with at other rentals). And being able to walk up one flight of stairs to the pool was super convenient. The condo was also a 10 minute walk to the quiet end of Medano beach (I timed it). We would have no issues renting again however, the neighborhood isn’t very walkable (lots of construction, dusty, not many places to eat) and the Oxxo next door is awesome but does not sell beer/liquor (you have to go up a bit further to the Mini-Super instead). This wasn’t a big deal for us, it just meant a bit more Ubering.

Excellent place to vacation with your family! Close to the marina, groceries, yet private, quiet, and secure. Excellent views and amenities! Fully stocked kitchen and conveniences. Look forward to coming back.

Jose was able to accommodate us last minute and was super helpful with communicating with us directly and make us feel at home. Jose place is a perfect get away spot for if you are looking for something on the quiet side. There was no loud party or traffic noise to worry about come night time thus peaceful sleeps in a very comfortable king size bed were had. Ocean view was fantastic and 1st floor walk out to private pool was a bonus. Will definitely recommend and probably be coming back again next year.

Our stay was very good! Awesome amenities and the hosts where very helpful in everything! The apartment was so well decorated and comfortable. I recommend this place 100%

We felt at home here and it was the perfect size for us. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We both slept so well. We enjoyed time at the pool and deck and the location in San Jose Del Cabo was perfect for our needs in going both East and west. It was quiet - no loud parties and private. We would stay there again.

Adì’s place was exactly as described - it was the perfect spot for us as we were able to use the amenities of the Zoetry resort such as pool, tennis courts, grounds but still have a condo where we could cook and work as needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and it was easy to get to and from town for nights out. We will be back !
