Elafonisos : locations de maisons de vacances

Siamo stati a Villa Eleni 11 giorni in due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 ragazzi di 13 anni) e siamo stati benissimo . La casa e’ bella , accogliente , pulita , molto spaziosa e con ampi spazi comuni all’aperto molto godibili . La posizione e’ strategica per poter visitare in auto in tempi brevi tutti i luoghi di interesse dell’isola . La villa e’ inoltre situata vicino ad un centro abitato con ristorante e supermercato . Eleni e Iannis sono stati disponibili nell’accoglienza e nel fornirci le indicazioni a noi necessarie per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza !

La villa è meravigliosa, situata in una posizione splendida con vista sul mare. È molto spaziosa, molto ben arredata e accessoriata. Non mancava niente, tanti asciugamani a disposizione, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ha un comodo locale lavanderia nel piano sotto. La piscina è splendida e pulita con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Ci sono tantissimi lettini e anche un tavolo da Ping Pong. Sia la casa che il giardino davvero super puliti. Fornita sia di pale ventilatori che di aria condizionata e zanzariere alle finestre. Comoda da raggiungere con la macchina e ha ampio parcheggio. Dara è un’ottima host, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare, sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti. Non viene più voglia di venire via!

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

The location was great! The acropolis museum was across the street and the rest of Athens easily walkable. Restaurants and gift shops conveniently nearby. Most importantly very comfortable beds.

Absolutely loved staying in this charming apartment. I kept extending to eventually stay for two weeks. Valentini was extremely accommodating and understanding that I didn’t want to leave :) Beautiful architectural features, minimal interior design and colour palette all make for a very calm and enjoyable space. Everything was perfectly clean and curated, Olivia amenities and coco mat bedding. Fans keep everything cool and breezy in summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need. Can cook whilst overlooking terracotta rooftops. The bathroom is a lovely large space with the best filtered shower head. Parking is extremely easy in the square. You’ll of course need a car on Kythira to drive to beaches and restaurants and towns. Would very much love to stay again.

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better! We were 2 adults 3 children (under 6) the house allowed enough room with the back yard to not feel to small. The back yard is massive with space to sit, BBQ and for the kids to play. The only thing I would like to say is that all of the rooms are completely separate with their own external doors. This meant we had to split and sleep in separate rooms with the children to avoid them escaping. The beach is perfect and the only sandy one on the island. The sea is shallow and wave free for the kids to play all day long. We loved it and there is nothing that even comes close to it on the island Thank you!

The most beautiful view from the house: sea and AgiaPelagia during the day and stars and the milky way during the night. This, together with Theo’s perfect and professional hospitality, made disappear any small imperfection in the house. We loved every moment in the house, from the goats hanging around, to the star gazing to the bbq and the figues from the trees. Kalamitsi house made our Kythira visit perfect. Highly recommended.

Eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Traumhafte Lage am Hang mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Wasser und das gegenüber liegende Gythio. Eine sehr persönliche Ausstattung mit vielen alten Einrichtungsgegenständen und Möbeln sowie modernen Ergänzungen. Liebevolle Dekoration aus jahrelang gesammelten Strandgut.

Casa in posizione perfetta, vista bellissima. Pulita e confortevole. Super!

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση για όσους το επιζητούν. Το σπίτι πληρούσε όλες τις προδιαγραφές. Πλήρως οργανωμένο. Σε προνομιακή θέση με φανταστική θέα από όλα τα σημεία. Πολύ καλή θάλασσα και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια και με λίγους επισκέπτες. Η φύση σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες για την διαμονή μας.

Όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος με όλες τις ανέσεις, ιδανικός για οικογένεια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το Γύθειο, την Αρεόπολη και τις παραλίες της περιοχής, στο χωριό Αρχοντικό. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει. Ευχαριστούμε για την άνετη διαμονή μας !!!

The house is beautiful and perfect for whoever seeks privacy and peace of mind. It’s located amidst olive trees and the sea. Mirella is a great host. Hope I will get the chance to come back.

Just awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Alexis's was a great host. Promptly replies to all my messages. The home is very meticulously done. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. It's quite and private. Alexis came to welcome us and provided us with wine. Being a Sunday, the grocery store was closed but Alexis was kind enough to stock up with milk, eggs, water.

Très jolie maison, très confortable, bien équipée et propre et avec une vue splendide de la terrasse. Encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons été merveilleusement accueuillis, avec plein de petites attentions pendant notre séjour. A recommander sans hésitation !

Our week was paradise. While the appliances and kitchenware were definitely not US high end standard, we’ve been living in Europe so we know how to make it work. The location is rural agricultural and provided a peace and quiet not available pretty much anywhere else we could have stayed. The house was immaculately clean on arrival and the linens fresh. The A/C worked in every room and we stayed cool at night after a day on the beautiful semi-private beach. The beach is sandy pebbles, with the most amazing rock formations for snorkeling. I’ve been scuba diving for 30 years and have never seen beach snorkeling at this level. Absolute bliss is available at Finisia House.

We have been here for the fourth time and Jean’s house is always a great place to stay and relax. Merci Jean!

Besser hätte die Unterkunft nicht sein können! Wir waren zu zweit dort. Zwei Badezimmer, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat! Die ruhige Lage ist phantastisch. Ein Ort zum entspannen. Wenn es dunkel wird kann man den Sternenhimmel auf der Terrasse genießen. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Überall entdeckt man neue Plätze zum verweilen. Trotz der einsameren Lage kann man mit dem Auto alles leicht erreichen. Restaurants, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc..Oder man wandert. Was wir allerdings nicht getan haben. Im Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt. Oder besser gesagt man findet mehr, als man erwartet hätte. Gewürze, Putzutensilien, Einwickelpapier, Servietten und jede Menge Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen und...... Dieses Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen, man muß es einfach selbst erlebt haben. Eine Unterkunft mit toller Atmoshäre. Und die vielen Besucherkatzen sind völlig unaufdringlich. Wer keine Katzen mag, der muß nicht auf sie eingehen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter!

πολύ ώραια θέα στη θάλασσα,ήσυχο μέρος πολύ κοντά σε πολύ ωραία παραλία,αν έχεις παιδιά δεν υπάρχει θέμα για να ενοχλούν από το παιχνίδι τους. το κατάλυμα είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για διαμονή οικογένειας για διακοπές.

Ένα πανέμορφο σπιτακι, κοντα στην παραλια Σίμος, που μπορείς να πας πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια. Ησυχο μερος και υπαρχουν πολλά ωραια σημεία στο σπιτι να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαυσεις τις διακοπές σου! Επίσης οι οικοδεσπότες ειχαν φροντίσει να υπάρχουν εμφιαλωμένα μπουκάλια νερό στο ψυγειο, και πολλά φαγητα για πρωινο- σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Το σήμα του κινητού είναι λίγο δύσκολο (cosmote) πρέπει να τι ψάξεις να βρεις που πιάνει καλα ώστε να έχεις και ιντερνετ. Περασαμε τελεια! Ευχαριστούμε!
