My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. The Vila really felt like home and it was the best choice for our group. The garden with the pool, tenis field and bbq zone were the most used, the inside of the house best for sleeping! 😆💘 The area has very good restaurants, specifically the “Pirates” one with beach view. Depending on what activities we choose, we just walkers down to the beach or went with the car for 30min-1h drive and it was totally worth it! 🎉 Elena is the best host who really helped us order food and plan/book some activities. She made the vacation better and we are already planning the next year vacation. We still have a lot of places to visit nearby and activities to do, from the list Elena sent! 🙏🏼 We’re all very grateful for all the help and amazing support! 🤗

Everything was fine. We spent a week there and had a wonderful time. A lot of thanks to Mr. Pantelis who helped us with everything we asked. Hope to visit you again!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Everything was so wonderful in this little paradise. The villa is fully fenced offering total privacy and comfort. We truly appreciated the spacious and well equipped interiors, as well as the vibrat pool-garden. The location is a lovely beachy neighborhood with endless shores and views of pure nature.

One of the best airbnbs I ever stayed in! The pool and the house all in all are very clean and beautiful. The Host is a really friendly guy and there was a lot of complementary stuff in the apartment. We were really sad that we could only stay one day.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad. Super fijn dat de overkapping in de tuin open kon, zo konden we in het zwembad lekker van de zon genieten. Het strand ligt echt op 5 stappen lopen en de weg ertussen is erg rustig (in ieder geval aan het einde van het “zomerseizoen”). Yorgos is een erg toegankelijke en vriendelijke host. Voor aankomst duidelijke en prettige instructies doorgegeven en reageert snel. Ik zou hier zo weer boeken, dus zeker aanrader!

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

We had a great stay and would happily return, the communication with Eleni was very clear and a small problem with a broken tap was handled very efficiently. For nervous drivers be aware that there can be some very narrow and steep streets to navigate to reach the house.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Είναι η τρίτη φορά που διαμένουμε στο σπίτι της κ. Ελένης. Είναι άνετο και ζεστό. Θα το προτιμούμε όταν επισκεπτόμαστε το Ωραιόκαστρο.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans le logement. Nous étions 4 et celui-ci proposait tout ce dont nous avions besoin : un emplacement pour garer la voiture, nous avons pu manger à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu un super accueil de nos hôtes et des conseils de visite et de restauration. Le logement est bien placé à environ 30 minutes à pied de Thessalonique centre, il y a un supermarché tout près sinon le marché de Thessalonique est ouvert tous les jours. Ne pas hésiter à louer ce logement :-)

We waren voor de tweede keer bij Fotini. En we hebben weer genoten! Fotini is een hartelijke warme verhuurder en reageert altijd op vragen. de privacy en het huiselijke gevoel van de accommodatie maakte ons erg gelukkig.

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Unser kurzer Aufenthalt bei Ersi war toll, wir waren zu siebt dort und es war einfach nur idyllisch, sie haben uns super mit allem flexibel weitergeholfen und es war rundum unkompliziert und sauber!! Das Haus ist traumhaft schön gelegen, wir haben fast jeden Abend draußen gegrillt und sind danach nochmal schnell ins Meer, das wirklich direkt ums Eck ist! Wenn man am Strand ist denkt man, man sei auf einer einsamen Insel. Ich würde unbedingt einen Ausflug ins nächste kleine Dorf empfehlen und dort Kaffee trinken. Vielen lieben Dank Euch!

tolle Doppelhaushälfte, direkt am Meer. Ruhige Straße vor dem Haus. Sonnenuntergang! Schöne Terrasse! Tolle Grillmöglichkeit! Dusche im Garten!

We stayed for four nights and everything was okay. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The big plus of the place is the garden, especially if you have children. The WIFI also was good :)

Our 2nd stay here was as good as the first time. Everything was great. House was clean and very well maintained. House provided board games and beach equipment. Be well Ioannis.
