L'appartement était confortable, il était bien équipé et était propre. Le propriétaire est réactif. Il a été facile de trouver l'appartement grâce à ses instructions. Très bien situé dans Tirana. Il faisait un peu froid malgré la climatisation et c'était pas très bien insonorisé mais rien de bien méchant. Je recommande cet appartement.

Perfect place to stay in Tirana!

I had a nice 3-week stay at Edi and Bleri’s place. The location is good—situated in a quiet part of town but still within walking distance to many parts of Tirana. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very accommodating throughout my visit. The internet was fast and reliable, which made remote work easy. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana!

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist so schön hell mit einem tollen Ausblick über Tirana und toller Ausstattung. Sie ist perfekt gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden mit zahlreichen Bars & Restaurants in der Gegend. Bashkim ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben, was wir alles machen können in Tirana und Umgebung, das war super! Auch war die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet. Er hat immer direkt geantwortet, ist super hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend - vielen Dank nochmal! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter für eine tolle Zeit in Tirana und kommen gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Arber è stato molto disponibile per ogni informazione e per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Il letto è molto comodo! La prossima volta torneremo qui!

Tirana has changed greatly in the last few years! Klodian's place is in a new, upscale building on one of the main boulevard's about ten minute's walk from the center. The neighborhood has many new buildings and every possible amenity available nearby--grocery, shops, cafe's, pharmacies, restaurants, all of it. Driving a car in Tirana is semi-madness, but the freeway access is very close, and you are able to travel to any destination outside of Tirana. Parking is under the building. Klodian is friendly and has access to resources--for example, we made last minute plans to leave Tirana one weekend and forgot to rent a car; he knew someone who was able to deliver a car to the building the same day. We would stay here again!

The apartment itself is very well decorated and is immaculately clean. The kitchen, whilst compact, works well and is very well equipped. The wifi is stable and fast and all furnishings were perfectly comfortable - this is a property you could live in all year round and be happy. The location itself is within a ten minute walk of Skanderberg Square and there are a variety of cafes, supermarkets and eateries all within a five minute stroll of the apartment. The flat is located on top floor of a five story apartment block and this elevation helps avoid a lot of noise you might experience at street level. It needs to be noted that there is no elevator and the block itself is not new and like many such buildings in Tirana could do with being renovated and improved but once you're inside you will not notice such things. All the neighbours during my stay were perfectly fine. A short shout out to the hosts who were were very accommodating to me, thanks guys you were great!

Muy lindo apartamento, cerca de todo! Hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, supermercados y todo lo necesario. Dorian es super amable y nos ayudo con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable. Nuestro grupo era de cinco personas y estuvimos super comodos.

My mother stayed in the apartment and loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. The location was also great. She had nothing but positive things to say about the host. Dorian was very helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Un très joli appartement très spacieux, propre, et confortable dans un quartier très agréable et intéressant juste à côté de le New bazar (l’appartement a un balcon une très jolie vue du bazar et la ville). Vous avez tout à proximité, tous les meilleurs restaurants et lieux d’intérêt sont juste à quelques minutes à pied. Artan est vraiment gentil disponible et réactif et à l’écoute pour toute question ou demande.

I had a comfortable stay, it was a decent sized apartment that was clean, peaceful and quiet. The underground parking (with experience) was much easier than parking outside.

Endrit war ein absolut freundlicher Gastgeber. Von der Wohnung aus sind viele Lokale gut erreichbar. Endrit half uns hier mit guten Tipps und Ratschlägen aus. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls toll, sodass wir gerne Zeit dort verbracht haben und uns gut von den Tagestripps erholen konnten. Endrit war absolut flexibel und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Endrit buchen, sollte ein weiterer Trip nach Tirana anstehen.

Very nice spot for sure! Beautiful, modern, and friendly neighborhood with 5 grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. Bed is very comfy too. Ariana was very helpful and responsive, 5 stars to her as well!

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe bei Andi in Tirana übernachtet und war rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Andi war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Kann die Unterkunft und den Host nur empfehlen. Alles sauber und so wie es sein sollte. Mein 3-jähriger Sohn und ich haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und in der Kommunikation stets freundlich und unterstützend. Gerne wieder.
