We have stayed here two years in a row for spring break and have loved it both times! Easy access to Pagosa and to Wolf Creek. Our kids love the loft area. Nice to have a few common areas to spread out. With a toddler with us this year, it was a great bonus to find baby gates in the closet, they provided so much peace of mind. Already looking forward to next year! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful setting. The cabin was nicely equipped and the hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend them and would stay there again when in the area.

It's my second time staying at this property. Never disappointed. The location is beautiful and isolated, the house instead of perfectly for gathering of close friends and family, and the scenery and atmosphere of the location are unmatched. Also can't forget, Stan is an amazing host.

We had an awesome stay at Lazy Bear, right on the San Juan River. One of our favorite pastimes on the trip was just watching the river every time we were at home to see how it changed - we saw a beaver and ducks, as well as lots of ice in the morning! The guys in our group went looking for gold in the river and foothills, and everyone used the hottub nightly and joyously after 4 full days of skiing! Really quick and easy access to Wolf Creek which we loved. Really well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities (extra towels, bath products, linens, pillows, and blankets), which made us feel cozy and right at home. We loved the gas stove which warmed the house right up after skiing, and all the windows and doors that opened. We had a great visit! Great WiFi, that was awesome since we were out of cell range; and we were also able to watch all of March Madness that our hearts desired! We had a great trip!

A comfortable cottage to stay in for the Sandhill Crane Festival. We loved the puzzles and the easy access to Monte Vista and Alamosa.

A wonderful weekend place to spend time together for a family wedding! Our large family was able to all stay in same place with plenty of space to enjoy some privacy. We spent the mornings and evenings on the porch enjoying the beautiful surrounds and peaceful quiet town to watch people walking down the street with their dogs. Our family enjoyed the weekend ! We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend! The location was terrific, right on the river, and it was very beautiful and peaceful! The pictures don't do justice. It was perfect for the two of us, and our dog loved it! Check-in was a breeze and Lee was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

This was one of the top Airbnb we stayed at, the location is so beautiful surrounded by mountains. Karla’s place is so well organized and had everything we needed and more. You can tell that alot of thought was put into every room and we enjoyed every bit of it. We travelled with our dog who specially enjoyed the large backyard/ gated front yard and the dog toys. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again if in area.
