We had our bachelorette party at TAIMS location and it was absolutely perfect! The Airbnb was super clean and spacious for the 6 of us girls! We loved the high ceilings and how close everything was for us! The one problem we had was getting into the building, the keysafe was not easy to get into and the Fab was not very good, but the host communicates sooo fast and helped us get inside pretty quickly! Super thankful for the experience!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—very walkable and close to everything I needed. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Everything in the space was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and conveniently located getaway!

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

This was a very spacious and clean apartment that comfortably hosted our family of 6 for several days. Having two separate living areas was very useful and allowed our group to spread out a bit. The full-size crib in the extension area off the master bedroom was also much appreciated as we had a 2-year-old with us. The building is on a quiet street just one block from Humboldt Park and two blocks from restaurants and shops on North Avenue. There was a grocery store within 2 blocks. Dubbs was a very responsive host, and we appreciate his flexibility with checkout time. We would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

Friends and I enjoyed our stay!! It’s a great spot close to downtown and it is just as pictured!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

Great place to stay if you visit your daughter or son at Northwestern. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, walkable distance from commodities. The communication with Mihyun was flawlessly, proactive, helpful. She offered flexibility on check in/out time as well as responsive advice on the surroundings. Thank you, Michelle

This home was amazing. The photos are great but when I got to the home, I was wowed! Huge and cozy and it made me and my partner feel welcome and right at home. I tend to be anal with cleanliness and this home totally met my expectations...it still has that new home feeling. Lori was super responsive...she answered all of my questions and even allowed me to have a late checkout for my birthday. This was a wonderful staycation for me. Thank you so much Lori...I truly appreciate it! I definitely recommend this home to others to stay!

Beautiful stylish house! We loved the decor and the amount of space, we slept comfortably and enjoyed the fireplace. We went to DeKalb to spend holidays close to my family and we enjoyed this house so much. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Kim has a lovely place which is great for small groups of friends. You have the whole place which is a very nice setup along with a spacious outdoor space. The whole house was very clean. Kim was very responsive and flexible with the check out process. I would definitely come stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed Tawny's home. I am very picky about cleanliness and feel uncomfortable in an Airbnb with unkept bathrooms...we all have seen it. This place was spotless. The beds were comfortable & linens were clean and cozy. And the showers and bathrooms had no "yuck" in the cracks and crevices! The home is very spacious and comfortable. The gym was nice. We did not use outside amenities or the very nice porch, the weather just wasn't accommodating. We were there to just hang out and relax. The house is very close to all services and stores. Dining is close whether going out or delivery. The home has everything you need, it is cozy, spacious, has a very well kept & equipped kitchen; and again, it is CLEAN! One suggestion, maybe a pullout wall mirror in a bathroom. For up close makeup application so don't have to lean over sink, for short people like me. I would say overall, this was one of the cleanest Airbnb I have rented. Was a wonderful stay & Def. Would Recommend for any occasion!

Very nice place to host our large family Christmas gathering. Plenty of room for everybody. The game room was very much appreciated and well used.

Very clean and nicely updated with helpful and responsive hosts. Lots of amenities and little extras to make it feel like home. Very happy with our stay and will look to rebook again in the future!
