After our original Spring Break plans fell through, PK All Day was the perfect last-minute spot for our family trip. The home is beautiful and the community amenities can't be beat. We'll definitely consider a follow up stay this summer!

The place was beautiful and very well located close to the lake (just across the road- easily walkable). Easy to get into and out of. Hot tub worked as advertised and easy to use (also clean!). Great place and would stay here again!

This lake house was the perfect peaceful getaway, offering pretty views and a serene atmosphere. The home was cozy, clean, and fully equipped, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Cherry on top the dogs loved the large yard and playing in the lake!

PK Lakefront Luxurious Resort Condo

Stayed here while at a baseball tournament at rocker B Ranch. Loved how easy it was to get to the ranch from here and that we had Hemingway's restaurant right next door on the trading Post the little grocery store and gas station we're very close too. We loved Jennifer's unit in particular because it was on the 1st floor right by the pool. it was super clean and well stocked too!

Just Chilling hot tub near rocker B close to water

This place was absolutely wonderful. Great hot tub. Great everything I really enjoyed it. We will stay here again. Great place for the wife and kids close to Rocker B baseball fields. close to the restaurants in Gradford. Next time I’ll bring a Keurig coffee pods. Loved it for rockerB baseball tournaments

Traveled to possum kingdom to do some fishing and this air bnb was close to the lake and was easy to find. Overall the place was very clean, had everything we needed, and we had a great time. Thank you again April!

A perfect lakeside retreat! The Little Red Bungalow on Lake Graham is an absolute delight! Wonderfully comfortable with a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The surroundings are stunning, with beautiful lake views that make every moment feel special. The host was fantastic—thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. This stay was better than we could have hoped for, and we would definitely visit again. Thank you for an amazing experience!

A-frame close to lake

Jennifer is a phenomenal host and her property was perfect for our needs. Jennifer’s property was clean, well furnished, well stocked, and is a very neat property. The amenities were plentiful and Jennifer’s place exceeded our expectations. Even though we did not use all the amenities, we enjoyed what I thought were some uncommon and unexpected amenities…bluetooth speaker, projector, air mattress, board/card games, and covered parking! Jennifer was a super host and went over and beyond to accommodate a change in our plans and I cannot thank her enough for doing so 😊 I would without a doubt stay at Jennifer’s place again and I highly recommend Jennifer’s place!

My family and I had a great stay. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views. The property is truly amazing! The home also looked exactly like the listing, extremely nice and spacious. We enjoyed fishing out on the lake and pond. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to come back during warmer weather!

The house exceeded our expectations. The photos looked perfect, but nothing can capture how amazing the views of the lake are from the house. We were so excited to see how close we actually were to the marina too. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future!
