We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our stay in Edinburgh. Di was friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. The neighbourhood was amazing, and we had fun shopping and trying different restaurants. Easy access to the Royal Mile, and it was lovely to have a quiet spot to return to at the end of the day. Everything was perfect, and we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay at such a lovely location.

Absolutely perfect for our young family, the girls (ages 1 and 3) absolutely loved it! Fab garden, absolutely everything we needed, an ideal location to reach airport, and visit friends in Edinburgh. Would be very happy to stay again!

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Beautiful home. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are home. I had to switch accommodations due to availability and I am missing it already. Home is warm and quiet. Great neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Just out of Edinburgh but great value in comparison to centre prices. Bus stop just outside. Everything you need, described accurately and Jamie’s communication is excellent.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOME! This is probably the BEST place we have ever stayed in with Airbnb. The house we spotless and everything was so well provided for. They even had hot chocolate for kids and really good coffee options for adults, pasta, rice, so many canned food options and oats and what not. Fully stocked kitchen! For kids, they had lots of toys and books. The kids room was the highlight - they had really amazing books nicely laid out as well as a wonderful very clean kitchen set for kids to play with. It really felt like we have just walked right in our home. The playground was the cherry on top. Kids loved climbing and swinging. They even had bubble sets and outdoor playset for the kids and a BBQ set for those who wish to try their hand at BBQ. Can't recommend them enough. Our family of 8 had a great stay and we loved every minute of it. Wished we stayed longer here. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Edinburgh!

Jon was a perfect host. Great communication. Flat was really nice & , great location for us to head to Murrayfield for the Rugby. Couple of nice local pubs close by. Would definitely go back again.

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

Place was lovely really clean and host provided some breakfast item to get you started. Ideal spot just on the outside of town so quite but walkable to everything

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, spacious and very modern. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it had everything we needed, from tea, coffee, sugar, milk to all the essentials like bowls, utensils, toaster, dishwasher. Two bathrooms was great for us with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, nice towels and hairdryer. The big beds were super comfortable with great pillows and bedding. One of the coolest features was the Alexa/smart feature to control the lights, heating and electric blanket in lounge on the futon in the window-loved this!!! The layout and style of the space were just stunning, making it a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Shammi was a great host, responds to questions super quick and offers an amazing service with his lovely apartment. Thank you so much for an incredible experience! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

Had a great stay in this well appointed apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated & had a modern kitchen & bathroom. There was no noise from the other flats in the block. Jay was a great host, responsive & gave directions on where to park for free. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent layout and location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was very straightforward to access the apartment and for Wi-Fi, etc. Our family of four was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything.

The host was very helpful and the apartment was great and as described. Quiet neighborhood, playground/park area by the beach 5 mins away from the flat - it was perfect for us. also great transport connection for Edinburgh

Had a great stay in this beautiful well equipped apartment. It was spotlessly clean with a modern well appointed kitchen & bathroom. If the weather is good it has the bonus of some outside space. Karen was a great host & I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! On what we thought would be a loud street given the bars that we saw surrounding, but turned out to be rather calm and quiet. Central to the sites and the bus/tram. Just a warning for carrying suitcases up some stairs - get your arms ready!!

We were so happy to have stayed here. A cosy and pretty house, very small but has exactly everything you need on a holiday! Location was also great, just in between Edinburgh old Town, and Leith. Both walkable and on the way to either loads of nice shops and restaurants and pubs too! We had a lovely time!
