5 Stars for Anna & Matt would be under par for the Phenomenal Hospitality we received. Accommodations was an absolute 10 Stars! I served at the Marriott as front desk manager for Family Trips, Conferences, NCAA Tournaments, NBA Players and Referees. I Have to Say , this is one of the most incredible experiences with Airbnb that we have received in 2 1/2 years! Anna & Matt as Hosts took care of all the details from the long travel with kids. Water Bottles, Fresh Free Range Farm Eggs, Snacks and games for the Kids. In Addition, which also almost brought us tears was the welcoming card and the Welcome Board. They even placed a beautiful flower and All of our Names on the welcome Board which gave my Wife and Kids Smiles. I would Love to see Anna & Matt open up Airbnb Globally. A Peaceful location to write a book, Read Poetry, Think and Enjoy Nature! Perfect for Honeymooners and Anniversaries. Would Highly recommend this place if you need seclusion and serenity. 10 Stars!!!!!

Beautiful, well equipped home & very responsive host. Nice welcome snack basket & bottle of Sangria waiting for us when we walked in! Extremely clean, zero indication that it is a pet friendly rental. Comfortable beds & couches, extra blankets. Good sized, private backyard with nice fire pit. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend the Louisville Zoo (about 15min drive). If you like Zoos, the close up access to viewing Tigers, polar bear, etc was impressive. Would also recommend the Louisville Slugger museum tour, located downtown (15min drive). University of Louisville & Churchill Downs also 15min drives. Great central location to all. Due to the rainy weather we did not get to check out Cherokee park but it looked very nice. Would highly recommend this home.

Our stay was brief but welcoming and very accommodating. We are traveling and needed a last minute booking and Michelle was very helpful and quick to respond. Although it was a short overnight trip, we did notice some outside activities like Ring Toss. The porch had hanging lights, so definitely a nice relaxed, nighttime ambiance. We will definitely plan a longer stay the next time we are near Mammoth Cave National Park. Also, we highly recommend PJ’s Cafe that is just a quick drive into town for those looking for local bites.

Our family enjoyed the weekend at Ronnie’s wonderful home. The property was so beautiful and peaceful. Ronnie was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We will stay at Ronnie’s again if we are ever in the area.

Fantastic place on the lake! Our group of six fit comfortably and had a great time! Stephanie and Kathleen’s place had ALL the amenities you could ask for and then some. With a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to make most meals at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Neily’s for our annual family trip. The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family gathering with a great view of the lake. We had lots of room for four families with comfortable beds, furniture and clean bathrooms. The bunk beds worked perfect for our 6 young grandkids and they enjoyed the game room. The location was great for our trip to Mammoth Cave and other trails. We would definitely recommend and if returning to the area stay here again. Neily was also quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect little place quiet and Sarah is very accommodating

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

This is our 4th stay with Cory. We love the great communication and the beautiful area. We always feel at home when we stay at one of her apartments in Corydon.

Shaalim’s place was very clean and a great stay for the night. The play set was wonderful for our kids after a long day of travel!

Nice place! Good use of space and clean. Loved walking to food, and amenties close by. Had everything we needed. Bring food if you want, provided coffee, full working kitchen. A little noisy on street after 10 p.m. we weren't used to that ( were country folk) but a fan we brought helped.

Angela and Will's place is our "go to" place when guests come to our town. It is private, clean, and comfortable for our guests. Angela and Wil are great hosts always. Thanks!

Holli's cabin was a gem in the Kentucky area. It was clean and had all the amenities available in the cabin! It was very warm during the cold rainy nights and honestly it was very comfortable and cozy even though it was in a rural private area. I am not very good at camping but this made being closer to nature very easy! 10/10 would recommend!

Judy was a great host! Everything was as described. She reached out several times to ensure we were OK and even before our trip to make sure we had knowledge on where we were going. One thing I am extremely particular on is cleanliness and I was blown away by how clean the cabin was! Judy ensured we had everything we needed in the cabin for our stay as well. If visiting Mammoth Cave again, we will def stay here again! Thanks Judy and Greg!

This cabin was the perfect getaway! Private, peaceful, and well-equipped, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to great attractions yet tucked away in nature. The property was beautiful, and we loved relaxing on the porch after a day of exploring. It was the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy retreat near local sights! We did have severe weather during our stay and Lee Ann reached out in the middle of the night when she didn’t have to and kept us updated on the storm and power outage. This really put us at ease. She truly cares about her guests!

Book this NOW! If you are a solo traveler, traveling with a dog or bringing the whole family this is the place to stay! Mammoth Cave National Park is very close but honestly you don't even need to leave the property. The hiking trail and waterfall/cave onsite was more impressive than Mammoth. The lake is stunning and everything about the property is very well maintained. The cabin was fantastic, great mattresses and a real shower head! Check out the guidebook link before you come! Especially the part about the GPS running you in circles in the park, you will have no service at the park and the ferry was closed due to high water. I referenced the guidebook Dagmar created throughout the stay. Loved the Cee Bee for groceries and Webb's for burgers & ice cream in Brownsville The cabins are close enough that a solo traveler has safety but far enough to have plenty of privacy and quiet. Would recommend coming during daylight hours for arrival to get a lay of the land but after that it's easy
