We loved staying here. It's a peaceful place great for a weekend getaway. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and loft area. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and wood stove. Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay and an extremely good value for the money. I very comfortable and private stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location. I don’t want to describe where it is or it’ll give it away. But I love the location of this place. Perfect place for a couple to spend a night. I am extremely satisfied!

Such a cozy and convenient place to stay. Darien is a wonderful and very responsive host. Feels like a home away from home and has everything you would need. Will definitely be coming back!

Outside: Cabin 1 is tucked in far enough from the "main" road, and looks out onto a field, which was snow covered during our visit. The number of stars visible on a clear night is awe inspiring. The closest neighbors are the winery and Cabin 2, a good distance away on each side. Inside: There was no visible dust on the ceiling fan blades, which in addition to being a pet peeve of mine, is also usually a dead giveaway about the overall cleanliness of a rental. But with its clean fan blades and spotless interior, Cabin 1 was without a doubt one of the cleanest -- probably **the** cleanest -- AirBnB rental I've ever had. Seriously, it was spotless. As other reviewers have stated, the kitchen is well-stocked. The heat works great in the winter, it was between 5 - 19 degrees outside, but nice and warm inside during our stay. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog, who felt right at home, too. I don't have any complaints. I would definitely stay in Shelly's cabin again.

Glad I found this place. I have a very active 7yo son who always needs something to stimulate him, so the game room was perfect. The host was very responsive and made everything a breeze. The house was clean and had all the modern amenities you would want. I especially appreciated the window AC in the bedrooms. The checkout instructions were easy and covered what I would expect any renter to do anyway, no crazy excessive chore list. Okay, one gripe. It's on a relatively busy street, next to a retail store. So it's missing that quiet residential neighborhood ambiance. But the accommodations are great and the price is right, so I would certainly stay again!

We felt right at home! This place had everything we needed and more. About 20ish minutes or so from the elks county visitor center. The barbecue place down the road was very good also!

Kayla's house was immaculate and exactly as described. Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed for a 'no boys allowed' womens weekend. So much fun and the house was perfect. We walked around town. Ate at the hotel. Shopped at the gift shop and spent most of our time at the house catching up, laughing and playing cards! We would definitely stay here again. Nicely appointed home and the front porch was a bonus. Thank you for opening your home. Thank you for making us feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. The welcome gift on the table was a nice surprise!

Worth every penny!! Very kind and helpful hosts. Place looks exactly like the photos, and so clean! Really appreciated all the amenities included, felt right at home. Will definitely book again, highly recommend!!
